Anthony and his co- workers were: personable, communicative, kind, relational, professional, and they worked with you... instead of dumbing you down with condescending "tech talk". Godwin came in for a quote and totally blew it. In our opinion if there was a time when "Godwin's Got it!" that time is long - long gone. We have had several bad experiences with them. The Godwin crew on our jobs were not professional, personable, reliable... the list goes on. In fact we STILL have NOT received a quote for our water heater as they promised, now 2 weeks out...? But Ferrer Plumbing did a fantastic job. Anthony in one quick call, made an appointment to see our situation, he was great. He knew what he was doing, and explained everything in a way that average people can understand. The solution was perfect. Great water heater, at a price that was honest, fair and worth every penny, Anthony and Elijah, treated our home and situation like it was their home, and we will definitely use Ferrer in the future, and we unreservedly recommend them to everyone, especially our friends and family. If you still believe that LOCAL business can deliver the BEST in product, service, installation and follow up... then call Anthony at Ferrer. They represent what is best in business: excellent work ethic, and amazing customer care.

I had shut off the main water valve, but that valve was still letting water into the house. By this time it was after 12:30 AM and I was in a complete panic. I called Schepers Plumbing and Mike answered the phone. He assured me he would take care of the problem, and he arrived at my home very quickly. Within minutes he had the leaking water lines capped and helped me with a plan to dry up the water. Schepers sent someone to my home that afternoon to finish installing a new shower valve, and also replaced the water main valves. Everyone was friendly, worked fast, and cleaned up so well one would never know they were here. I have hired Schepers before for our underground sprinkling system, but I had no idea they offered full plumbing service. I will be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs. I have also promised my wife that I will never attempt home repairs so late at night again. Thank goodness Schepers offers 24-hour emergency plumbing service. I will be highly recommending them to all of my family, friends, and neighbors.

Plastic was to be layed in the basement where they were working and ended up tracking oil all over the floor. Some kind of grease or oil was spilled in the driveway. I contacted them two days after the work. It took a while for them to get back with me. The dispatch team was too busy or they would set up an appt, not show, and sometimes reschedule. I had to keep calling and making a longer story short they finally came out two months later. They cleaned the spots with cleaner that didn't work so I bought something to try myself. I worked at it and got about half the stain off but still bad. The stain was baked in by the sun by this time. It was on them to clean. I'm 73 female and this is ridiculous. Their customer service has a lot of room for improvement!

I called one plumber who couldn't come out that day. Mr. Rooter could send someone out the same day. I asked pricing on the phone and explained the situation in detail. They would not give me pricing until the tech assessed the problem. Two techs came and looked briefly, then estimated $395 for the simple repair. They kept promoting the 90 day warranty, which I did not care about. Apparently, there was a coupon, so they gave me $30 off. Later, I found a $75 dollar off coupon online. All in all, I should have rented a motorized snake for $30 from Home Depot and did the job myself. The service was prompt, adequate quality but way too expensive.

Thinking this was going to break me and I was going to have to eat Ramen Noodles for the next couple of weeks, I did a Google search and Budget Plumbing caught my eye. He was actually on his way home to take his wife out for her birthday, and made a stop to help me! That says a lot right there! He saw the pipe and said "no problem I can have it fixed in just a few minutes". It was only about 10 minutes and he was done!!! I was also very happy with the final price. It was much cheaper than I thought it would be, so no Ramen for me! Yuck! Lol!! I will use this company again. The work was good, no question about that. However, because I asked for an estimate for replacing the HWH, he charged me for that time as well. Since when do you pay for an estimate while there doing another job? My total bill for fixing the faucet that day came to $577. It took him 30 mins to repair the faucet. Then he had to return a few days later to repair another part of the same faucet (which I thought should have been no charge), but cost me another $120. I feel I was really taken to the cleaners with this company. I would NEVER have them back.
