Cheddar broccoli soup was greasy and tasted like it was out of a can, the pizza my boyfriend ordered was greasy and tasted frozen which for fast food, I guess that's what you'd expect. However, my Schlotzsky's original sandwich was good as always. I'll stick with just the sandwiches from here.. service was good and served with a smile therefore I didn't ask for a soup refund that I returned. Tables are wobbly but had just been wiped down. Not sure how clean the water or rags were. Disappointing since it's been about 20 years since I've had access to Schlotsky's and they used to be a favorite for me. read more

I love the flat brad Chicken Club pizza, this location pizza is always on point you can taste all ingredients on the pizza. The location in Dallas, on Wheatland needs your recipe due to them never giving orders enough meat on the pizza. Keep up the good work please!! read more

Went tonight to try something different. The young lady was nice at the counter. Place was empty at 6:15 PM. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Club add olives and a pizza. The ingredients to the Turkey Bacon Club do not have onions on the sandwich. I get home and my sandwich is a regular turkey sandwich with onions on it, no bacon, no olives that I asked for, and, the bread was rock hard. Yes, I'm annoyed!! I try to patronize this location but they just disappoint me every time. I'm done. read more

While many other Schlotzsky's seem to have stopped serving the raspberry vinaigrette with their strawberry salad, this Schlotzskys still has it. I have been here twice in the last two weeks. Both times the salad was fresh, properly prepared and their pecanbons were delicious. read more

I recently ordered a Cinnabon Classic from this location, and it was a complete disappointment. Not only was it significantly smaller than what I've received at other establishments--including Pilot fuel centers--but it was also severely overbaked to the point of being hard and dry. To make matters worse, it was inadequately frosted, leaving it far from the indulgent treat Cinnabon is known for. For the price and brand reputation, I expected far better. This location needs to improve its quality control if it wants to keep customers coming back. read more

horrible experience from the faulty app and website! I wasn't able to login and get points from my order. My order arrived with the pizza cold and items missing! I will never order from here again! The most disappointing experience I have ever experienced at a restaurant in my entire life. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste your time. read more

This schlotskys is SLOW. food quality is mediocre and serving size to cost comparison is horrendous.. they charge TWO EXTRA dollars just to add some cheese. That cinnamon roll was tiny and over 5 dollars... won't be returning here read more

I received an order today and when I opened the box I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the pick any two which included half sandwich and a flatbread pizza. First of all, I was not aware I would receive half flat bread pizza since that wasn't specified through the app. Also, when I opened the box, I was surprised the pizza looked terrible and was very cold. Yuck! The only good thing about this order were the chips. I also will be posting this review on Yelp to alert others so they are aware of what their money is paying for. Thanks but no thanks Schlotzsky's moving forward. read more

First time, coming to this location and it was amazing. The service was great and the person that was on cashier was polite and patient. The food came out quick and hot for me. It was a good experience. I even got a Cinnabon and it as amazing. 10/10 read more

This place is a little pricy for what it is but it's very filling and you won't get this kind of break anywhere. For 10 dollars u get a sandwich, a drink and chips. Their sourdough bread is so good ! Doesn't feel heavy to eat it ! read more

The only thing worse than this food is the awful customer service! My flatbread was cold and tasteless. To add insult to injury, they gave me the wrong drink, which tasted like it sat on the counter for a while (flat). I went back to request my coke and had to wait for an extended amount of time. No apology was given for the error. I won't be back, and you shouldn't go either. read more

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I waited near 25 minutes in the drive through for my food that was obviously completed and bagged in the front of kitchen. The lady who took my order completely left after she scanned my card. I have no idea where she went. Then some man who made the sandwich bagged it, looked at me, left it on the kitchen counter, then left for the entire time. I waited at the drive through (thankfully no line) for such a long time. The store wasn't busy (it never is), no other cars piled behind me, the inside was almost empty with few customers, it was a single sandwich I ordered and I waited for a long time for them. If I could've driven off, I would've, but they charged my card and I didn't plan on leaving without my food. In the end, the black lady with blue hair returned to hand me my bag that was sitting on the counter, cold and stale, as I grabbed it and drove away. Horrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend going here ever again. I never write reviews, but this was ridiculous that I had to dedicate time for one. read more

Pizzas taste better than other locations nearby. The $5 weekend deals is pretty sweet as well.

The facility was nice, clean and the staff were great! Customer service was outstanding.

