Do not recommend. No Communication!!!! After calling them for two weeks, asking for an update on my carpet order, with NO call, text or email response, I called the store, left another VM and told them to cancel my order. Then I finally get somebody to call me back. I still canceled the order. Now for two weeks I have called the sales rep, and the store, asking them to please come and get their carpet board. (It's still sitting outside for them to come and get.) I do not recommend this business because there's absolutely no communication. Plus, you can find carpet for less somewhere else. DO NOT PURCHASE from this place. From the get go I got gruff from one of the owners when it came to finding out when they would be starting the job so I could plan accordingly. You would think when you give someone business they would be pleasant, but not the case at all. The first issue right off the bat was that the transition strip kept popping up. I had to keep calling to finally get someone to come out and fix this issue. A few months later the luxury vinyl flooring starting buckling in front of our fridge. I was finally transitioned to the other owner after four months of calling and getting nowhere. He finally sent someone out, who managed to make the issue worse. He had no clue what he was doing. I have been told nothing but empty promises trying to get them to fix this since then. That was SIX months ago. I really wish I didn't go with this lousy, low bid company. I tried supporting a small, local business, but lesson learned. After several months of getting the run around, issues with the flooring still persists. I wish they were more focused on doing the right, ethical thing instead of just taking my money and not resolving the issue. read more

Great to work with from start to finish. Ray shows how when he says he will, and was very efficient. He installed our carpet for us only a week after we ordered it. He even vacuumed our new carpet before he left! He gave us an amazing price on our carpet and had a nice variety to choose from. Believe me, we shopped around, but Ray was by far the most thorough, and had the best selection. We weren't shooting for the lowest price, we were shooting for the highest quality. Worst experience ever! Jeff sold and his team installed carpet in our house in May of 2018. In March of 2019 I noticed the carpet fibers were pulling up and it looked terrible. I called Jeff back and he came back to our house to take a look and said the carpet needed to be replaced and that it would be covered under warranty. We have tried continuous times to get this resolved and Jeff continues to ignore our concerns and calls/emails. He set a date for replacement and his team never showed up after we spent a good portion of our night removing all items from carpet area to make it easy for his team to replace carpet. He isnt a person a his word and shouldnt be given the chance to waste your time and spend your hard earned money on his product that he doesnt stand up to. I understand some things like defective carpet are out of his control but he CERTAINLY has control over retaining customers and providing good customer service. It has been over 6 months since initial contact was made with Jeff about our faulty carpet and the issue still isnt resolved! read more
