I know it may not be popular to say that pizza hut pizza is good but I do believe that it's as good as you're going to get to a large extent around here and for the price. For me, I just really like the thin and crispy...simple and easy pepperoni & sausage. Itsbetter one or two days later. Service on carry-out orders has always been good. 4/13/19 I still like their pizza best of the fast food pizza joints but the service at this location is awful. I ordered today using the app which once you get used to it isn't so bad, and was told it would be 25 to 35 minutes. 65 minutes later I had my pizza. Made me wish I just gone to Whataburger instead. The location definitely needs some upgrading. There's no way I would eat at the location. read more

I should have read the Yelp reviews before I ordered. The website estimated 25-35 minutes for delivery so I thought I'd give it a shot. I understand that everyone is understaffed and things take longer, but it's now been 2 hours, 11 minutes until closing time, and my order still shows "being made". I tried an hour ago to cancel my order and no one will answer the phone. There's no mechanism to cancel online. Made an order online, after 2.5 hours no food. Called the number and got a call center in India, they can't help only take orders. They tried to transfer me to the store, no answer called back 5 times no one answered at the store. I decide screw it I'm driving over to get a refund, drive to store all the doors locked, i bang on door and employee comes over. Tells me that door dash has everything screwed up, i ask for a refund and get told i have to come back in the morning. This is where i start to get angry, eventually after 30 minutes i get a refund. I have only a few things to say: 1. Painfully slow service although there were only 4 other people at another table besides the 3 in our party. 2. Husband picked up a very large order for a birthday party. Was missing the most important chicken alfredo pasta. Made at least 20 calls and a half hour on holds to try to reach a person to advise and request delivery of missing item as guest had arrived and we could not leave. Could not reach a person. Did reach someone at a central call service who merely transferred me to the local store to only get the same hold cycle. My experience with this establishment has been horrible. When we received our order and went home to eat, our food was raw. We called and asked to speak to a manager and we were met with rude and short comments. We were told we had to bring the product to the store so we drove back and asked to speak to the manager. The employess are literally stealing and eating the food that customers order. I ordered chesse sticks with my pasta and my son went to pick it up, there were no chesse sticks and I went back to get it, the young lady told me they had just gotten out of the oven but they didn't ask my son to wait if they were in the oven. Does anyone work here? Came in to order take out and after 8 mins of just standing at the register someone came to take my order. When they came out the lady had a stack of pizzas and said "here you go". I explained that those weren't mine. I placed my order. The front register doesn't take credit cards so they have to take your card to the back to "run" it. The walls of the entrance needs repaired, and the place just needs cleaned up. As I wait for my order, the Manager is bringing Canes Chicken in for the team to eat and they are separating out the food at the front desk. The manager then discusses the schedule and asks an employee why it hasn't been made yet. Hopefully the pizza will be a better representation of their efforts than the service and storefront. What ever happened to high quality and self respect when running a business. I'll give 2 stars if the pizza is good! read more

Their delivery is an adventure for sure. When we called to place an order, the person on the line seemed confused, and it took repeating the order several times. He told us the pizza would be within 45-55 minutes, then as we were hanging up 45-75 minutes. The wait was long so we called and a couple of others from our group called too. The line says everyone is busy and then offers to transfer to hold, which hangs up after just a short time. Almost an hour and a half later, the pizza arrived. I ordered a family box for delivery online and prepaid for a 11:30 am delivery . An hour after it was supposed to be delivered, I called the store to check on my order. A person answering said that they were not open and would not be open until 3 pm. When I said that I had ordered online, he said it was not their fault, that it was the website's fault and he hung up. I complained to Pizza Hut's corporate office and was referred to the store's management. It took me 2 weeks to get a refund, even though I'd asked they deliver same order at later date, in lieu of a refund. To get to the main point pizza tastes good enough, fresh enough, but they have NEVER got my order right without me opening up the box and confirming/fixing it. Even if i ask the cashier to make sure its right.... and give them the benefit of the doubt of getting it right and not checking again- since i just told them, i get home and the order is still wrong. Main difficulty is they NEVER add the crust flavoring/drizzle and that makes the whole pizza. Otherwise its the most bland crust in the world. I ordered two pizza and breads sticks at 6:32 pm, online. I received a confirmation email stating my order was received and my pizza should arrive at 8:15 pm due to order load. NO biggie, my guest would be arriving around that time anyways. Guest arrived and still no pizza, i called at 8:30, 8:45 and 9:00 all three times i got the busy signal. Pizza never showed up. This was a pretty bad Pizza Hut. First stop was the bathroom and it was dirty, my wife told the employees the women's bathroom was out of paper towels. At the register, one employee was chatting it up on her cell phone and one employee was eating pizza at the register. Was told to sit where we wanted, ok, that wasn't a problem. Ordered unsweetened ice tea, took a sip and it was like syrup. Went to register to get correct drink. Started smelling funky, either it was the table or seats. It was getting dark and they still didn't turn lights on by tables. The pizza was ok, can't complain about that, just glad I didn't see them make it. I will not visit this place again. read more