First let me say l haven't been here in a while but there service was fantastic. I visited the Cedar Hill location with my mother and we decided to share a medium original sandwich since they are so large and filling. We each ordered a cup of soup and briefly mentioned it to the cashier. Within a few minutes of paying for our order, a server brought out our food and had already separated it for us. She was very polite. The sandwich and soup hit the spot and Mom and I both decided that we will visit again real soon! You should do the same. read more

Not impressed. Wanted to order Ruben but was told that it was only available if ordered online. Cesar salad was basic could have just got salad kit from Albertsons. Turkey bacon sandwich and original basic as well. For my first time trying not impressed. Don't think I will trying again at least not on my dime. read more

While visiting Texas, I kept on seeing Schlotzsky's signs everywhere, so I figured...why not. I was pleasantly greeted by Mike who helped us make a decision by informing us on the type of sandwich place this was. I went for the Original since that is what they are known for. The hubster ordered the Chicken bacon smokey cheese on sourdough and it was delicious! I enjoyed it more than my Original. Overall the restaurant has a nice and comfortable feel to it. I would come back again if in the mood for a hot crispy sandwich. read more

Enjoyed lunch yesterday here had my combination pizza and it was delicious and service was great

The meat is great, so are the rest of the toppings. But the bread has its own unique aroma of urine. I will never forget that. Ive eaten at many sclotzsky's in my time living in Texas. The veggies, meat and cheese are great. But the bread is an unfortunate memory, even though its been over 20 years. Oh did i mention the last time i ate at a schlotzskys was 1996 or thereabouts? Im sure it hasnt changed that much! read more

I have to say this place has improved on their customer service. The first few times the staff there were rude! I hesitated coming back! But when I finally did, we had the best customer service at the window by Macaela!:) She was soooo super nice to us and went above and beyond asking if we wanted any condiments with our order which we were never asked before by other staff members! We will definitely be back to be serviced by the sweet lady servicing the drive thru window. :) read more

For the most part I really like these people until last weekend. So people and places flourish under pressure and some people and places crumble. This is one place that crumbles under pressure. Went here in a Friday and they were fairly busy, there were 3 people ahead of me and 3 people waiting on their food. I placed an order for a chicken Pesto pizza and a cinnamon roll. I don't eat meat, but I have learned if the meat can be picked off to let the place fix it their regular way or they will mess it up every time. So this was my plan. I get home ...and the picture attached is what the employees here and management felt was ok to sell to anyone. Being that I don't live close to this place, I had no dinner. Because I refused to eat this trash. Half of it was Burnt to a crisp, there was a pile of olives just in the middle, the chicken(even if I was going to eat it) was so dry and nothing about this monstrosity looked appealing!! The tomatoes were dried all out and it looks like they made this early in the day and was hoping somebody would come and order it and I was the lucky fool! Needless to say I will never waste my money here again. If you go, don't go when they are busy or they will chunk you some slop and act like they did you a favor read more

Been here a few times since my last review. The place keeps getting dirtier. How is that possible? Each visit is the same. There are usually 10 patrons or so in the restaurant. The drive thru is almost always packed. I count more than 8 employees. I hardly ever see a manager. I've never seen anyone clean the tables. This last visit was particularly dirty. We were forced to sit at a bar that was lightly dusted with crumbs and cup stains. I wiped the area down a few times but needed a wet cloth to get the dried food off the surface. I ordered 1/2 a pizza and a cup of soup. My fiance ordered a soup and a sandwich. It took over 20 minutes for our food to come out. When it did I received half a pizza and half a sandwich. They asked my fiance what he ordered. He told them and I gave them my sandwich and pizza back. I showed the server the receipt with my fiance's order. They brought out my pizza and soup. They brought out 1/2 the sandwich they previously tried to give me. My fiance told them again what he ordered. I shpwed the receipt again. They left all confused again. The third time another man who I think is the manager shows up and asks what my fiance ordered. I asked them why they don't know what he ordered. Again I showed them the receipt and this time the manager takes it with him. I tell him to give it back but he ignored me and walked away! I gave away the proof! Finally they deliver his order. It was correct. By then I was miserable. It didn't help that the TV was on the news showing the most recent shootings in Colorado. If I cone back here its because I'm forced to. read more

I have been visiting Schlotzsky's for several years, however never this location in Cedar Hill. I had a real craving for a Texas Schlotzsky's sandwich which is not listed on the menu. This is a jalapeno turkey sandwich which I would always order back home. I ended going through the drive thru and placed my order. They immediately knew what kind of sandwich I was ordering without question and after just a few minutes I was at the main window picking up my order. I was surprised how fast the drive thru was considering I visited during a busy time in the day when I could see that the inside dinning area was packed. The girl at the window handed me my order and was polite and prompt. I took a look inside my bag that she gave me to verify the order was correct, and it was. Good Job! read more
