Well, apparently that isn't the case - they just cancelled an afternoon appointment on me first thing this morning. Keep in mind that I had this appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance - nothing crazy, just a water heater inspection + flush, but an opportunity to build a relationship and offer recommendations which leads to additional services. They at least offered to reschedule for a later day in the week -BUT- with little regard for the fact that I took time away from my busy schedule to have a set appointment. Needless to say that I won't be using their services (nor recommending them). Don't get stuck like me, take a day off of work to accommodate, and have them cancel last minute!

I was nervous about how much I would have to spend. Called Kroll at 7:30am, Dan was here by 9:30, and gone before 10:15! Air back on! You saved the day Dan. We had some really good conversation. Dan is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuine. He gave me advice on how to save money and not get caught up paying for unnecessary and expensive things for my HVAC. I will be signing up for their seasonal preventative maintenance contract for only $200 a year! Dan is an absolute gem! Don't let him go Kroll, and you have a customer for life!

Laten came out and replaced the valve, he checked his work, tried the hot water, still no hot…read morewater, so he went and checked the line from the hot water heater till it disappeared to come into the shower area, he said everything was right. The mystery of no hot water still remains. I may have to replaced the whole shower. But I thank Laten, and Moore Mechanical for the work they did.
