I bought a pair of glasses online and needed some adjustments, not only they were able to see me on the same day I didn't even need to make an appointment nor be a current patient. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and Dr. Dong saw me pretty much right away. They were both very friendly and professional and the adjustment took only maybe 5-10 minutes. I was quite happy with my visit and glad they are part of our insurance plan. The entrance is a little hard to find since 80-02 building is a large office building but the front desk would be able to help if you need help locating. Its basically on the right side entrance coming from the subway, and down the stairs with the doors on the left.

The front desk staff are friendly and efficient--they help facilitate the entire process, place orders, and even patiently answer all questions- yeah... some of questions are just non sense....They do a great job managing the office, even making sure patients don't "accidentally walk straight" into Dr. Cai's office! Dr. Cai is an exceptional doctor. Her approach is direct and honest--when she tells you that you need glasses, she means it. There's no sugarcoating, and I truly appreciate that about her. She's knowledgeable, straightforward, and truly cares about her patients. One time, my child lost her Ortho-K lens over the weekend, and Dr. Cai responded to our message even outside office hours. Why stick something on someone's face and say it fits. I came to pick up the new shades and they were mirrors. I asked why weren't they mirrors like when I picked them out. She started to explain that I should have asked and it's more money. Again, keys do things right the first time. Had I been told that they would not come as mirrors and I needed to add more money, let me decide but Vision Works didn't give me as a customer the opportunity to make an educated decision one that might benefit me. Instead they gave me what they wanted me to have. If suggestive selling is going to add more revenue to your business, why not suggestive sell. Let me say yes or no. Corporate needs to reevaluate their decision making!
