Food was great, service was great and ambiance was great! I will be returning. Enjoy!

To the point of not edible. Just..so..burnt. Also no toppings, almost no flavor. This place is awful. The crust tasted like a burnt cracker. I'm annoyed that I even paid for any of this but my husband brought it home. I will never be back. For how expensive this is, I expect WAY more. I do not recommend read more

This location was ok. I guess after going to the Midlothian location several times I was expecting the same. The customer service was decent but there were times when the lady making our pizza seemed like she was unsure about the products but she did make our pizza with a smile. When we went to sit down we had to wipe off our table due to it being wet and slightly sticky. It wasn't a dirty location but could just use a little tidying up. The food tasted good and it wasn't a horrible visit I just think I prefer the Midlothian location. read more

Customer service was lacking when we initially walked in - no greeting. There is a Black man who works there who has the best personality, though, super friendly and welcoming, but he was responsible for boxing the pizzas when we were there. This was my first time visiting mod, and I was surprised at the limited choices they had. I usually go to blaze, and will continue to do so. The pizzas were average at best, though overall we're undercooked. I was not a fan. The people working are mostly teens (or appear to be anyway), and they really seemed as if they did not care at all about their jobs (with the exception of the guy I mentioned above). For the quality and overall service, I would not come back to this restaurant. read more

Food was improperly handled after touching money. The person handling my food admitted to not knowing how to make my salad and gave up. He was dropping food on the floor and arguing with the staff. He outrightly just said he was going to quit. Beware of coming here. read more

So, being from NY, pizza is too important to eat bad pizza. MOD Pizza was more than worth the visit. Let's start with the crust; think, crisp and charred just right. Dozens of options to choose for toppings is just ridiculous. There is absolutely something for any and every taste, including vegetarian. The price is jaw dropping for all the options at no additional cost. Who does that!?? The location is clean and nice decor. Finally, Keegan, Chris and David all rock!! They were helpful and friendly. I'm looking forward to trying the Mansfield location (which is closer to me) but if it's anything close to this one, they'll have a lifelong customer who bride's himself on good pizza. What matters most is what you do next!! read more

The last eight times I have ordered from MOD Pizza. I have had to wait for my order to be prepared after I had ordered it online. They are never ready with my order. When I went to pick it up tonight, I had to wait over 30 minutes for it to be ready after the time it was promised. read more

Staff was very friendly and happy. We ordered through the app and picked it up to go. The app has a large variety of options for salads. The kids had the stuffed crust pizza, pepperoni and really like it. read more

We absolutely love coming to this location. Casey makes the best pizzas!! I really like the pizza here. Simple yet tasty. My entire family feels the same way. Regular reward winning customer!

This place is amazing. The food was great, the staff were very friendly and the service was very nice. I would recommend this restaurant as my go to place on a weekend read more

I absolutely love MOD pizza but this review is specifically for their wings and busy service. I ordered my wings and pizza at the same time and at a very busy time I was sad to see my wings sit for 15 min before my pizza came out. Their wings were of course not great, seriously what pizza place truly has mentionable wings but the flavor and size as you can see is just not there. My pinky is bigger than these sad little wings. I got a 6 piece and TWO of them were the size as the one in the photo. Very disappointed and with that I will say to just stick to their pizzas and no name cakes. They would be better off ditching the wings as a whole. I hope they don't take the wings nationwide. read more

Don't order delivery and/or check the order before you leave. We LOVE the pesto and is a primary reason we get MOD. If we just wanted pizza, we'd get Marco's. Apparently no one checks the order to make sure the side sauces come along with the pizza. I am very frustrated because it used to be perfect and now we haven't had side sauce delivered 2x in a row. read more

MOD was a big disappointment today. I ordered the Dominic which is usually very good, but today the pizza did not have any sauce on it and did not have the correct ingredients. I did modify it by adding more toppings to it but it didn't even have those correct. They clearly did not care about quality and I will not be returning. read more

Ordered a mega salad, but got medium portions and the bowl was only half-full. I ordered the Greek salad off the menu with everything that comes with it, no modifications, but I had to read the ingredients off the board to help the person preparing my salad because they did not know what goes in it nor did they have a sheet to read off of. The main complaint is the portion and that I had to pay $17 dollars for a half-full salad. It's a shame because I really enjoyed ordering from this place but not sure I will be anymore. read more

