Added extra fees on for everything and couldn't tell me prices for anything. Super frustrating and slow service.

Great sandwiches! Ingredients are always fresh and it's absolutely immaculately clean inside b

Food was served quickly, sandwiches were hot and fresh and tasted delicious. There was only one worker visible when we ordered, could explain why the dining room was kind of messy. Would definitely try again. read more

We arrived at this location at around 8:51 pm, they close at 9. Typically, I would not arrive at a restaurant this close to closing, however the open sign was still on and online it stated they closed at 10. We walked over to the door to read their true hours of operation and upon arrival, we were rudely greeted by a female who threw the door open, slammed it behind herself, then went on to throw a FIT for the entirety of our experience; snapping at her co-worker, instructing in opposing ways dependent on her mood, throwing the ingredients to our sandwiches, leaving ingredients off of our food items, and storming around the store. As we were walking out of the building (prior to 9pm still, as the throwing of food really sped up the process of getting it out to us) the female stomped over to the open sign and slammed it into the wall to shut it off as we were walking out. A young man named Tommy took our order and gave us our food with NO complaints, continually going the extra mile to ensure we got the food that we would enjoy. Tommy was AWESOME, the female in the beanie however, not so much. 5 stars for Tommy, -1 star for other employee. read more

My wife moved to California 10 years ago. But we're back visiting. She decided to meet a couple old friends at Schlotzsky. She got a salad but salad wasn't the freshest. I was at Lowe's grabbing some stuff to fix my in laws house, so I guess I didn't miss much. read more

So the food was good, but a lot of ANNOYING drama beforehand. They didn't have this, they didn't have that, you cannot sub this for the stuff that was out. read more

Had fun!! good food at a good price. Setting like being at home, very comfortable. Would recommend trying them.

Not sure why others have had issues here. Got door dash to deliver so I can't say for sure on service but this place makes a pretty good sandwich and soup. Worth a shot over some other sandwich places read more

Between the original sandwich and the bbq pizza it is always a tough choice to make which one iI MUST HAVE being they are both my absolute favorites!!! read more

Food was good large sandwich and nice selection on the menu. Service wasn't the friendliest

I love Schlotszys soup and sandwich. I love all their soups and sandwiches. I love their chips.

I drove from downtown Salina because I was hankering for an Origional. Once I got to the counter, the cashier just looked at me. No greeting, no smile, just stared at me. Had I not went out of my way to eat here I would have left. While paying, the cashier stated, "Most people leave a tip." The sandwich was as tasty as I remembered. Portion size is adequate for the money. The dining area was as clean as could be expected, considering it was lunch hour. I can't recommend this place strictly based on poor customer service. read more

Food was delicious. Service was quick and friendly. We appreciated the accommodations for a large group.

Thanks to Christopher Columbus and his new Native American friends, turkey sandwiches are now an American staple, an always reliable luncheon choice. But even Pocahontas understood that thinly sliced lunch meat doesn't keep forever, and that before the moon completes its phase, it develops a slimy film suitable to lubricate wagon-wheels. The Turkey on the sandwiches my wife and I ordered was clearly past that, coating our mouths with that distinctive lingering film - making everything else unappetizing. read more

So this place is like if Panera bread and lunchables had a baby. All the lunch meats are processed and very salty. If it was fresh deli meat this place would be fire!! But I'd rather have subway then this again. read more

The bread was like thick cardboard. The sandwich was a total let down compared to the advertised product

Food is great...when they get your order correctly, I have ate here numerous times and I think my meal has been made correctly twice. They are very good about fixing the situation with a free meal on your next visit, but it would be nice to get it right the first time. Still good food though. read more

One of the nicest looking Schlotzsky's I've ever been in. Very modern. Loved the high top bar area seating with pop up covers revealing power and USB ports. Nice. Team was friendly and the sandwich was made exactly the way I like it. Love the sourdough bread. I would be here often if I lived in the area. read more

I got 2 orders of broccoli cheddar cheese soup got home an they were both Cold probly would get soup from there again $11 dollars of cold soup sucksstar rating of 2 read more

