If you like spice, get it. The real reason I'll be back, though, is the wild boar tacos. I love wild boar, and you almost never see it on a menu, so I ordered it the second I saw it. They come topped with guacamole, pineapple pico de gallo, and habanero peppers. The richness of the boar, the creamy guac, and the sweet pineapple against the habanero heat all worked together perfectly. Easily some of the best tacos I've had in the Hudson Valley. Prices vary; some items like Jake's cheeses were much lower than grocery stores in NYC/LI or farmers markets, other products were on par or more expensive than what I've seen, (psyllium husk capsules $20+). It pays to look around the store and compare prices. A good place to make a pit stop if you're on a road trip upstate or want to take harder to find items back home.
