Online ordering system is simple and accurate. The thin crust pizza is excellent. The variety of toppings is plentiful.

Food was hot and ready on time. Staff was friendly and courteous. Would visit more in the future.

Got a deal a large with 3 toppings for 9.49. Pizza was fresh and had sufficient toppings. The bacon loved it...it was crispy. Yum!

We love our Mr. Jims. Delicious pizza and it's always delivered on time. The drivers are always friendly and couteous.

Got a pizza from Sam's that made me crave a good pizza. Mr. Jim's never lets me down. Better than Costco, Sam's, papa johns, dominoes, Pizza Hut too. read more

MrJims.Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Duncanville, Texas

We have ordered delivery from Mr. Jim's Pizza in Duncanville, TX for 40+ years. We place an order just about every month. We love your food. Our usual phone order is two medium, thick-crust pizzas with 2 toppings per pizza. We also get two family-size cinnamon sticks. Our first thick-crust style pizza experience was on our Honeymoon 50 years ago this month. (It was not at Mr. Jim's.) After that, we have never ordered thin-crust pizza again. Thick-crust rules! We have the cinnamon sticks with icing for breakfast throughout the week. The pizza provides us with snacks and meals for two to three days. No cooking for us, Yay! We have tried to tip the lady who takes our phone order, but she says she is not allowed to take tips. So, I want to say kudos to Joan. She has taken our order many times. She calls me by name and is friendly and professional. When asked, she cheerfully tells me about the current specials so I can save money on my order. Due to the diligent pizza cooks and the personable delivery person, our orders are always delivered on time. Before I retired, I worked about one mile from Mr. Jim's. The staff frequently ordered calzones, salad, and pizza. Again, great service and great food. Thank you, Mr. Jim's Pizza. Helen & Tom read more

I place online orders from this restaurant every couple months. They have a great rewards program, and the food is always ready at the time they claim. The employees are always very welcoming and get the order quickly when you come to pick it up. They always offer to give me grated Parmesan and red pepper packets. The order is always correct, and the food is always hot. The inside of the restaurant is nice and clean, and there is seating to wait for your order. read more

Love love love the Chicken Premier pizza!!! So creamy! They pizzas are way fresh and never make me wait for delivery over 30/40 min even ordering online. Best left over pizza for sho! Will say I picked up one time and the locations peculiar... maybe just do delivery. It's still worth it. read more

Definitely love Mr. Jim's Pizza! Their slogan is "It's the crust" and they mean it. If you check out their website, they go into detail regarding the type of flour they use, their process for stretching the dough, and how it's actually made. It tastes great where the pizza has a slight chew with the right amount of tomato sauce and cheese that makes each bite tasty. I stick to pepperoni as my main topping and it's perfect each time. The staff is really nice at this location and I always order online to get points toward a free large pizza. My order has always been right using the online ordering system. If you're looking for a high quality pizza that will keep you coming back for more, this is it! read more

Hadn't had Mr. Jims in a while, always thought it was probably the best pizza chain.we called in a extra large pepperoni, large chicken fajita pizza and the chicken nuggets. The lady put in a coupon for us so it was 37 for a lot of food. The pepperoni was really good but the chicken fajita pizza was amazing, nuggets were pretty good too. I'd definitely go back. read more

Pizza wasn't very tasty ,customer was excellent, but thats all I can say...I've had better

Hands-down the best pizza place in down in Duncanville! My family has lived here for 20 years and have been coming to this location for the same amount of time. Service is always on point. Same owner and faces for years. Try the sticky fingers with Alfredo sauce and get the crust with garlic and Parmesan! read more

This place tastes like grocery store bought pizza and I even think some store brands taste better than this. The crust is chewy, hard to break apart, very questionable. I've always wondered if Mr. Jim's was any good - now I know I will definitely never make the mistake of spending my money here again. read more

The pizza there is really good. When I'm in the area I always try and stop by to grab a large pepperoni.

