Driving west on 70 and tried to find a mom and pops type place for dinner that would be quick. Kid at the counter was very helpful pointing on his favs and the customers top choices. I tried a normal cheeseburger slider, a mobster slider and a chicken club slider. All were very good with a great bun. Mobster was odd but tasted like pizza. Order came with Frips which are just sliced fried potatoes and your choice of seasoning. Food came out fast and hot. Great little place. Definitely stop in. read more

As a vegetarian I love that they have beyond meat and food was delicious! Staff was very nice too. Definitely recommend!

Great quick place to stop that's a welcome change from your typical fast food. A lot of unique slider options served with frips (fried chips). And something that was really nice, and out of the ordinary these days, the young boy at the counter was nice and super helpful. read more

The food was fantastic! We'll keep them in mind as a must-stop when traveling on I70!

A few minutes off a I-70, Bravo Sliders is a hidden gem that all of the locals seem to know about. We enjoyed a variety of delightful and delicious sliders, and homemade sides to die for! The staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. Take a moment away from driving endlessly on the interstate and get yourself some sliders! read more

Saturday hours are 11-8. Showed up at 5pm to their open signage lit, hours posted on the door, and the door locked. Last time we visited it was delicious, which is why we drove 80 minutes to eat specifically here. Very disappointed. Ended up trying out Martinelli's, which did a great job turning the evening around. read more

Wow! What a find! About 5 minutes south of I-70 in Salina. We are driving through KS and wanted something small. We also are traveling with 2 dogs and had planned to visit Barkley Park in Salina. Back to Bravo: It took a few minutes to find the menu online, but I was able to find the attached photos on their Facebook page. They are very active on the page, so the menu is up to date. We wanted to use the drive through. They do not have a posted menu outside, so you either need to know what you want, or maybe ask for a paper menu. We decided on 2 sliders each, and a few sides. For Sliders they were all exactly what you would expect based on the menu description: Tuna: made true Mid-west style with sweet pickle relish Bacon Valley Burger Crispy Chicken Club T.B.L.T Chicken Parm Mobster For Sides: Frips: Garlic Parmesan and Nashville Hot -both were delicious. If I had known, I would have asked for them well done. Fried Okra: Fresh fried and crispy. We did not receive any dip for them. Onion Rings: crispy and light. They are beer battered, and tasted like they may have seasoned them with salt. Drinks: Sweet Tea was exactly that: Sweet. Dr. Pepper was also carbonated correctly and they did not skimp on filling the cup. I would highly recommend this place! They were very polite, however, if you are using the drive through, plan to wait. They can only take one order at the window, so just have to wait your turn. read more

Such a fun place! So many amazing options, both in terms of flavor and appetite size. Frips (is it a fry? Is it a chip?) were unique with lots of customizable flavors. There's also a wheel to spin to help you with your choice should you experience decision fatigue. read more

Delicious sliders with every combination you could imagine. Once you figure out the menu, you realize there are a lot of options with various meats and accompaniments. We ordered a total of 17 sliders for a group. Everyone was completely satisfied. Some of the big hits were the Philly cheesesteak, the chicken Parmesan, and the chicken club. We went through the drive-through and expected a fairly long wait but the service was super fast. read more

Food was great. Small hidden gem! Found it on TikTok and the service was even better! Tik tok, blow them up!

My absolute favorite place to eat in Salina!! Staff is always friendly and the food is great.

We stopped here on our way through Kansas for lunch. We both thought our burgers were pretty good. The fries could have been a bit crispier but had great flavor. We loved the add on flavors for the fries. The onion rings were not great. They tasted like frozen ones from the store. The employees were all very nice and attentive. This was refreshing from such a young staff as so many young people are not this friendly. The store was clean and tidy. Overall a good experience. read more

I would define Bravo as a hole-in-the-wall GEM. As an across-the-state road tripper, it's a few minutes off the highway, but I'd come back without a doubt! $3 may be slightly steep if you get a plain cheeseburger (like my kids...), but the sheer amount of variety they offer with their sliders makes it worth it! Our frips were enjoyable (a cross between chips and fries), but I honestly couldn't taste the difference between the S&P and the garlic parmesean. They were tasty, and I don't know if it's normal, but the texture was a little floppy. (May be because our online order had been sitting in the box for a few minutes? Not sure.) The man who took our order was SUPER kind, helpful and welcoming. We chatted about the food scene where we're from and he gave the advice to simply call in for ordering in the future, and they could help me save a few bucks. Thank you Bravo for a great road trip stop! read more

I'm sad I didn't get any photos of this stop on our trip from Wisconsin to Colorado, but that's why Google images exist. The sliders were GREAT. Solid size. If you are hungry, grab two! The staff was EXTREMELY nice! Honestly such nice people. I would totally eat here again and if you are like we were, Bravo's makes for a great place to randomly stop while road-tripping across Kansas. read more

Fun, clean place with tasty food and friendly staff! Everything is made to order. On a road trip so we came by for lunch. The staff explained the menu and we picked out 4 different sliders to try along with frips, okra and potato salad. Everything was really good. The Chicken Parm slider was top-notch. Went there as we were working our way across KS on 31 Mar 2025. Yelp said it was open. Web page said they were open. Hours posted on the door said they were open. It was noon, then 12:05, then 12:10... tried the door, tried calling. Nothing. Two other cars were also trying to enter, no luck. Bad experience, won't try again. read more

Definitely will go back next time I am in town. There are so many options everyone should be able to find something they like. I recommend the Cheesesteak slider. It was so good thought about it for days wishing had gotten another. The frips (their version of fries / chip) were good however the sour cream and onion were very salty. Such a large selection to choose from on the menu! When I hear "sliders " I think of burgers, but Bravo has taken all the tasty sandwiches you could think of and made them into bite sized portions. They also made some classic/popular meals into sliders; I tried the chicken cordon bleu slider and it was delicious! Must also get frips - don't ask for an explanation, just order some (my favorite is the truffle and Parmesan, but I'm sure they have a flavor that you will enjoy)! read more

This is probably one of the best hidden gems in Salina. Love this place and their endless options. Awesome service focused on exploring your likes and then them sharing their options. Drive through is popular but I recommend going inside the old diner type restaurant without the cheesy jukebox...and relax for a minute while they cook your order fresh and hot! Frips are awesome with a ton of seasoning options, a must have. First timers I recommend everyone in your group get a different seasoning just to try them all! Enjoy again and again! Menu so big different experience each time! read more

Delicious and unique! Stopped here on our way through KS from CO. Such a huge selection of sliders and "frip" flavors! Our first time to try frips and they were pretty amazing. Kinda similar to a waffle fry. Also seemed to have different kinds of slider bread for different sliders. Fried okra was also pretty amazing. Highly recommend! read more

Worth a shot for some flavor varieties. We got takeout for our family and got a variety of sliders including the Fajita, gyro, classic American, pizza burger. We got several burgers that included real beef in several and also included impossible burger just to try that. We let our boys try some of the impossible burger, and if we had not told them it was fake, they said they would not have noticed. We got a side of poutine fries to share also. The buns were like a potato type of bun before they had a nice consistency for the burger. The overall variety was a nice change of pace from mass produced food. You could tell that care was taken at the burgers. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. Overall, we all enjoyed our burger experience. The poutine was not really up to par and would not necessarily recommend that. But the place is worth a try. read more

Passing through Kansas? This is the place to drive through. Amazing service and the food honestly tastes like home cooking. That's the best :) Frips are like pickle shaped fries and the quality cuts of meat are fresh, cooked to order. There are vegetarian options too! The soups have a veggie base to it.