We ate at the Schlotxsky's in Salina,Ks . The food was very good and the staff was friendly and attentive. The only reason for the missing star is the missing rye bread for the pastrami sandwich. Sour dough was good but pastrami needs rye bread. read more

The sandwiches never change and I hope they never do. I live in Colorado and we haven't seen a Schlotzsky's in a very long time and I for one certainly miss it. The young man that took my order at the drive-through was very pleasant and they made it to perfection. Every time I am heading east on I 70 I will make sure that I will take a little detour into Salina Kansas So I can visit a Schlotzsky's. read more

I had my boyfriend stop by the store before closing. I gave my order over the phone. I ordered the Pick 2... Turkey SmokeyCheesey and Turkey Original. I also requested olives be on both sandwiches. When I got the sandwiches no olives were added even on the one that came with it. My Turkey Original had no onions or lettuce and a sliver of tomato. I had been craving these sandwiches for some time and am highly disappointed that the staff put no effort in preparing a proper sandwich. I did not eat the 2nd of the Pick 2 to return to the store. It will be a while before I try this place again although I live close by. read more

Wow! Such friendly service! Even 30 min before close! Lots of smiles from everyone. The sweet cashier even took time to listen to my daughter who LOVES to talk ;) Great sandwiches too! YUM! Thank you! read more

6/12/23. Super disappointed. We come to Salina just to get Schlotzskys. My chicken BBQ pizza was awful. Hardly any bbq sauce and only one cheese was put on. You must have to come during the daytime because the evening crew was terrible and I've never ate a worse pizza. read more

Never got my food waited 1 hr called multiple times then the cancelled order . Very disappointed

First time eating here in years! Traveling through and found this location. It was delicious! Had the original deluxe.

Ordered a SW Chicken salad with grilled chicken and tortilla strips. They don't use grilled chicken. The picture on their web and menu show grilled chicken. They use slice sandwich chicken. And they don't serve it with tortilla chips. Manager was shown the salad and he said we got want we ordered. Said we don't have grilled chicken. I will not be returning. read more

Spent almost $25.00 on Cinnabon's and Drinks yesterday for our Cinnabon's too be half way cooked , couldn't even eat it them - didn't get an answer on the phone and it's snowing horrible where I live so just took the loss of money. So disappointed read more

Most of the Schlotzskys have closed down in Denver. I have grown up on this sandwich! Thank you for the wonderful service and will always love this sandwich! read more

Was modern, clean and people very nice. Two men came in without masks and they said they had to have masks on. The men protested but manager insisted. We really appreciated that. read more

Got a great sandwich from Schlotzskys today... a smoked turkey on their perfectly round buns - they sort of remind me of small muffalettas. I had to have it delivered to the airport in a to-go box, so I can't say if everyone there was nice. However, for the price and the convenience, the food was great and exactly the type of grub I felt like having. read more

Good sandwiches, but let's be real, the sourdough bread is why I come back and back. Its fantastic! The Louisiana hot sauce on the table is what puts the sandwich over the top. Sandwiches came out in under 10 mins. Someone was walking around picking up trash, but most the tables only looked semi-clean. read more

I have always enjoyed the Schlotzsky's Ruben on dark rye. One time I did receive one here at this location that the bread was sub par. I mean for rye bread to be sub par it has to be really noticeable. However that was only once. read more

My all time favorite sandwhich joint for vegetarian eats! Always friendly, clean, and tasty. This location is far better than any other Schlotzsky's I've been to. read more

Traveling thru KS and asked on yelp if we could bring our pug to sit with us outside. Got an immediate response from the owner that he would let his GM know and expect us! The outside seating was perfect, covered and mostly enclosed. Location was so close from the highway, was a great stop for us. Staff was polite and friendly, and we all loved our food. I had the grilled chicken and kale salad which was delicious! Ingredients were fresh and all around a tasty mix. read more

Good food, fast service. Bathrooms could use a little work. The floors throughout the restaurant literally felt like you were walking on a sticky trap. read more

Good quick service. Everyone very polite. Only downside is the sandwiches seem to get smaller with less meat, etc every time.

Good sandwiches, friendly service. But go inside, never been through drive thru when I didn't have to go back because of a mistake.
