I love this Pizza Hut location! I've never gotten a pizza that wasn't hot from the oven and always loaded with meat! The crust is sooo buttery and soft and the young lady working the cash register is as courteous as could be. Whether its a small, a medium or our real favorite meat lovers pizza, it's so very satisfying. Get you one! :-) read more

I've patronized this location for over 40 years. It has definitely declined in both customer service, quality of food and aesthetics of the food. The food isn't bad, but, it's lacking. read more

siempre pido pizza ahí porque mi hijo es la única pizza que le gusta 1 siempre que la pido con poca salsa me la envian al contrario llena de salsa cuando llamo se enojan y aparte siempre les digo que manden un repartidor con cambio y nunca traen cambió y me toca pagar de mas I always order pizza there because my son likes it's the only pizza he wants. Whenever I order it with little sauce, they send it to me, on the contrary, full of sauce. When I call, they get angry and I always tell them to send a delivery person with change, but they never bring change, and I have to pay more. read more

Pizza Hut - Pizza Near Me - Duncanville, Texas

This service was the worst, this location should shut down.. place is trashed.. took forever with our order.

Waited almost a hour for a pizza they said was canceled to only turn out that they made a mistake and it wasn't canceled. They need to hire a new general manager. He/she is doing a TERRIBLE job read more

when walking in employee at front desk looked like he didn't even want to be there that's was the first thing I notice. second thing I noticed was he had pizza dough all over his hands with no gloves. Third thing he was talking so low you could barely hear him. I will never come back here that's for sure wouldn't trust them to make my food read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! Ordered for delivery at 6:10! Called twice for them to finally say it was most likely delivered to the wrong house! No refund can be given SMH! What a joke! read more

Unfortunately , 1 is the lowest rating I can give in this review. This particular location has huge staffing issues and terrible customer service. Not sure if this location is corporate or a franchise either way SHUT IT DOWN!! read more

This is the absolute WORST Pizza Hut in the world! Order a pizza and this how it was delivered! Then we call at 11:40, they ignored our call for 20 mins until we drove up there. Abel the manager, should fired ASAP ! Never eating Pizza Hut again. read more

Pizza Hut - a slice of pizza being taken out of a pizza box - Pizza Near Me - Duncanville, Texas

They make the best big New Yorker pizzas!! It was so delicious! Will eat here again. Great staff.

Called my order in on 1/15/2022 @ 3:00pm...was told to pick up in 15 minutes. When I got to the drive through window, I was asked to come into the store, which I declined because I had on my house coat and slippers (I mean, what is a drive through for except to come as you are) anyway, Was told to move because another car was behind me, she said she could not bring my order to my car. I told her that I should have been told on the phone about not being able to pick up at the window. She became so angry with me that I told her to just give me a refund, and just as I gave her my receipt, another staff member brought my pizza to the window and tried to give it to me and the female staff member stopped him and said I am giving her a refund. She was determined that I wasn't getting that pizza....Well, I won't be treated like this again....This was a third strike for the Cedar Ridge Store! read more

Horrible service. can't even get the order right and when you call they say they can't correct it they can only give a credit for the nxt order I'm not ordering ever again I don't need a credit for a nxt visit read more

If I could give less than one star I would. For one their phone just rings and rings they never answer. You can't talk to the manager make a phone order cancel and order. It's ridiculous I've called various times. For two both times I've ordered a pizza I live 2 miles away and they quote me 140 minutes and 105 minutes till delivery. Pizza has arrived cold as a rock. I would never order from here. They should be embarrassed to have a franchise and I am calling corporate to get this joke shut down if I can. Absolute farce. I'm glad I didn't give them my credit card info read more

Well, it's been a minute since the last Yelp review for this location, but apparently nothing regarding customer service has changed. I called the store several times to notify them of an incomplete order and requested a refund for the missing items ($15 before tax) and was told by the shift manager that my account on the PizzaHut app would reflect credit. After several emails and follow up calls in the past month and a half, still nothing. Corporate doesn't do anything either. Lesson learned. read more

Trash service. Waited over an hour for the Delivery only to be told I had to pick it up from the store. Why even have a leave at the door option if you won't adhere TO YOUR OWN RULES!! NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. TRASH!!!! read more

