This location was ok. I guess after going to the Midlothian location several times I was expecting the same. The customer service was decent but there were times when the lady making our pizza seemed like she was unsure about the products but she did make our pizza with a smile. When we went to sit down we had to wipe off our table due to it being wet and slightly sticky. It wasn't a dirty location but could just use a little tidying up. The food tasted good and it wasn't a horrible visit I just think I prefer the Midlothian location. read more

Dozens of options to choose for toppings is just ridiculous. There is absolutely something for any and every taste, including vegetarian. The price is jaw dropping for all the options at no additional cost. Who does that!?? The location is clean and nice decor. Finally, Keegan, Chris and David all rock!! They were helpful and friendly. Customer service was lacking when we initially walked in - no greeting. There is a Black man who works there who has the best personality, though, super friendly and welcoming, but he was responsible for boxing the pizzas when we were there. This was my first time visiting mod, and I was surprised at the limited choices they had. I usually go to blaze, and will continue to do so. The pizzas were average at best, though overall we're undercooked. I was not a fan. The people working are mostly teens (or appear to be anyway), and they really seemed as if they did not care at all about their jobs (with the exception of the guy I mentioned above). I ordered my wings and pizza at the same time and at a very busy time I was sad to see my wings sit for 15 min before my pizza came out. Their wings were of course not great, seriously what pizza place truly has mentionable wings but the flavor and size as you can see is just not there. My pinky is bigger than these sad little wings. I got a 6 piece and TWO of them were the size as the one in the photo. Very disappointed and with that I will say to just stick to their pizzas and no name cakes. I visited on a Friday evening at about 6pm. There was a little bit of a wait, but that was to be expected since this is a new spot. I was impressed with this place. So the concept is pretty simple. You have a variety of options for the base pizza. Then you get to pick as many toppings as you'd like for no extra fee. The employees are young, energetic, and seem to work well with each other. Even though there was a line, the employees work ethic kept the line moving along. When your pizza is ready, they will yell your name to let you know. I like that you can help yourself to different size boxes for leftovers. The price for the pizza is very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend this place! read more

When I got there I called to notify them that I was outside and no one ever came inside, I had to go inside and pick up the pizza myself and it was not packed....so much for curbside. I have frequented this location often for their salads which were typically good; however, on two separate occasions my husband and I became ill after eating here. we narrowed it down to the added meat which isn't typically baked or heated unless you order pizza. on one occasion the chicken was a "mushy" consistency--which was one of the times I got sick to my stomach. After staying away from eating here for a while, I decided to try it again. I asked if when making my salad, if they could cook the meat or zap in a microwave. The manager said I could not. I explained to him that I had gotten ill there before because of the meat being semi cold but not heated like it would be on a pizza. He informed me that they couldn't help and didn't have a microwave. He seemed irritated by my request. I proceeded to leave and he offered no apology, nothing. This is poor customer service. It appears MOD Pizza is okay with people getting ill over their food and doesn't care if customers have concerns over the safety of the food they serve. read more
