Not only is this location far more convenient for us, but the staff has been consistently kind, attentive, and professional from the moment we walked in. Our dog, Simon, is usually the one who tells us how he feels about a boarding facility--his demeanor at drop-off and pickup says everything. He was happy going in and just as happy coming out, which speaks volumes. The team followed his medication regimen exactly as instructed, and when we called to check in during our trip, they immediately knew him by name and offered honest, thoughtful updates about his personality and behavior (he's more of a relaxed observer than an active playmate, which they picked up on right away). To top it off, the bath he received before pickup was excellent, and they even gave him a much-needed trim around his eyes--something we didn't expect but appreciated immensely. We feel genuinely cared for here, and Simon clearly does too. Dunwoody Pet Resort has earned our trust, and we'll be using them until further notice.

A kind woman at Hollywood Feed talked with me about my situation. Her empathy was apparent and felt genuine. She recommended some different brands of dog food for sensitive digestion (Dave's, which is not expensive at all) and some goat's milk for gut health. The directions given to the owner could never have been conveyed to the person who cut his entire body at 1/2" length or less, including his face, tail and ears. (No, his hair was not matted).
