The work was good, no question about that. However, because I asked for an estimate for replacing the HWH, he charged me for that time as well. Since when do you pay for an estimate while there doing another job? My total bill for fixing the faucet that day came to $577. It took him 30 mins to repair the faucet. Then he had to return a few days later to repair another part of the same faucet (which I thought should have been no charge), but cost me another $120. I feel I was really taken to the cleaners with this company. I would NEVER have them back.

They would not give me pricing until the tech assessed the problem. Two techs came and looked briefly, then estimated $395 for the simple repair. They kept promoting the 90 day warranty, which I did not care about. Apparently, there was a coupon, so they gave me $30 off. Later, I found a $75 dollar off coupon online. All in all, I should have rented a motorized snake for $30 from Home Depot and did the job myself. The service was prompt, adequate quality but way too expensive.

These people are not right. I received an estimate for plumbing which came out to 9,500 which I…read morefelt was not bad. Upon bringing me the estimate for plumbing I asked did they install broilers. The plumbing and broiler estimate came to about 16,500. Which I was pleased with that price. After the install of the boiler one of the owners said the rest of the work would amount to 34,000. I told him he must be out of his mind. They give you a different price when they believe your insurance company will fork out that kind of money. I told them to take out the amount for the boiler install which was 6500 and write a check back to my insurance company. To date, I haven't received the check for my insurance company. My next step is court. They are not honest and have no moral values.
