We recently took a chance on Dunwoody Pet Resort after being long-time customers at a boarding…read morefacility in Brookhaven, and we're so glad we did. Not only is this location far more convenient for us, but the staff has been consistently kind, attentive, and professional from the moment we walked in. Our dog, Simon, is usually the one who tells us how he feels about a boarding facility--his demeanor at drop-off and pickup says everything. He was happy going in and just as happy coming out, which speaks volumes. The team followed his medication regimen exactly as instructed, and when we called to check in during our trip, they immediately knew him by name and offered honest, thoughtful updates about his personality and behavior (he's more of a relaxed observer than an active playmate, which they picked up on right away). To top it off, the bath he received before pickup was excellent, and they even gave him a much-needed trim around his eyes--something we didn't expect but appreciated immensely. We feel genuinely cared for here, and Simon clearly does too. Dunwoody Pet Resort has earned our trust, and we'll be using them until further notice.

My pup has a chicken allergy and the first time I went in after we found out about her allergy, they were wonderful helping me find new treats that were chicken free. Unrelated to the allergy, I have to give my pup pills for something and went looking for pill pockets. You can find Greenies Pill Pockets everywhere, and every flavor, even beef and peanut butter, has chicken as a main ingredient. I went to Pet People and they took me straight to the Health Section where they carry multiple brands, including one that has no chicken. I knew I could count on them to have what I needed and I have a very happy pup now!

I've been to PNP a few times-- it's 25 minutes from our house so a little far. I've tried every…read moregroomer in my area. Even mobile groomers and it just isn't as good. My gals see Carl and he's wonderful. We have a shepherd mix with a very long neck and if you give her a summer cut she looks really dumb. We described as best as we could what we wanted and Carl did a wonderful job! I am so happy. My other girl looks cute in a summer shave but he leaves her ears and paws so neat and tidy. They are 55lbs and 65 lbs with long hair. And for bath, nails, and a haircut it's $190 for both of them. The first picture of my black dog, Zeta is the hack job she got a few summers ago. And the picture on the right is her today after seeing Carl I've learned my lesson. I'm just going to travel the 25 minutes to see Carl at PNP!

On the receipt it says to "see description on receipt ", but there isn't one. I understand if grooming supplies costs need to be raised, but sticking on a nondescript "service fee" is very schetchy.

Angel Lee loves Dee's!…read more The Staff: Everyone is very friendly. Paris asked all the right questions to ensure Angel's grooming met my expectations. It was Angel's first real grooming at this location. Nancy was warm and friendly and I loved how they had already remembered Angel's name. All the ladies are very caring with the animals. Pricing: Anyone who has a fur baby knows that we will go above and beyond to maintain their happiness. The prices are competitive but very moderate considering they are based in Sandy Springs. Angel's full groom including tip was under $100. Location: the location is easy to navigate and their is signage posted on various sides of the building. Angel's follow up appointment is already booked and she will be at Dee's Grooming Gallery Avery one 2-3 weeks! Because of their caliber of work, they book up fast but will ass you to a waiting list. I am so Pleased with their work!

I saw 20% off dog treats sign and I asked the owner which ones were 20% and he stated the sign was wrong and that nothing is discounted right now. I said I would like a receipt for my transaction and he then tells me that he would have to email it to me because he does not have paper receipts. Not only does she have such an amazing time playing with the other dogs, but she quite literally does not want to leave when I pick her up from daycare. I know she is loved and having her needs attended to by the staff, which instills a great sense of trust that I have for them. What sealed the deal was the staff calling me immediately when my dog lost a baby tooth. Despite it being such a minor incident, they monitored her closely and made sure she was comfortable and happy until I picked her up.
