Our server was delightful but the manager came out of nowhere, rudely interrupted our dinner and asked me to leave because my service dog barked at him when he walked up (info on Google says pets welcome) and it was disturbing his customers (there were no other customers in the restaurant). Cute place in a little strip mall. I ordered the cannelloni $7.95 and it was served piping hot with some yummy bread in a basket. I took a picture of it, with the cheese bubbling and it looked so delish but somehow I deleted it. I had a side salad which was fresh and just the right size $3.50. I decided to order delivery through Yelp because...I was being lazy. The delivery was great. My driver was very responsive and my food arrived on time (if not a little earlier). I ordered the meatball pasta (spaghetti) and Cesar salad. The portions were great, and they also included 3 rolls. The food itself was very bland. Nothing special about the spaghetti or salad. We have been going to Roma's for years. Today we had the worst service ever. We went for lunch arriving a little after 2pm. There were only 2 customers there and they were finishing up their meal. We placed our order and promptly received our drinks, bread, and salads. Two more parties arrived after us. 3 people in total. 30 minutes later, we are still waiting on our entrees. The customers who arrived after us, received their meal in no time. After speaking with the manager, we left. Sadly, we will no longer be patrons there. We have been there when it was super busy and short staffed, but it was no where as dissapointing as today. read more

I've gone a few times and the food has been pretty good. Today I went and I got lasagna because I have been craving some and was highly disappointed. The lasagna was super salty and the bottom was burnt and stuck to the plate. There service has always been good so I'm going to give them another chance.
