I had a great first experience at Soul Circles! We ordered the collard green chicken wings and two pizzas. The collard green wings were the star of the show. They had a flavor unlike anything I've ever tasted. The owner explained that the sauce is made using the juice from collard greens along with his own special blend. It was absolutely delicious and something I would order again without hesitation. The owner was incredibly welcoming. He took the time to explain the entire menu, answered all of our questions, and even let us know that the venue is available to rent for events. There was plenty of seating, making it a comfortable place to relax while we waited. The pizzas came out hot and fresh after about a 20-minute wait. Every topping tasted fresh and the flavor combinations were unique and well balanced. You can tell everything is made with care.If you're looking for something different with bold flavors and excellent customer service, Soul Circles is definitely worth a visit. read more

Soul Circle's 10" Ocean of Soul pizza is an absolute triumph. I chose the cauliflower crust option, and it was the perfect foundation: light, crisp, and sturdy enough to carry every bold, soulful flavor stacked on top. The combination of Cajun shrimp, crawfish tail meat, and red and green bell peppers creates a savory, Louisiana‑inspired profile that's vibrant, comforting, and downright addictive. I normally eat one or two slices of any pizza and save the rest for the next day. Not this time. This pizza was so good it practically disappeared on its own. I only remembered to take a picture when I was down to the last slice. That's how irresistible it was. And the customer service? Truly exceptional. After GrubHub inexplicably cancelled my order, the owner of Soul Circles personally delivered my pizza just so I wouldn't miss out. That thoughtful gesture genuinely made my day and sealed the deal: I'll be ordering directly from Soul Circles from now on. Exceptional food. Exceptional people. A standout experience from start to finish. read more

Amazing pizza, service & ambiance! I called prior to visiting this restaurant to inquire about menu options, and the owner was so polite, even suggesting that he would make a special and original pizza for me based on my desires. I opted to order the pepperoni and jalapeño pizza/collard greens wings and asked for honey on the side. It was delicious. I dined Nextdoor for happy hour and they brought the pizza over for me as a courtesy. I will definitely be returning again soon. read more

OMG!! I didn't know my soul was hungry until I met Soul Circles! The hospitality of the owner was top notch. And the DJ was jammin'... such a vibe. The overall ambiance had me feeling right at home. We ordered the Ocean of Soul, Collard Green wings and the Lemon Peppa Steppa wings. EVERYTHING was delicious. The Collard Green wings are my new favorite. The Ocean of Soul was good to my soul. We ate the entire slice...not crust remaining. The crust was buttery & tasty. Soul Circle is the truth! read more

My family brought this for me to try and it was delicious! The shrimp and grits pizza was not what I was expecting, but the grits don't take over the crust. I wish there was more hot honey on the meat pizza but it was still good. I think my favorite wing was the Jimmie got soul flavor, but they were all pretty good. I didn't know what to expect when they said collard green wings, but that sauce on there, just makes the collards tie in nicely. I think in person would make it that much better. But for takeout, it was delicious. We need one in Florida. read more

The food here is a must-try! We had the BBQ pizza (I can't remember the exact name) and the collard green wings--yes, you read that right! I was really intrigued by the wings. They were tender, flavorful, and surprisingly delicious with the collard greens. That said, I think a Cajun dipping sauce would really elevate them--just a little extra spice would make them perfect. The owner was super sweet and made the experience even better. And I can't forget the Kool-Aid--it was on point! Brought back memories from growing up. Definitely give this place a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed. I'm already planning to go back and try more of the pizza combos and the other wing flavors. Honestly, I was pulling up just for those wings! read more

Pizza was pretty good but that Jerry Got Soul wings is a PROBLEM!!!! I need a large order special! I'm gonna go broke ordering it!

I recommend you go, asap! They have delicious pizza and wings. I love the unique options that they have. I tried the "All the Smoke" pizza and the "Phat Burger Pizza". They're both good but the all the smoke pizza got me in a chokehold. Like it's so good, I even eat it with the jalapeños...I hate jalapeños. For the wings, I tried the collard green wings and the Jimmy wings. Both options are delicious. My picky daughter thoroughly enjoyed the collard green wings. When I saw that Soul Circles was located inside of Smokey Ds (one of my favorite BBQ spots) , I knew it was gonna be good! read more

I was in the area picking up my hand gun and since it was getting late we decided to eat dinner in the area. I picked this place from google maps and I'm so glad I did. Marvin was so sweet and took the time to engage with my family and make some great suggestions. We truly enjoyed both pozzas and wings. I must admit I love a fusion restaurant ! My family and I will def be back soon ! read more

