Don't let the reviews about a dingy restaurant keep you away, I feel as though they were overblown. What brought me here was memories from childhood on a trip from Texas to Nebraska. We got the big 10 pizza and the cheese was baked over and with the veggies, which keep true to the Big Cheese style. Pizza was good and so was the experience. we plan on making this a traditional stop on the way from Nebraska to Texas and back.

Best pizza in town. They have a special almost every night, the "Big Cheese" pizza is the best!

It had a very vintage feel and decor and also was connected to an older gym from a school. Yet, they made the experience and vibe of your dinner feel nice and elegant. They're only open on the weekends, so make sure you get a reservation as it filled up very fast! They serve your food through many courses so be prepared to stay and enjoy for a few hours. We enjoyed the company of our friends as the environment was very laid back and took our time. You start with options for appetizers, soup/salad, entree, and dessert. They even had complimentary, adorable palette cleansers between each course! (My favorite was the raspberry sorbet-super delicious). For food we had the artichoke bruschetta for an appetizer (very different than normal bruschetta but flavorful). We also had the arugula salad which I thought was really good! For entree, I ordered the stuffed chicken and was pleased and satisfied with the flavors. It could have come out a bit hotter, but was still good. My boyfriend ordered the ribeye, which was a pretty good size and said he thoroughly enjoyed! And for dessert, we had the cheesecake which was homemade and very delicious. The staff was also friendly throughout the night but, again, just be prepared to take your time as they tend to as well! Overall, I had a great time and really enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend and would love to experience again!

Once we ordered an appetizer of the cheese bites, it took over 30 minutes to get it. Multiple people came in after we ordered, yet still received their food before us. The waitress would come by and say the kitchen was working on it. We went ahead and ordered our main food hoping it would be better. It was not.... I ordered wings and fries and my husband ordered steak bites and fries. We got wings and steak bites, but no fries.... My wings were cold when they were delivered and we finally received 1 order of fries after we had eaten everything else. I hope this was just an off night and maybe we just had bad luck. But due to that, I would not recommend the place based on our limited experience.
