I am using this optical for at least seven years plus. I was always treated nicely thanks to the blond lady. She is a good person. But recently I did not feel comfortable with how the other staff treated me especially a new sales girl with curly hairs. As a customer I have right to complain what is wrong with my new glasses when I have paid in full. I felt that they tried to get rid of me instead of solving my issue. Fran helped me and my husband, throughly explained everything and she was a delight to be around during our experience here, she answered all my 101 questions no matter if she was assisting another customer or doing a task. Fran did a great job at convincing my husband to do a routine eye exam, I am very thankful for that. The nurse who performed our eye photos and testing was also very happy & helpful, she explained each step of the exams, Dr Presman was also on top of educating me and my husband about our current health issues regarding our eyes. We got a call & a text 6 days later alerting us that our glasses were ready to be picked on a Sunday & they were even open on Memorial Day which was the perfect day for us to collect it. I also observed during both my visits, while I was being assisted & another customer walked in the girls were attentive to the other customer and discussed who will be able to service the next customer until the right staff member is available. This place was honestly beyond fantastic. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I haven't had a decent eye exam since the middle of 2020 and the staff helped me with everything I could possibly need for my new prescription. They helped me with my insurance and big shoutout to Francesca with pricing and helping me pick out my frames that fit my face!! My mom and I came in for two pairs of glasses for my little sister and 2 pairs for herself. We were able to choose the perfect glasses in so little time and get her eyes tested as well. This is definitely my go to glasses spot. If anyone ask or mentions they need glasses I always tell them to go here because the staff is always so nice and so honest when helping you choose glasses. They don't try to sell you on an expensive pair they truly give their honest opinion on how the glasses fit you and work with your budget. The eye test does take some time. So don't go in a rush. You're tested with one person for about 15-20 mins, then you see the doctor who checks your eyes and has you read the letters for about 10-15 mins. Finally you're helped with choosing a frame. I love it and I recommend it to anyone who needs glasses read more

Honestly I would not come back here. Obviously they are nice to make a sale but I ordered contacts and 2 weeks later called to see if they were in the store yet , the person said they would call back and never did. Mind u the lady said the contacts would be ready in a week. I went in the day to to pick them up and she said they just came in last night . Yeaaaa ok . I quickly rushed over and was the second person in the store. FDG was taking care of a customer that was buying eyeglasses. So I check I went to take a seat and wait my turn. Another customer came in and FDG took care of them with selecting a pair of eyeglasses. Wondering what kind of establishment this is and where the optometrist was, I waited until FDG finished with the second customer and asked if the optometrist was in because I needed an emergency eye exam. FDG said to wait, I waited and looked around the store for the optometrist that was nowhere to be found. I went back to the FDG and asked where the optometrist was because I don't see them anywhere. FDG responded with "Oh! They're not in today but if I can take down your information the doctor will get back to you". I said, "That's not what I need, I need an emergency eye exam. That's why I called earlier and you said the optometrist was in and walk in's are welcomed" and left. Complete waste of time, they just want to lure you in and make money off of you by being deceitful. Their high reviews are just sales pitches, they don't really care about you as a person.
