Everyone at the office was so kind and diligent and very communicative through the entire process. Thank you to the doctor and entire staff.

I was expecting to be scheduled a few weeks out, but glad I had the luck of the draw (i guess) lol. Fabulous staff, awesome doctor, Dr Pirnazar did my surgery and throughout, informed what was happening next, and what was to be expected. It made the understanding so easy, and kept me at peace. I'm now a ~week post-op, and very happy with the results. I have slight glare when looking at lights, but that can be expected. I'm following the drops as prescribed, and can notice every day improvement. I'm very happy with my decision, and would recommend it to anyone in fear, and anyone who's even remotely considered it, I held off for too long,. I opted for contoura which happens to be the latest and most advanced tech.

Oh this place. Beware of the billing and medical nightmare you will have with this place. I…read morereceived bills for which my insurance had processed and sent me EOBs with member rates. The company/billing denied receiving EOBs from my insurance. I explained we paid copays and I am being billed non member rates and that these claims need to go to the secondary payor as well. They didn't have record of my copays, and denied getting EOBs. So, I emailed my EOBs over, my credit card receipts and they said they couldn't open the files (who can't open a PDF). So I sent them again and as screenshots, they denied receiving them. I sent my EOBs to the email they provided me 5 times. They said fax them (who faxes stuff in 2026?), so I went to my local FedEx, faxed them, they denied receiving them. After over a month of this, and even Aetna calling them (with me on the line), they continued to send me bills with non adjusted balances. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Two weeks later I get a call from someone named Melanie. She said she has "found" my EOBs and will work to get these all resolved and submitted claims to the secondary payor. She gave me her number to call her if I had any other issues with getting my refunds. This was back in December. It is now end of February and my primary insurance (Aetna) and my secondary insurance have paid these claims in full. I am owed a refund of my copays that I paid in the office. I called billing, they said they don't process refunds. I called the office, they said contact the business department but they don't have a number to give me, billing will have this. I called billing again, they said we can't give you a number, call the office again. I've left messages, asked for call backs, no one is calling me back. I called the number Melanie gave me and it goes to a visa call center. What in the world is wrong with the place!?? I have gotten no where. The doctor (Eric Areiter) wasn't even that great, my husband saw him a few times with no results, would have his appointment cancelled or passed onto an NP or PA and we have since gone somewhere else and have had his issues resolved. This place is awful. My billing issues are still not resolved.

Expect to wait 4 or more hours even with an appointment. They give you a 15 minute grace period but…read moredo not honor it. Came in for an appointment at 12pm. I arrived 7 mins late which would be part of the grace period. There was a line with about 6 people in front of me waiting to be checked in and one receptionist. I waited 17 mins to get checked in. Then the receptionist says, I am late to checking in when I arrived at 12:07 and waited for 17 mins in line and there's a 15 minute grace period. She gave me another appointment time for 2 hours later. They need to define what they consider "grace period" in the text reminders and voicemails they send you or they shouldn't add it in the first place. The doctors we have seen have been nice and great. But receptionists need more training and better attitudes. It's also very hot in the waiting room and not enough space for people to wait in there. Everyone mostly waits in their cars. For a children's "institute" they need to make some changes.

Also, the office is freezing, and they don't have enough chairs for all the children. The waiting period is too long--it takes like two to 3 hours for the whole process, if not more. Also, when you try to schedule or reschedule the appointment, The don't answer the phone--it takes 30 minutes or more for them to answer, and they're pretty rude on the phone. They might make you wait even longer after they answer, and once you finally talk to someone, they transfer you to another person who never calls you back or answers. It's just crazy. Scheduling processnis need big improvment. I do not recommend this place just for that reason.

Over the course of a few months Dr. Leena was able to completely transform my mom's life. She listened patiently to all of our concerns and did everything she could to help. My mom is now doing great and has not experienced any issues with her eyes since. After attending my mom's appointments I decided to seek care from Dr. Leena for my own problems which included extreme dry eyes and irritation that was greatly impacting my quality of life. I was constantly exhausted as a current college student who spends +10 hours a day staring at a screen. Dr. Leena heard my concerns and offered a solution that would help with my dry eyes (ask about the plugs!!!!) Dr. Leena was able to get me affordable care and service. I realize now that my eyes were affecting every area of my life. I now have glasses that I desperately needed and for the first time in over a year I feel energized and well rested. I highly recommend Dr. Leena as she is caring, extremely knowledgeable, and offers affordable care and solutions. She also has an amazing staff that is always quick to greet you and get you through your appointments with ease. The office is always fresh and clean and the staff is great to follow all sanitizing protocols after each guest. Thank you Dr. Leena, Cindy, and the rest of the great staff at Crystal Vision Optometry!!

Instead of showing concern or even speaking with me briefly, the office refused to engage until my insurance card was provided. In that moment, it no longer felt like a relationship with a healthcare provider. It felt like a retail transaction--as if the first priority was whether I could pay, not whether I was okay. This was especially disappointing considering I did have insurance and was fully able to pay out of pocket if needed. The lack of compassion and basic care in a moment of fear was a huge letdown. I never went back after that incident, and I moved my entire family's care elsewhere. Once healthcare starts feeling transactional instead of human, it's time to leave.
