Two employees were deeply apologetic when they told me that the items weren't available. They both told me the days and times that their trucks arrived so that I could return and have a better chance of finding the items. When I returned a few days later, I was told that they had sold out of their supply almost immediately. A female employee then handed me a 4 pack of toilet paper that she had put aside for herself! She said she was not in dire need and that she would replenish her personal supply when their next truck arrived. I was so moved by her selfless and generous act. I have returned to this store several times during the pandemic. They don't always have the items I'm looking for, but I have found that I have a better shot of finding them here than I do at any other local store. Each time I go, an employee will ask what I'm looking for, and then will go into the back area to pull that item for me (if available), as the truck had recently arrived and they hadn't had time to properly stock the shelves yet. I am just amazed at the fantastic level of customer service at this store. One of the times I went, there was a bin at every register filled with reusable washable face masks for $3 each. I bought two as that was the limit. I am so happy with those masks! While I was waiting on line the next time I went, I noticed a manger keeping a watchful eye over the cashiers, and reminding them to make sure that their masks covered both their nose and mouth. I also noticed that there were no bins of masks at any of the registers, as I would have bought two more. I asked the manager if he had any more masks and he told me that they had sold out very quickly, but there were more on order. I told him how happy I was with the masks that I had previously purchased. A few minutes later, the manager approached me and said that a truck had just arrived, and he would be happy to check if the masks were in that delivery. Sadly, they weren't, but I appreciate that the manger went above and beyond to actually check for me. I have shopped in this store many times over the years, and I have always had an okay experience here. But shopping here during the pandemic has been amazing. Every single employee that I have interacted with has gone out of their way to assist me. Their work ethic and pleasant upbeat attitudes are superb. A note to upper management and corporate - every single one of the employees in this store should be commended for their hard work and dedication to customer service.

Plenty of parking…read more Dollar Tree shares a plaza with Price- Chopper, Mickey D's, a Liquor Store, Rainbow retail store, Children's Dance Studio and Cosmo Proof. Unfortunately, they often function with one cashier so the line does tend to get long at any given time. Dollar Tree prices keep climbing but you can still get cleaning supplies, and most household goods for less than $2. Today I noticed some cleaning supplies, like brooms, mops and dusters priced at $1.50, while foil and plastic wrap are up to $1.75. I don't even head to the aisles marked at $3 and above because I remember when everything was truly $1. Makes you wonder at what point will they have to change their name to Miscellaneous items at Miscellaneous Prices Depot. I may be reaching.. Mostly young guys who don't seem to care. The slices are either so thin or too thick. And unbelievably, on the same order. Had pepperoni, when I got it open at home it was both too thick on some slices and so thin on others. How does that happen? Aren't the machines set for one set thickness by the deli person? Anyway they get the amount wrong and the type of food. I ordered 1/2 pound provolone and 1/4 pound turkey. This guys cutting and cutting. I say is that more than a half pound yet? He says yes. I said I only ordered a 1/2 pound. He said the half pound was the bologna and the cheese was a pound. I'm like wtf, bologna? So I corrected him. Note, as I ordered he was writing it down. I don't get it. Plus it's hardly ever stocked neatly but I can live with that. Just take a little pride in your job. However, other than the deli boys, the place is nice and clean.

Now having been a VERY regular and long time Marshall's shopper I can assure you the on site manager I dealt with was demeaning and discourteous for reasons passing understanding. To be perfectly frank, I believe the purchase was outside the 30 day refund policy. For that reason alone, I was willing to take a lesser amount as a store credit. That said, the shift manager, I encountered, wouldn't engage at any level. She stated that returns at this high of an amount ($49.99), wouldn't normally be considered full stop. Having worked retail for over 30 years and engaged with this store for the last 5-8 yrs I can assure you, she had no reason to react in the manner I experienced. After reading your online reviews, it's obvious this policy and perhaps even your inventory system has changed. If so, I would encourage work arounds that address the lack of transparency and most assuredly revisiting the training opportunity of customer relations within this location. I will attempt to return elsewhere as I believe the return to be dated well beyond the 30 day window. Perhaps another location would prefer the repeat business. Please note, while you may feel justified regurgitating policy with little or no effort toward civility, and acting as if your customer has wronged you, will only serve to decrease your market share and eventually challenge your performance.

However, not all Aldi's are created equally. This place has the variety and products in stock that you can dream of when visiting any Aldi location. I scored some gorgeous pineapple babes recently for under $2! That's a steal. Always love browsing through the aisles and getting lost in the Aldi merch section. This Aldi for sure is now one of my faves in the area. Pro tip: don't forget your quarter! You'll need it for your cart. And no, don't trick yourself into thinking you're only grabbing some apples and oranges. Your arms will come out of there SWOLE and begging for a cart.

You were able to get in and get a bunch of stuff so we can make a nice charcuterie board and I think them for that. We got in right before they closed but no one was short with us they closed the door from other people coming in but we didn't get thrown out on our faces. I think we all like these locations for what they have this won't be any different from any others but at least this location understood good customer service.
