I LOVE. A bulk store! This store is so eye catching on the exterior. Whites and blacks with beautiful lighting. Once inside you can grab a cart and start filling bags and marking them with their sku code. You can also bring your own clean jars, have them weighed then go ahead and fill them. It is so clean inside. There were no spilled products in the floor. They have various bins throughout filled with bulk items. They even have a section for local beers. In the back left there is laundry, house cleaners, bath, and hygiene. There is a great small set up for fresh milled peanut butter. I opted for the chocolate chip with peanuts, peanut butter. The staff were engaging and. Wry helpful. You could even sample the beer. I did ask if they will be online to fill orders and they stated that is something they are working in. They are also working on their website. This store is fantastic and I hope they continue to do well! read more

I was here for a yelp event but I got a chance to visit this interesting refillable store owned by Rebecca and her husband. I had never heard of such concept and was very intrigued by it. Basically refilling pantry items in a more sustainable an environmental friendly way! Saving on advertising packaging and all the unnecessary frills. I got to the Yelp event very early so I entered this store and got a chance to chat with Rebecca and she was very sweet and gave us a detailed tour and explained to us how the concept of the store came about. Plus I got to make my own peanut butter. The store is very clean. And very nicely decorated. It has a variety of items made locally. Everything is priced by the pund and you can bring your own container. The store is centrally located along side this cute shopping center. Definitely a place to try if you ever around the area. read more

The pros: Very friendly staff. The concept of buying in bulk and bringing your own containers is excellent. They have a good selection of beers and ciders on tap and let customers sample whatever they want to try. They have some harder to find grains like spelt flour and whole wheat berries. They have multiple gluten free options, including gluten free baking mixes. They also carry spices, coffee, and even cleaning products. Because everything is sold from bulk bins, you can get exactly as much as you need for a particular recipe, or you can buy a small amount just to try something out. The cons: Lots of their bulk grains are Bob's Red Mill, which is readily available in regular supermarkets. Prices are often higher per pound than what you might pay in the supermarket. The upshot: I wish they had a larger selection of unusual and hard to find grains, particularly ones that aren't available through Bob's. I also wish the price is reflected a lower price point. This store, which could easily be more of a warehouse type store like Costco, instead feels like an exclusive, specialty store, and the prices reflect that. Still, for that hard to find item or just a tiny bit of something you want to try, this is a good place to check out. read more

Love the concept and the design. What is great is being able to control your shopping and spending. ZERO WASTE; if you are making a baking project, you can purchase just what you need. And this sop presents the best op to try something different. A new grain or spice without committing to an entire bottle. HEY. HEY. HEY::; LOCAL Beer, cider, and Meade ( a lightly effervescent ( hard) beverage) that reminds me of how wine spritzers dance on one's tongue. We Went to a yelp even and stumbled upon this pantry refillary place that was right next door to @lily&marigold and looked really interesting and found out along of information aboit how they started and plans for the future, it's a perfect place to go iif you're trying to save on wasted food. Virility of snacks,cereal, spices, meat ,beer, meat, coffee beans ,soaps. Be sure to stop by and show some support. I absolutely love this place. As a gluten free person I love how everything is clearly marked and there are tons of gluten free options. There's GF pasta, flour, granola, always a cider on tap and as a bonus 2 of the restaurants right across the street have GF options. I'm always shocked at how cheap everything is every time I check out, but packaging is expensive! And here you don't pay for packaging. Cut down on single use plastic and help out the environment. Everyone here has always been incredibly nice and helpful and attentive every time I've been here. Highly recommended! read more

We have only been there 3 times and this is our impression so far. We haven't tried any other "refill" stores so don't have much to compare to other that regular grocery store shopping. We sorely want to stop buying things in plastic, single use containers and packages. We really really would love for this place to succeed! 1.) It's a nice store and clean, well organized. We've never been there when it's very busy so can't comment on service, as it seemed fine with only 1-2 other people in the store. We were treated well with friendly and knowledgeable service. 2.) Selection was decent, based on our expectations. We bought fresh ground nut butters, flours, grains, and some snacky type things (yogurt covered pretzels, vegetable chips, etc.) Prices for all those things were decent. 3.) We were interested in laundry detergent but are put off by the price (too high). Today we pay $20 for 164 ounces of detergent. It is recommended to use about 1.3 ounces per load, so at 12 cents and ounce it costs us 15 cents a load today. Their laundry detergent is 50 cents an ounce - more than 4 times higher cost, and you have to supply your own container. They say you would use a minimum of 1/2 an ounce per load because it's concentrated; but even at that price (25 cents per load) the price is DOUBLE what we pay today :( :(. Too bad they don't have the economy of scale to do better. 4.) Beer on tap. Sounds good? Well, not at restaurant prices. 64 ounces of beer that I chose cost $37!!!!! That's less that a six pack of beer (5.3 , 12 ounce beers) for more than twice the price of most good craft beer that you can buy anywhere else. Nix that one. If they served it to me sitting at a cafe' at a nice table with great food I'd pay it, but not to go there with my own container and bring it home. Sadly I think at those prices most of their beer will remain in the kegs - but who knows, I may be over-critical. They should sell growlers too if they are going to sell beer on tap. It's a great idea but I can't afford that. read more

I have been purchasing from an eco refillery shop in NJ and was excited to see this store open in my area. Upon entering I noticed me and my husband were the only ones not greeted. I observed the owner was busy filling out paper work and her husband was busy talking to friends while the entire store was busy. Once we were ready to pay the owner was at the counter doing paperwork and never once said hello instead we waited to be helped. Finally an older woman came to check us out. I brought my own cotton produce bags to fill the dry goods I needed and the woman was bothered I did so. She had to do an extra step and round up the rice i placed in my reusable cotton bag. The idea behind a refillery store is to be conscience of the eco impact when purchasing food and that includes reusing containers. The energy was off putting, not welcoming and frankly very snobby. The concept of the store has been around for years and I was thrilled to have something closer. When a store is busy and it's your establishment it's important to stop doing paperwork and step in and help your customers while also providing customer service and creating a welcoming environment. You are the face behind your brand. I will continue to purchase from one stop eco shop in NJ (highly recommend) and natures pantry for my refillery grocery needs. read more
