Good drink options. They have at least a dozen caffeine free teas they can mix with lemonade for kids. No kid size cups, so I could have gotten a single small cup for both of my littles to share. Now I know lol. Overall it was a good experience. They even have glitter to mix into the teas for kids. My sister said this is the best first iced chai she's had in a long time read more

My absolute most favorite tea location in Downtown Tucson ! The customer service is forever by far the best I've ever had. Employees Chey , Jesse , Alec , Sophia , Jordyn , Mike &" Merci just to name a few are ALWAYS showing such an amazing attitude towards everyone . They make the Scented Leaf atmosphere feel so welcoming and so comforting. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you love refreshing teas or flavorful coffees. Thank you Scented Leaf Team for continuing to provide the perfect tea blend everyday read more

Ordered House Black tea but it was far too sweet for a black tea. Barista didn't know WiFi password at a tea shop. Wasn't much seating available but it also wasn't too crowded. A security guard came in halfway through my stay and worried the Barista about the safety of the area . read more

We have been coming here since the beginning; and since the beginning this place has been excellent. From friendly staff, to the atmosphere with the perfect layout for relaxing and comfy feel, to the many different types of tea itself. Scented Leaf is a spot that you have to spend a whole day in studying or working to really appreciate it. The tea is brilliant and surely will keep you coming back! Our favorites are the mix of the Prickly Pear with Yerba Matte, and the mix of the Gunpowder with Peppermint Rooibos. Hot or Iced you can't go wrong! The owner Shane, has done an amazing job keeping up with this place through the years. Keep it up!! A true GEM of Tucson. Only request is PLEASE bring back those delicious brownies!!! :-)) read more

A DT Tucson favorite!! As an Aveda Alumni I got to enjoy many "wellness" walks to the Scented leaf for yummy and refreshing teas!! My absolute favorite is the fruit gusher medium sweet!! Absolutely delish!! Their tea-ristas are always welcoming and happy to make any customizations you may want!! They have a large assortment of teas and don't upcharge for dairy free milk like every other large chain does! The spot is clean, has comfy seating and dope ass art if you need to grab a shot for the gram! They also have large and clean restrooms shared with a couple of other neighboring businesses. Perfect chill spot to study too! Definitely a local fave to hit when you're walking around DT Tucson. They also have some Bomb blueberry muffins that are the size of your head!! Lol if they have them- grab one!!-- or two-- you won't be disappointed!!! read more

Absolutely love this place, very peaceful space and extremely friendly tearistas! The tea recommended to me by Jordyn was delightful! I would recommend this to anyone visting Tucson. read more

Simply put...friendly staff, relaxing vibe, and delicious teas! Scented Leaf is a must stop.

Stopped by this place after brunch and wasn't disappointed. The barista, Marcus helped us pick out our drink sizes and recommended us what to order. The menu does look a bit overwhelming but they had a smaller selection to the right and we chose from there. I chose a hibiscus tea, medium sweet and loved it. I would definitely come back and recommend The Scented Leaf to others. read more

I used to live in AZ and really loved this place but now I live in a different state. I wanted to invest in a new For Life tea pot but I wanted to support a smaller business. I order a tea pot and some tea from the Scented Leaf online store, it was very simple and the order arrived quickly. For Life is such a great brand so I'm so happy this place carries it. Also the loose leaf tea I ordered was great. I'm thinking about ordering more so this shop is my new go to! read more

Scented Leaf Tea House - Evening in Missoula and Green Tea Mango hot teas - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Oh what a great addition to Congress, the Scented Leaf is. When so many bars, night spots and restaurants on this downtown strip, it would seen a tea room would have no place. However, after morning hikes on Tumamock or a show at the Rialto, a glass of ices tea simply hits the spot. I spend many hours in the area, either on Fourth Avenue or walking Meet Me at Maynards every month. Since discovering the Scented Leaf, I find cause to be here at least once a week. The interior is so relaxing, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light flowing in. I often seen people studying or on laptops, and there is WiFi available to customers. From time to time, there are snacks or sweets to purchase, however the star is the dozen or so iced teas on tap. The menu clearly indicates herbal and caffeinated varieties in a menu that looks like a watercolor palate. In addition, there is every kind of non-milk, milk, and sweeter I could desire. They brew leaf teas as well for your hot tea needs. I've been all about the tea mixtures, such as my current favorite the Mango gusher; which is mango green tea, Lemonade and another fruit tea( it sort of changes based on what is on tap). If you order a drink, the first refill is a dollar( for large) or 50 cents( for medium) and the third refill is free. What a deal. I have had refills and only once drank enough for my freebie refill. Another wonderful part of this establishment is the staff. I've had exceptional service from several different barristas; a consistently positive experience with good recommendations and assessment of my likes and wants. So if you are waiting for a show to start and you don't want to have booze, calories or coffee, this might be the ticket for you. Plus they have a cute outside seating spot, which fills up fast early in the morning. read more

