But I was disappointed during my most recent visit when my cortado was made with cow's milk instead of the almond milk I ordered and paid extra for. I didn't realize until I'd already taken a few sips. The staff were kind and quickly remade the drink, which I appreciated, but I did end up feeling unwell for a few hours afterwards. It's frustrating to pay an upcharge for non-dairy milk and then not receive it, so I hope more care can be taken with orders like this. I also think it's about time that the upcharge for non-dairy milk is reconsidered, even Starbucks is doing it!

I asked if there was pre-queueing, and was told that happens, so I asked if showing up fifteen minutes early would give a good chance for making the limited seating. What can I say, I was excited. I invited my friends and we were all going to be there early. In total, five of us. Well, as I was pulling up 15 minutes before the event, I found out they had done a sign up, and before they were even supposed to be starting to register folks, they had run out of seats. And the answer to why they did exactly what they had told us they were not going to do? Management decided the night before to change things. I regret having suggested to my friends that we go there for the event. I regret that those friends purchased a draft box at above MSRP from this store in an attempt to save the evening. I regret that they decided to buy beverages there, as our evening had been ruined by Enchanted Grounds' management team. Will I be back? Maybe. Will I trust them on their event descriptions? Nope.