Southern-style pizza is in the metroplex! DFW's 1st Soul Food Pizzeria is currently inside of Smokey D'z BBQ. Service and ambiance is on point! The Southern-style pizza starts with the crust. The art & heritage of pizza making comes through in harmony with soulful innovation here. We ordered: *SOUTHERN CLASSIC: Grilled chicken, Smokey D'z famous collard greens, Cajun Onion, Fresh Red Bell Peppers. (This is what they call Sunday Dinner! -only missing is cornbread!) *Half a PEPPERONI, TONY, TONE: Pepperoni, topped off with Pesto Drizzle. *Half a VEGGIE LIFE: Mushrooms, Fire Roasted Bell Peppers, green bell pepper, Black Olives and Onions. *COLLARD GREEN WINGS: Seasoned Naked Wing Fried Crispy, tossed in Signature Collard Green Sauce topped with Smokey D'z Collard Greens, and Applewood Smoked Bacon Bits (wet) *CAJUN KOOLAID - Watermelon & Green Apple Every component from topping to sauces and beyond - hit! I recently visited this establishment and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was slow, inattentive, and lacked basic professionalism. After dealing with the issues during my visit, I spoke directly with the manager about my concerns, hoping for some accountability and improvement. When I calmly raised my concerns, instead of handling it respectfully, the manager tried to embarrass me in front of others. His tone and approach felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect concerns to be addressed privately and respectfully, not turned into an uncomfortable situation. read more

I tried the Ocean of Soul pizza on my second visit. I was worried that the wait time was going to be an issue after 2 failed attempts to call in my order. I was told it would be 15 minute wait after I ordered in person. Ten minutes later, I was in my car sampling a slice before driving home. Highly Recommend. read more

Y'all, this is a hidden gem, located inside Smokey D'z BBQ. If you love pizza you will enjoy this spot, if you love gourmet pizza, this is especially for you. They have something for everyone and you can build your own pizza if you like, but they specialize in Soul Food pizza meaning all their speciality pizza is topped with soul food classics. There are some main staples but the menu can change, the owners will walk you through it all! It's really unmatched and you will enjoy quality pizza that you can't get anywhere else! They also have wings for all you wing lovers and they too are speciality! I will post a picture of the menu! It was delicious and made to order. The customer service is awesome and if you love your pizza to have that perfect cheese pull you won't be disappointed! Everything I tried was amazing! I got the Grilled Cheese Sandwich pizza, and the After Church! Soooo Good! The crust is my thing! I also got to taste the collard green wings, I don't even eat wings and they were really delicious! I will be back! I went during the day but in the (some) evenings the restaurants has a DJ or live bands. Also the restaurant is super clean and every staff member was attentive and makes sure you enjoy your visit. read more

My first time here, and I'm going to become a regular! First, amazing service. Super friendly With my phone order, I added 2 sides of ranch. Guy said, "bet you $1 you won't need the ranch, but I'll put it in" He was right! I got the large pizza, half supreme, half plain cheese (kids), and 6 of the soul wings. Never devoured 6 wings that fast! Flavor and crunch were on point! Pizza was delicious! Kids loved it just as much as me. Ambiance at the restaurant is very chill. Looking forward to the next visit! read more

Soul Circles is amazing food as is Smoking D's. Two great establishments one location. Ran across them here on Yelp last week and decided to give them a try. Their food was impressive. We had some wings (Jimmy got sauce) and a pizza that had top billing with collard greens on it. Absolutely fantastic food. We went back this last Sunday and ate the BBQ. We had the kicking Bourbon wings and a three meat plate. Ample and generous portions and food that was "Slap yo mama good"! These people know wings, BBQ and they have a great take on pizza as well. Phenomenal food, excellent prices and exceptional service. read more

Tried this place for the first time today, it was excellent! We had a cheese pizza with mushroom on half (custom), then the 'all the smoke', anhd he the veggie pizza. All three were phenomenal, the crust is delicious and has just the right texture to it. Check this place out! read more

The food was absolutely delicious. The soul food pizza was so good and the Jimmy got soul wings was good. However the after church pizza is sinful because you will eat to much and go to sleep. I almost miss the Mavericks comeback in game two of the western conference finals. I would've posted pictures but once we saw the food we started eating. read more

My family and I tried two of the pizza selections. It was pretty good - very flavorful and not too salty. The biggest disappointment is that the toppings are very scanty. I am not an overindulgent person at all, but I even expected a little more on top of a pizza. Also, the lady at the counter almost forgot that we had ordered a whole pizza (we had to remind her we paid for three not two) so make sure you have your proof of purchase ready. read more