The pizza was great as well as the service. Wanted some thing quick and different from where we are from. It was even just as good the next for leftovers. The people working there helped us order our food since it was our first time there. If you are in Waxahachie definitely give this place a try. read more

I visited on a Friday evening at about 6pm. There was a little bit of a wait, but that was to be expected since this is a new spot. I was impressed with this place. So the concept is pretty simple. You have a variety of options for the base pizza. Then you get to pick as many toppings as you'd like for no extra fee. The employees are young, energetic, and seem to work well with each other. Even though there was a line, the employees work ethic kept the line moving along. When your pizza is ready, they will yell your name to let you know. I like that you can help yourself to different size boxes for leftovers. The price for the pizza is very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend this place! read more

I just wanted to give Julian who helped serve us today at the Waxahachie location around 12:30 a 5+ star rating. He was so kind and helpful. He even took some further steps to help us with our coupons and rewards. He is awesome and deserves a raise. He also didn't ask me to write a review or anything, but I feel like when we see awesome service we need to praise and encourage it. So awesome job, Julian! read more

Good Pizza with lots of options in toppings. The service is friendly and the staff were attentive. We will return.

So fresh and made my way! Priced was good, too. Friendly staff. Come and try them! Fountain drinks had a good variety.

Unfortunately the service is bad. Poor customer service. Often out of ingredients. Wish it was better.

Delicious pizza, quick friendly service. I was very impressed with this place. They have gluten free and cauliflower crust, something for everyone. read more

Takes too long and too expensive for bad pizza. Don't know why these places still exist. I'm amazed.

Expensive Pizza that tasted like cheap and frozen, pizza was not fully cooked. Will not be back

NEVER again will I patronize this nasty ass business. What type of food establishment picks up everything with the same nasty gloves on?? You handle money, food and I mean picking up the toppings with the gloves on, not using the utensils inside of the toppings, but literally using their hands. With all that is happening you'd think people would be more sanitary. read more

They need someone that can manage this place better teens on their phone and laughing not attending to people not a good experience

There were mixed reviews so I wanted to try this place out. I didn't like their pizzas. They had no taste at all. I ordered online and chose curbside pickup. When I got there I called to notify them that I was outside and no one ever came inside, I had to go inside and pick up the pizza myself and it was not packed....so much for curbside. I ordered the thicker crust but it was not thicker and the crust was thin like the most common ordered. It was egh, but I won't order again, I'll just stick to either Mr Jim's or Dominos read more

Tried the cauliflower crust which was EXCELLENT!!.. Couldn't tell it was an "alternative " crust. Love the fact that you can add whatever toppings you want without additional price. (@ least for the toppings I hope, which were numerous). Would definitely recommend!!!.. read more

04/08/21. Today was my 1st time ever in Mod pizza. Just have to xpress the disappointment, toppings are not fresh, dough has a weird after taste, sauce tastes like ragu brand or worse & mega size is actually mega small....! Definitely not going again. read more

I have frequented this location often for their salads which were typically good; however, on two separate occasions my husband and I became ill after eating here. we narrowed it down to the added meat which isn't typically baked or heated unless you order pizza. on one occasion the chicken was a "mushy" consistency--which was one of the times I got sick to my stomach. After staying away from eating here for a while, I decided to try it again. I asked if when making my salad, if they could cook the meat or zap in a microwave. The manager said I could not. I explained to him that I had gotten ill there before because of the meat being semi cold but not heated like it would be on a pizza. He informed me that they couldn't help and didn't have a microwave. He seemed irritated by my request. I proceeded to leave and he offered no apology, nothing. This is poor customer service. It appears MOD Pizza is okay with people getting ill over their food and doesn't care if customers have concerns over the safety of the food they serve. read more

I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on other sites. We went late on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy. The customer service was great and the food was even better. The price is not bad at all, I actually thought my total would have been higher. The cheesy garlic bread needs more garlic but that would probably be my only negative. Their lemonade and sweet tea were both really good! read more

Love making a personal pizza just for me with whatever toppings they have, then the beer helps down it besides the regular soft drinks.
