I purchased it and the installer removed if from my car for me due to medical issues in me. He was amazing, very knowledgable, friendly to the highest level and left the work area very clean even when I told him not to worry about it. The old heater was removed without asking and even the box was cut down and taken, Mr. Rooter pricing, work ethics and professionalism is second to none. When I called back to the office I actually got to speak to two different ladies that are the most friendly staff of any company I spoke to. I also got a call to let me know the installer was done previous job and would like to know if it was alright to come early instead of just showing up. A photo ID was even provided before arrival. There is not enough room here to express the OUTSTANDING of this company in my opinion. THANK YOU MR. ROOTER TEAM.. Megan and Brian (one other, sorry forgot her name)

Upon bringing me the estimate for plumbing I asked did they install broilers. The plumbing and broiler estimate came to about 16,500. Which I was pleased with that price. After the install of the boiler one of the owners said the rest of the work would amount to 34,000. I told him he must be out of his mind. They give you a different price when they believe your insurance company will fork out that kind of money. I told them to take out the amount for the boiler install which was 6500 and write a check back to my insurance company. To date, I haven't received the check for my insurance company. My next step is court. They are not honest and have no moral values.

This time, it was the kitchen sink faucet which started spraying all kinds of water from the underside faucet mounting whenever the water was turned on. I assumed the faucet was shot and would need to be replaced, so I called for a plumber. After calling 7 (seven!) plumbers and getting no response from 6 and 1 message that they could come out in about a week, I finally called Cascade Plumbing and they came out the very next morning. The plumber was a quiet old dude, but clean, competent and professional. He was also honest! Instead of up-charging me for a new faucet, he told me that the existing faucet might not have been installed properly (big surprise from Eastbrook.) He explained what was wrong and was able to fix it right then and there. No replacement was needed and the charge was minimal. This company exceeded my expectations. I will be calling Cascade if I need plumbing services in the future!

Mr. Nate Hammersley, thank you for your response to my review on Google. I had paid you $1100 as an…read moreearmarked downpayment on venmo after you signed a contract with me to replace two windows at a property in Muskegon. This was Saturday November 2nd. The contract was for this to get done on or by Sunday November 3rd. I understand you weren't able to source the windows you were wanting; and I do appreciate your effort, however, at this point, I am requesting my funds back since you've been unable to complete the task I had hired you for. I sent you a venmo reques to return the funds yesterday which you denied. I have not been able to reach you via phone for the past 3-4 days. I am happy to share pictures here. I am also happy to share a picture of the signed contract from your email address. I have tried calling you from different numbers and I can see that those are not blocked. When I call from my number it goes directly to voicemail after one ring. In your response to my google review, you mentioned you'd like me to call you so we can align. You have my number, I would love to receive your call. You are not answering mine nor are you responding to my texts or voicemail. I have a record of everything and I'm happy to share here if you'd like. Please do contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you for settling this. UPDATE:: As an update to your message mr. Hammersley, I am still waiting for your call. Further, please see attached the date the work was supposed to be completed, right to stop work, and how time is of the essence. Further, it remains odd you have me blocked and the only way I can communicate with you is via online message forums. I continue to wait for your call. So the record is clear, the call will be recorded. Please have the contract in front of you when you call me. Thank you for your cooperation. UPDATE AS OF FRIDAY NOVEMBER 8TH 932 AM: I have still not received a call from you Mr. Hammersley despite your private message to me stating to delete this review and that you will call me. You have me blocked. I have submitted all evidence of our contract and an official stop work order. Please return the funds and never do this again to anyone else. I have called you about 20 times as of now.