Wow. Seriously huge menu. Try some samples, take the advice of the staff. These people know Tea! I got iced Moroccan Mint with fresh lemon and slightly sweetened. Fantastic! I was looking for another tea spot to buy loose leaf and tea to drink on the go since my go to closed down. Since this is downtown it isn't as convenient for me to get to but I love strolling downtown and 4th so not a huge deal. They have teas on tap. Not a HUGE variety to choose from but a good variety nonetheless. Their policy on refills is still not clear, the employee said being or cup back anytime when the cup says different soooo not sure. But check it out! 1 Star- Total failure of an experience based on this experience would not return. Would not recommend. 2 Star- Below average on several levels, not a total failure. Wouldn't seek out to return or recommend. 3 Star- Average experience, minimum expectations met. Nothing that says wow or that stands out. Would return if someone else wanted to come, not a regular go to. 4 Star- Above average experience, will come here again and recommend to friends and family. 5 Star- This will be a regular go to and will be highly recommended to people I know. Exceeds expectations on a consistent basis. read more

Working a block away from The Scented Leaf is one of the greatest things that's ever happened to me. It has become my weekly treat, and fortunately, it doesn't break the bank! The large is $3.50, your first refill is $1, and the third is a FREEfill. Combine that with their amazing loyalty program (buy 5 teas, get one free), and you can't go wrong. I also love the 10% discount for people who work downtown. I usually get the Fruit Bomb or the Mango Gusher depending on how I'm feeling, but both are tangy and fruity. If I'm in need of an energy boost, the cold brew on tap is also delicious. With 19 teas on tap and more available to brew, The Scented Leaf offers a tea for all tastes. With delicious tea options, reasonable prices and kind employees, I intend to stay loyal to The Scented Leaf, and I'm so glad this local business expanded into downtown. read more

It's hard to find tea places that have a lot of tea and nothing pre-sweetened. This is my go-to place anytime I'm back in town. So many tea options, with over 10 brewed on tap for quick deliciousness. Also, can't go wrong with 1st refill for $1, and 2nd for free! read more

This is one of those places that is a success due to its proximity to a college campus. It provides many spaces to study; however, the product is not of good quality. I really love the teas at Scented leaf. I love how you can add sweetener and lemon. I love the variety of flavors. What I do not love are the staff members who instead of using the metal stirrer to mix my tea, put their fingers all over my straw to give the tea a slight stir. It used to be a rare occasion, but now almost all of the staff are doing it. Please stop. read more

It's a super COOL place to be in the summer or any time of year!!!! Refreshing and tasty with a wide variety of flavors to mix and match, not being a alcohol consumer it is a great place to land and have something to imbibe besides water, coffee, regular tea, and or sweet soda, I get get to pick how sweet or savory my drink is. I love that the space is warm and inviting to hang out and partake something thirst quenching either cold or hot and just be. The staff has always been extremely helpful and efficient. Yeah! Yeah! I don't usually go to the downtown one it's usually the one on university. I've been coming to the Scented Leaf since freshmen year and the baristas there always remember my orders and they've seen me all my 4 years at the college. I usually love coming to this location but the 2 girls that worked on Sunday, June 18th ruined it in every way. One of them had glasses and the other one had longer brown hair. They forgot my brothers first drink and then messed up his second one. They weren't friendly at all and began to give us attitude when I asked why they couldn't give me foam on my free refill when they've always given it to me, at this location and the one on university. They were also eating right over the counter. read more

The atmosphere is reminiscent of a cold rainy day, curled up with a book in your hands. A modern tea bar where conversation, hydration, and philosophy reign. The staff are knowledgeable and eclectic in their stewardship of this palace of tea. There is ample space to sit, relax, escape the heat, or escape your life. "Welcome" it screams as you become enthralled in the artistry of tea! Iced, hot, sweetened, milk or no milk, choose it all. Why get your tea elsewhere? From a bag? No chance in hell! Actually why drink anything else for that matter? Do yourself a favour and embrace the scented atmosphere and leaf refreshed. read more

A gem in downtown Tucson. Perfect spot for tea and a good book, one side of the dining area is lined with a bench seat and pillows, with a window perfect for people watching and enjoying the vibe of downtown. I stopped in on a Saturday night while waiting to meet my husband for dinner - I ordered a chocolate covered strawberry pu erh tea, hot no milk or sugar and got it in a paper takeaway cup. The tea itself was beautiful, fragrant and naturally sweet. I don't know if the paper cup is the normal presentation or if they usually do hot teas using China - if not, this would be the touch that made the experience a perfect 5 stars. I will go back and check again one day soon and update this review if so. They also have teas on tap - I'm guessing these are of the iced variety and have quite a large selection. All teas were available hot or cold, and most in the cafe were enjoying iced teas and either reading or using laptops. A nice relaxed spot for some quiet time before heading home from work or heading for a bite to eat. I will be back! read more

