Great food and good customer service!! Friendly staff I personally like there chicken Alfredo/bread

Messed up my food order and made me feel like it was my fault. When I clearly stated no pork. I wasn't offered a credit or a drink or nothing. Just sit and wait. read more

I ordered the tortellini michael Angelo which is described on the menu with mushrooms, chives and garlic...it came with mushrooms swimming in an Alfredo sauce (not made from scratch). A big disappointment. Our server was delightful but the manager came out of nowhere, rudely interrupted our dinner and asked me to leave because my service dog barked at him when he walked up (info on Google says pets welcome) and it was disturbing his customers (there were no other customers in the restaurant). Needless to say I would not recommend. read more

Food is always great! We've taken many friends and family with us, and everyone says they like whichever item they choose. Service is good, too! If you like hot tea after your meal, ask if the server Vanessa is working. She does a great job! read more

Cute place in a little strip mall. I ordered the cannelloni $7.95 and it was served piping hot with some yummy bread in a basket. I took a picture of it, with the cheese bubbling and it looked so delish but somehow I deleted it. I had a side salad which was fresh and just the right size $3.50. Our server was attentive and friendly. Visited in mid-August, during the pandemic & we were the only diners in the place, most of their business while we were there was pickup. read more

Amazing experience very clean the best Italian food I've had in a while. Definitely recommend service was great

I decided to order delivery through Yelp because...I was being lazy. The delivery was great. My driver was very responsive and my food arrived on time (if not a little earlier). I ordered the meatball pasta (spaghetti) and Cesar salad. The portions were great, and they also included 3 rolls. The food itself was very bland. Nothing special about the spaghetti or salad. I've honestly had a better salad from Kroger and I ended up adding my own seasoning to the spaghetti. Also I was disappointed to find that there were only 3 meatballs included. read more

the food was very good, everything was only about $50 which is way less than I expected considering the area. service was also good considering there were only two people running the whole restaurant + to go orders. would definitely come back when it's less busy read more

Very good pizza. Lots of Italian food. No Italian seasoning? Was informed by our server that there is no such thing as Italian seasoning. Calling the McCormick company tomorrow. They've fooled me for 50 years. Oregano would have been great to sprinkle on the pizza though. Nice fresh green leaf salad. Warm bread. Would return to dine again. read more

Since it changed owners the food is heavy and not good. I ordered the chicken fettuccine and it felt like it weighed five pounds. It tasted heavy and nothing like before, read more

I hate when people take advantage of their customers. I ordered a medium pizza with sausage and mushrooms. I asked for the cheese to be on top of the ingredients. They charged me for extra cheese and said that's the only way they can do what I'm asking for. Then the standing there looking at me like I'm crazy. $18 for a medium 2 topping pizza is a rip off when they sell 2 lgr 2 topping pizzas for $29 read more

We went about 230 on Sunday, not a crowd at all. Service from.2 young ladies was excellent. I had beef cannolli, was piping hot and tender noodles, great flavor. Peppers , sausage Parmesan was a huge order, great taste. We were both happy so decided to get a pizza to go. Only downside is the garlic bread, not so good read more

I never write reviews but this had to be said. Today was very disappointing i have been coming here for years and the food is not the same, i ordered the chicken farfalle (my favorite dish) and it does not taste the same, it will never taste the same without the original owners and there family, this restaurant used too be so good now its not. Its sad to see it go down like this. read more

We have been going to Roma's for years. Today we had the worst service ever. We went for lunch arriving a little after 2pm. There were only 2 customers there and they were finishing up their meal. We placed our order and promptly received our drinks, bread, and salads. Two more parties arrived after us. 3 people in total. 30 minutes later, we are still waiting on our entrees. The customers who arrived after us, received their meal in no time. After speaking with the manager, we left. Sadly, we will no longer be patrons there. We have been there when it was super busy and short staffed, but it was no where as dissapointing as today. read more

Wow. If Texans think this is Italian food then I'm Conor McGregor. Boxed spaghetti, frozen meatballs and hot dog buns with seasoning for the "garlic bread" I saw the reviews online and decided to take a chance because we can't cook because we sold the house and all the dishes are packed. My advice to Texans, there is life outside of here.. some better food too. read more

Pizza crust was just how I like it. Pasta was nice and hot. Garlic bread was really good.

Everyone else's food seemed good but I don't recommend getting the calzone. It's a setup, trust me... The moment I cut my calzone in half and saw the inside my mouth dropped...The filling is literally 96% AIR. Keep in mind I haven't ate ANYTHING. All I did was cut it in half and that's what it looked like Then I asked for it to be a pepperoni calzone and they didn't even get that right.....I cried. read more

Nope! Not real pizza to me. To be honest Tortino's frozen Pizza would be better. I ordered the single serving pizza and it had no real taste. Not sure how they stay busy. Under staffed for a lunch rush. Two guys and a full restaurant. We had a party of 10 and of course it took awhile to cash out. Other than the fresh garlic loaf bread that was the only good thing we enjoyed. read more

I've gone a few times and the food has been pretty good. Today I went and I got lasagna because I have been craving some and was highly disappointed. The lasagna was super salty and the bottom was burnt and stuck to the plate. There service has always been good so I'm going to give them another chance. Just highly disappointed at how bad the lasagna was. read more

I love Roma's Italian Restaurant on Pleasant Run. They have good lasagna portions. We like to start with fried calamari and then order veggie pizza or shrimp alfredo. First time eating here and I've lived less then 10 mins away literally for about 2 years. 7 months pregnant and I started craving some good authentic Italian food. I loved loved loved this place. The chicken parmigiana was delicious and the mozzarella sticks were too. My 5yr old twins loved it as well and they are some very picky eaters! All I can say is baby boy inside my belly is jumping for joy right now! I never want to go to Olive Garden for this dish again. read more

Food was delicious, fresh, tasty, and deep flavors! Service was excellent. Also great prices.

Great authentic pizza!! They always make me order right and it's hot and fresh! Service is great!

This is such a hidden gem! I have been wanting to try it & finally did this evening. Everything arrived hot & fresh, on time! I knew from the smell it was going to be good but the first bite of the marinara with the mozzarella sticks confirmed it! I also had the house salad with house dressing! Very fresh & full of flavor! My chicken picatta was very tasty and the chicken was so tender, not rubbery! You could tell this was authentic, made with fresh ingredients! All the flavors were perfectly balanced. I didn't have to add anything to it & that's saying something for me! Go try this place! Trust me, you won't be disappointed! I will be back & already know what else I want to try! Hope this place stays in business forever! Thank you! #supportsmallbusinesses read more

Great place. Nice verity of items. Their pizza is great, along with the pasta dishes, sandwiches and don't get me started on the deserts. Always friendly service. I have eaten in and had food to go. I arrived at 6pm to Romas first we received our pasta before the pizza which is fine but it usually comes at the same time as the pizza. But this time the pizza didn't come at all. I told them to cancel the order because this is ridiculous waiting almost 1 hour!!! read more
