These glasses were new and were looked at before I left them, I received a call a week later that there was an issue and another call ten minutes later that they had broken them. According to them, the issue was mine since the frame was flimsy. When I complained I was told they were not responsible for frames brought into vision center, something they did not say initially. Now I am forced to bring another pair (why so they can break them) or now pair more for one of their glasses. I am really shocked and hurt by the lack of accountability. I will not be returning to this establishment. They do not deserve any stars!

The front desk was very nice, and making an appointment as a new patient at this location was super simple. During the appointment, Dr. Tao was actively listening to my concerns - I wear OrthoK (or night lenses) and had some concerns for possible eye infection which I have had in the past. Dr. Tao was extremely thorough during check-up to verify it wasn't an eye infection, answered all my questions, and explained everything to help make me feel at ease. And the wait wasn't that bad. My first time it was so busy one of the nurses took me into a treatment room, or some sort of workspace (it was a few years back) so I could sit and be comfortable, being that it was SRO (standing room only!). He was also able to diagnose something in both of my eyes that other Ophthalmologists couldn't. And he gave me a prescription for glasses (I used to have perfect vision) which the other doctors felt I didn't need but I was getting headaches and having trouble driving. He really knows his stuff and is very intuitive and is really very nice to deal with. If I had a dollar for every arrogant doctor I have come across I could retire!!!!! If you're going to trust your eyes to anyone, Dr. Uliss is your guy!
