Anthony and his co- workers were: personable, communicative, kind, relational, professional, and they worked with you... instead of dumbing you down with condescending "tech talk". Godwin came in for a quote and totally blew it. In our opinion if there was a time when "Godwin's Got it!" that time is long - long gone. We have had several bad experiences with them. The Godwin crew on our jobs were not professional, personable, reliable... the list goes on. In fact we STILL have NOT received a quote for our water heater as they promised, now 2 weeks out...? But Ferrer Plumbing did a fantastic job. Anthony in one quick call, made an appointment to see our situation, he was great. He knew what he was doing, and explained everything in a way that average people can understand. The solution was perfect. I had the bright idea of working on a shower valve after midnight, and ended up breaking water…read morelines and had water all over. I had shut off the main water valve, but that valve was still letting water into the house. By this time it was after 12:30 AM and I was in a complete panic. I called Schepers Plumbing and Mike answered the phone. He assured me he would take care of the problem, and he arrived at my home very quickly. Within minutes he had the leaking water lines capped and helped me with a plan to dry up the water. Schepers sent someone to my home that afternoon to finish installing a new shower valve, and also replaced the water main valves. Everyone was friendly, worked fast, and cleaned up so well one would never know they were here. I have hired Schepers before for our underground sprinkling system, but I had no idea they offered full plumbing service. I will be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs. I have also promised my wife that I will never attempt home repairs so late at night again. Thank goodness Schepers offers 24-hour emergency plumbing service. I will be highly recommending them to all of my family, friends, and neighbors.

Well, apparently that isn't the case - they just cancelled an afternoon appointment on me first thing this morning. Keep in mind that I had this appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance - nothing crazy, just a water heater inspection + flush, but an opportunity to build a relationship and offer recommendations which leads to additional services. They at least offered to reschedule for a later day in the week -BUT- with little regard for the fact that I took time away from my busy schedule to have a set appointment. Needless to say that I won't be using their services (nor recommending them). Don't get stuck like me, take a day off of work to accommodate, and have them cancel last minute!

I figured by their name that they would just get me. I called at 3pm and Jerry was at my door by around 3:25pm. He was actually on his way home to take his wife out for her birthday, and made a stop to help me! That says a lot right there! He saw the pipe and said "no problem I can have it fixed in just a few minutes". It was only about 10 minutes and he was done!!! I was also very happy with the final price. It was much cheaper than I thought it would be, so no Ramen for me! Yuck! Lol!! I will use this company again. I'm giving a low review only because of the excessive charges for fixing a bathroom shower faucet…read more It was done Nov 2018, but I am just now writing my review. The work was good, no question about that. However, because I asked for an estimate for replacing the HWH, he charged me for that time as well. Since when do you pay for an estimate while there doing another job? My total bill for fixing the faucet that day came to $577. It took him 30 mins to repair the faucet. Then he had to return a few days later to repair another part of the same faucet (which I thought should have been no charge), but cost me another $120. I feel I was really taken to the cleaners with this company. I would NEVER have them back.