I order at 6:45 and it now 8:50. When I called I about fanboyed out getting the chance to speak to Monica Lewinsky. She told me that I needed to give the deliverer some time because they have 3-4 orders to deliver and there are three of them. I will never order from them again, nor would advise anyone else to. If they can not do their jobs and please their customers then they need to close down. Next time I will just go to Little Cesars. read more

Decided to order ahead of time using the app to basically not have to wait but that was not the case. Pulled up, this location has a drive thru, had 3 cars in line so I go inside and when I told them my order it apparently was not ready so had to end up waiting about 15 extra minutes read more

I'll say it from the get-go, I love Pizza Hut pizza. It is probably the best (nationwide) chain there is. However , I absolutely detest this location. We have really tried to stop going there all together, considering they've burnt our pizza more than once, and gotten our orders wrong more than a few times. But what really got my goat (sorry for bringing goats into this) is when they, unlike all the other businesses in town, decided to stay opon during a snow day. They took my order, billed me, THEN decided to close down without delivering my pizza! The whole issue took hours to resolve, having me calling a dozen different Pizza Hut employees, all un-helpful and rude. So, after being told either that there wasn't any history of me even ordering a pizza even though I had the bill to prove it, or that they couldn't help me, I decided to go in the next day and talk to the manager. I finally got my money back, but the manager didn't seem to care much about the huge customer-service failure. To date we've given this place one more chance, and guess what? They got the order wrong (on a delivery no less). So, we will resist going there. I suggest everyone else do the same too. But you can go in and let them "service" you for one minute, see how they conduct themselves, and decide for yourself. read more

Customer service at this location is non-existent! No one move with urgency. I had a young man look at me sitting at the drive-thru window and still walked away. I have to admit my wings were delicious but customer service is my thing and for that this Pizza Hut gets a big fat zero! read more

Honey! I am upset and still hungry!! (Not a good combination) For your sake I'll tell the short version. I really don't like their customer service. I tried to call before I came and ended up on the phone on hold until I arrived (I stay about 10 min away). They didn't even pick up the phone to greet me first before putting me on hold. When someone finally did answer I was at the drive through waiting for them to come to the window! There was one other customer inside and no one had been in the drive thru. And the person who finally came to the window said I couldn't order from the drive-thru... Keep in mind it is a Monday and I am the only customer there... There is also no sense of urgency. At least there wasn't for this customer. When I came in she wasn't even paying attention to me. She even answered the phone while I was talking to her!!! I am a customer service maniac and I can't stand going into establishments where they lack so much. And if you're the type that calls in to the customer service line, bad news. I don't even think there is one. I tried calling a number and they told me I have to talk to the location and talk to their manager. Ugh! All I wanted was a personal pan pizza and all I got was a whole lot of upset! Lesson learned: Either go with the Cedar Hill location from now on and remember Papa Johns is down the street as Emilio M. said. read more

Everytime i go to the Pizza Hut in Duncanville the experience is always horrible. They are always out of something whether it's out of stuffed crust, or even cheese and pepper. I got a stuff crust for my family today and the cheese literally tasted like plastic. DISGUSTING read more

This place is disgusting. They literally gave me a cold pizza and slapped some of the "Huts Sauce" on the crust to make it look fresh. It was dripping oil. read more

Normal modern small pick up only/delivery only Pizza Hut. They had a special, so I ordered based on the special. The pizza wasn't that good. I got one medium pepperoni and one medium hamburger. My friend and I both agreed it wasn't special. It wasn't even what I would consider good. Just ok. It was edible, but not worth repeating unless you want a good deal. The price was good, the food rather "meh". The man behind the counter seemed to be in a good mood, which is always nice. read more

Never ordering from this Pizza Hut again. It's the closest to me but they're the worst. I ordered pasta (delivery) at 3pm and it was supposedly still being made at 5:30pm. I call and they said someone was suppose to call me to pick up instead because they didn't have a delivery driver. No one called. I asked if my pasta was ready anyway so I can pick it up, she goes to check and still wasn't even made! Telling me "if you want it we'll make it now for you to pick up". Seriously!? Cancelled. read more