First time here and it's a great place to hang out for a while. Lots of tea selections and even basic coffee for those of you unwilling to experiment with other forms of caffeine. Good tunes, pleasant staff. Of course I have to note that on this 100 -degree day the door is wide open, which means the AC is cranking and it's cold as I sit here. I promise I'll come in for my tea even if the door is closed! Civilization has made some really big strides of late and one of them is increasing familiarity with door technology. read more

Iced tea is WHERE IT'S AT in the summer. This is a great addition to the Congress St. restaurants and cafes, and gives a really nice change of pace from the coffee shops that surround it. (Although Scented Leaf does offer coffee as well!) They have 19 iced teas on tap. My favorites so far are Honey Vanilla Rooibus (Red Bush) iced tea- plain, and Moroccan Mint iced tea with a bit of sugar. I also LOVE the hazelnut oolong iced. Scented Leaf is a great place to sit and do some work or play cards. The atmosphere is calming and minimal, but very comfortable. The prices are affordable- around $4 per large iced tea, and your first refill is $1. After that: (here's the best part) REFILLS ARE FREEEEEE for the rest of the day. This is my new favorite spot in Tucson, i will be a very frequent customer. read more

So obsessed with this spot! Especially when UofA is not in finals season Hahaha, sorry guys... Atmosphere: one of the more "study friendly" cafes I've been to. Free wife+ lots of outlets+ plenty of clean tables and chairs. It is a little small and crowded during finals season but otherwise it's quiet enough. Parking: a pain in the behind. Most parking is paid during office hour (mon-fri 8-5). But it's only about $1/ hour. Weekend's parking is free BUT dt gets super busy for "brunch"... soooo parking is never a win here. Drinks: seriously good tea with very reasonable prices if you're here for a while, their refills system is the best i've seen ( First drink= full price, second refill 50c or $1 depends on size, third refill is free, WAIT WHAT? yep it's free) Some of my faves: rockin' mango, hippy lemonade, fruit bomb, tap yerba mate with lemon... Can't wait to check out more flavors. You really can't go wrong with the specialty drinks. BUT you can always make your own drink with the steps on the wall if you're into customization. Overall, I recommend this spot for studying or casual coffee-meets-bagel dates, LOL. P.S: free drink after 5 purchases. Yasshhh keep the caffeein goin'!!! Alright, back to studying :) P.S.S. Scented Leaf owner, have you heard of boba, I bet this tapioca addition might add some new clientele for your shop ;) read more

Fantastic tea place!! Although the inside has high walls, big windows, and all light wood, it still feels cozy and comfortable and makes for a great place to sit and work or study. It was packed when I popped in, and it's easy to see why. When you first walk in, your nose is struck by how incredible it smells in there. All the tea!! It's fantastic, those scented leaves... They have a ton of choices to select from, and you're welcome to take a whiff of any. They have a bunch of tea on tap, all super cold and perfectly steeped, and I asked the guy at the counter for his favorite unsweetened cold flavor, and he made me a mix of three different herbal teas from the tap that tasted fantastic!!! Would love to come back and work here again. read more

Just stopping in to spread some love! I moved out of AZ and I miss stopping in for a refreshing tea! Come open in TX please! I need you!

Love coming here! It's a great 2nd location! Love the mural done by Tommy, the store manager. The decor is clean, crisp with a relaxing feel for studying or just hanging out with friends. They have more teas on tap here than the University Ave location plus cold brew coffee!!! The employees are always so friendly and helpful. Love that the owner brought it out here. Now since I'm moving to Cali, I hope he wants to open one in Southern California going to miss this place! Everyone should come here. read more

Tons of varieties of tea, which is a huge plus. Tea on tap, too! Lots of seating inside and outside, as well. The refill system they have is also quite reasonable--but if you're not wanting a refill, I think the price for a medium team (~$3.50) is a 'lil steep. It was tasty, but unless you're sticking around to get the max deal of the 1-2 refills, something to have a heads up on. Glad to have this place as a new addition downtown! read more

I am a avid tea fan and I really like this place. The simplicity of ordering their wide array of options of teas made it so hard to choose. I really enjoyed the service and treatment they let you sample as many as you want. I ordered a fruit tea combined with a Yerba mate. It was so refreshing came with lemon as well. They even have teas on tap which I really felt was amazing. You can pretty much build your own tea from scratch and curate it however you like. They also have customer favorites or popular curations if it's your first time. I also really loved the price for how hot it can get it's a great place to grab a really affordable drink and stay cool. We ordered two really amazing quality teas for 7 dollars! read more
