The Milkshakes here!!! My review is based solely on my drive-thru experience and their ice cream. My boyfriend and I came here for dessert after dinner, and I must say the ice cream was soo good! The milkshake was the perfect consistency and had enough of the fixings we wanted in it to taste great! I love how there are SO many flavors to choose from you could come for weeks and still not get through them all! We went on the weekend and felt the drive-thru was consistent with normal pace and that the staff was very friendly! Great burgers! The menu is fairly large but everything is made fresh. We also got the corn nuggets and they were very good. Definitely try those with ranch. You get a sweet from the corn combined with cheese. Kids meals come with a cup of ice cream. Service was great. Bri went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed on multiple occasion's. If you're in Salina, stop by this staple!! read more

My husband and I just read reviews about Bogeys on our trip thru Kansas. Had to stop, yes it is off the beaten path but well worth it. My husband had the hickory burger which he liked not greasy at all. We shared a small curly fries with just enough salt with not over doing it. I had the hotdog with everything on it, I did take off a few things still mighty good. The menu is extensive. Shakes are just as good as a shake can be. Many choices of flavors. There are plenty of memorabilia on the walls to read and look at. Great helper at the ordering counter. Didn't catch his name. We were there at noon today and he said he usually does kitchen. Not sure what to make of this place. Was highly recommended by Salina residents, so I stopped by after a long day at the office. Was just after 8 PM. Ordered a simple burger and a side of fries. Had to pull in to the parking lot and the wait was over 15 minutes. :( I thought the food would live up to the hype. But sadly, it did not. The burger was pretty good, but the fries were mushy and not so good. Will I return? Probably. I'll try the dine in, and hopefully the fries and the service will be better. This place is a gem! I was passing through Kansas on a road trip and did not expect to find any good food. The cashier at the local gas station recommended this place so I decided to give it a try. The burgers were simple but delicious and you can tell the ingredients were fresh. Other than In N Out, I've never come across a place with such great and affordable hamburgers. The most absolutely wonderful experience ever. Everyone there was so awesome and so helpful, the most upbeat souls i've ever encountered. We were passing through on our way home. Terrible Father's Day dinner decision. Should've realized what we were getting into when we passed a customer who was leaving in disgust, who said "worst service EVER"..... My husband chose to go to Bogeys for meal at 3 pm. . He ordered chili cheese fries. The fries were cold and little remnants of actual fries, seemingly the leftovers from lunch. The chili was sparse and the plate was very unappetizing. None of us got our drinks, and had to go back and ask again and wait for 15 minutes for them. They didn't have long spoons for the root beer float and we were also charged too much for it, bc it was supposed to be on special. My husband had to clean our filthy table and seats by asking for wipes at counter, before we could even sit down. At least 3 other groups of customers walked out. One female customer had to ask for toilet paper, wait 15 minutes for them to give it to her so she could put it in bathroom herself. Another guy never got the drink he paid for. Absolutely awful service, food and cleanliness! If I was the owner, I would've been in here helping out this disaster. Someone needs to step in and take charge of this disorganized mess! Customers shouldn't have to pay for substandard food, with no drinks at a filthy table they have to clean themselves! read more

I ordered a cheeseburger value meal for my wife and I had the tenderloin value meal. The best things out of it were drinks and veggies. My wife's cheeseburger was cold and tasted rubbery. The tenderloin I had was grossly overcooked and after reaching my destination I have been having stomach problems. Recommended by my local friend, I came here to order my food! I got double cheeseburger meal and Chef's salad. The cheese burger was delicious. Thick patties. Very simple burger with ketchup, mustard and pickles. It's like gourmet version of McDonald's cheese burger. The curly fries were the bomb! It was fried to its perfection and flavor was amazing. I didn't need ketchup to eat with. Well, drink was disappointing. I asked for diet Pepsi with no ice. The cup had "Dt Psi" but it tasted like regular Pepsi and it had tons of ice. Stopped for lunch at Bogey's as we traveled through town. We ordered Hamburgers, hot dogs, cheesy tots and chicken sandwiches and side salads. The sweet girls at the counter taking our order were helpful and moved quickly. The food took a bit but was all freshly prepared. Note: adding cheese to a hotdog or tots will be a liquid nacho cheese not shredded. The atmosphere was cute and there is an outdoor seating area with shade. The food here is good but the big sellers is the customizable ice cream shakes. The Philly cheese steak is pricey and was ok. The ice cream is fantastic on a hot day. The service was very quick and the restaurant was not crowded at all. They also have a call in option if you were in a hurry. I will definitely get ice cream here again read more

I luckily stopped off the highway for gas within a short drive of Bogey's. The menus for both the shakes/malts and even food was overwhelming. Lucky I went in, since I would have held up the drive through line while I looked. Ultimately when I feel stumped with too many options, I ask for a recommendation and surprisingly I was told to try the wraps... not the type of thing I was planning on getting, but I went for it anyway. As I waited inside, there was plenty to look at on the walls (I especially enjoyed the ruby slipper display) and realized this was the kind of place I'd have been a huge fan of as a kid. I think it was an Asian style chicken... with crispy freshly cooked veggies, ample chicken, and a nice savory sauce. I also went for the 'special' shake of the week, the strawberry banana, which provided plenty of enjoyment as I zipped along and continued on my road trip.