Ordered pizza at 7:50ish on Sunday evening, app said it would be out for delivery (est 8:40ish) I paid, TIPPED THE DELIVERY DRIVER, and pizza NEVER SHOWED. Unfortunately this is the closest Pizza Hut but honestly I'd rather drive extra miles then come here again. Just recently it took 10 minutes after it said it was ready when there wasn't a single other person waiting. Well I pay with my car at the drive through and then hand me the paper to put if I wanna give too and then I get my pizza and hours later I realize they never gave me my card back and now I've been on the phone for 20 minutes read more

The prior reviews are on point. The quality and service has gone down. Pizza was dry with hardly any sauce. It look like only two people were working the cashier and another that was preparing the pizza's. The young lady that took my order seem like she was just there. Why does your pizza taste like it has sugar in the dough? I guess the crust off the Stuffed Crust is the only like able thing here. The pizza always looks sad, without cheese and really greasy. I guess pizza chains in the south are kinda slacking, or maybe it's this particular one. The service is pretty much slow and you can have orders missing things or not right at all, they will fix the error if you look at your pizza before you leave. read more

I used the Pizza Hut app to order a large, thin crust pepperoni with mushrooms and diced tomatoes at 10PM on 4/13/2014 (last night), and it was ready for pickup by 10:40PM. It was a bit of a wait for pickup, but it was a pretty good pizza. There was only one person at the counter/working in the back (it was near-closing time when I was asked to pick it up, but the pizza was fresh and worth it. The app hasn't been updated since December 2013, and it assumed that I wanted to pay cash - that was rather annoying. Although I was able to place the order, there wasn't some sort of tracker or explanation as to why. I guess I've been spoiled by Domino's tracker ;) Removing 2 stars because I had initially waited on the phone for about 5 minutes with no answer - that's why I went through the app - and the 40 minute wait for the pizza to be ready for carryout. I would order from this location again. read more

The pizza was good tasted like regular Pizza Hut but they cut both of two medium pizzas terrible. I wouldn't mind the disproportionate sizes if the pizza was just for me but I was sharing it. Way better service than the one that's right by my house on camp wisdom the staff was very helpful and friendly with great customer service

I ordered a pizza online during my lunch break early. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, I was rudely told I had to wait by a young portly Caucasian man. I waited 45 additional minutes and became upset. They found my pizza and noticed it had been in the waiting bin for at least an hour. A word of advice to the staff, not ALL customers are "ghetto." read more

I will never buy anything from this Pizza Hut ever again. Service is terrible starting from the Management down.

Customer service was lacking and the food was cold. We visited about 6:30 pm. I ordered online, and decided to use the drive thru to pick up. It seems to be taking a while for the car in front of me to get their order. After a good 5-7 minutes, they get their food and pull out. I pull up to the window. I probably waited a good 5 minutes to be acknowledged. When the drive thru worker came to the window she simply said "name." I told her my full name. She left and came back and confirmed my first name. She left again. I chose to pay with part of my order with a $10 gift card and the rest on my debit card. I paid and was waiting for my food she took the time to fold pizza boxes. When she had done a few boxes she finally brought over my food. It was cold and the bottom of the pizza box was wet. My sister said we are going to get a refund. We take the order back inside. The same worker asks if we want them to re-make it. No, thank you. Another worker processes the refund and the drive thru worker kept saying we were "short." read more

Ordered a large meat lover's pizza with two marinara sauces and two garlic sauces for delivery last night. I got my pizza but not my sauces. terrible place. the app is trash and glitches alot so I tried to edit my order only to see after I paid, it doubled my order from 14$ to 28$. I tried calling, was on hold for 30min only for a very unprofessional lady to answer. I told her the situation. She responded "I can't don nothin about it. We already making it". I asked to speak to management and she said no, then lied and said she was the manager. If I could rate this place lower I would. The customer service was horrendous a girl basically cursing at the customer on the phone, after that just screaming around the kitchen, workers with headphones while working, dirty kitchen floor. A lot of swearing and talking between the employee, if I we're to do a fraction of the stuff they did when I was there, I would be fired in an instant. I'm surprised that place hasn't been closed yet. read more