Fantastic pizza, affordable pricing, and amazing customer service. Kat was super friendly and I would come back simply because of her. She made my day. Great service and fun company! Highly recommend. read more

Good pizza and good service. Sure it's not Chicago style pizza, but the way I customize my pizza, no one who eats it complains. You can order your pizza how you like your pie, I like mine with less sauce, more cheese, and custom crust, which is not left to the side, but actually devoured. I'm always asked by my boyfriend what kind of crust that was because it was good! So order your toppings to your liking, eat in or order it to your convenience and I'd say," its a big pizza pie" and you'll like it. read more

Me. Jim's is really good pizza. I drive from deep oak cliff area to here. I wish there was one even closer! No complaints! I order online and order is ready when I get there! One of the best pizza chains! read more

Absolutely, the worst customer service in the world. Could not even place an order let alone tell you how the food is. The website shows that you have to order at least $10 in product for delivery, the price shown on the website shows 11.99. Ring...Ring... (me)I'd like to order your small veggie pizza. (them) What's your address? Ok It will be about an hour for us to bring it (around the corner .22 mi). (me) Ok I'll wait. (them) What else can I get you? (me) that will be all. (them) You need to order at least 10.00 for us to deliver it and the item you ordered is 9.49 so you would like to add a 20 oz drink? (me) Well the internet shows the price of the pizza is $11.99. (them) Oh that's because our prices online are 40% higher than if you call in. (me) Ok I'll have a sweet tea. (them) we don't have sweet tea, all we have is soda, soda, soda, soda and more soda. (me) well can you just charge me an additional .49 to make up the difference. (them) I don't know that we have a way of doing that. (me) Ok well you don't have anything else I want so I guess you just lost a customer. (them) Ok thanks. read more

Their prices are way to high for the quality. The freshness of the food isn't that great. We hadn't ordered from them in a long time and decided to give it a try again because Domino's had a 2.5 hour wait. We got the pizza and omg... Garlic galore. They were a little excessive with the garlic. The entire bottom layer of the pizza was covered in garlic. I wouldn't have complained if it was something like spinach, but garlic is very powerful. The amount of garlic on just one piece would have been enough for the entire pizza. read more

First time eating MrJims and it was surprisingly very delicious. I def recommend. Not too greasy and ingredients were very fresh

Haven't even left the parking lot yet and I must say the lady working tonight (I didn't ask for her name but today is 6/20/17 and she was Hispanic) was EXCELLENT. She made my pizza perfect and she was VERY polite! It's nice to receive excellent customer service after a long hot day. read more

New to Duncanville and I always like to try places that aren't "chain" like dominos, Pizza Hut, etc. We tried this based off reviews and it's been our go to pizza place everytime! read more

I'm giving Mr. Jim's pizza in Duncanville only because the pizza itself is delicious. However, no stars for this particular store itself. I called in to try and order, mind you, this was ONLY my second time EVER purchasing from this particular store. I spoke to the manager Kathy and was asking her questions on their system. It was an uncommon type of ordering system from most places. They had a faxing system for online orders. I was merely asking how their coupons worked for over the phone orders. Anyway, she seem irritated by my questions and was cutting me off before I could finish and even said we are wasting time talking about it. By that point I was done. She started getting defensive when I spoke about it. I told her never mind have a great day and hung up. Kathy, I know this means nothing to you, but you forever lost a customer. First impressions are very important and yours was Rudeness. read more

Above average pie. Had a coworker buy four for lunch and would deffintly recommend it. Good sauce and crust.

Ordering was convenient, pickup was easy and staff were polite. Food was fresh, hot and tasty!! Good price too!

I need to start by saying this is my favorite pizza place. Today I drove from downtown Dallas just for a large pie. I was treated as a criminal while picking up my pizza. The way they have the cooler holding the drinks faced is towards the side. I went to the side to look and was confronted by an employee asking what I was holding behind my back. He assumed I was trying to rob the store. 2 young ladies saw the whole thing and said I did nothing wrong. The Owner was a total ass and didn't and refused to apologize. No customer service skills. I hope people choose to go elsewhere. read more
