I bought a pair of glasses online and needed some adjustments, not only they were able to see me on the same day I didn't even need to make an appointment nor be a current patient. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and Dr. Dong saw me pretty much right away. They were both very friendly and professional and the adjustment took only maybe 5-10 minutes. I was quite happy with my visit and glad they are part of our insurance plan. The entrance is a little hard to find since 80-02 building is a large office building but the front desk would be able to help if you need help locating. Its basically on the right side entrance coming from the subway, and down the stairs with the doors on the left.

Dr. Cai is an exceptional doctor. Her approach is direct and honest--when she tells you that you need glasses, she means it. There's no sugarcoating, and I truly appreciate that about her. Had I been told that they would not come as mirrors and I needed to add more money, let me decide but Vision Works didn't give me as a customer the opportunity to make an educated decision one that might benefit me.
