I asked if I could be provided a quote via text or email so I could provide the quote to my insurance for approval and they said yes I'll text it to you...I did not receive any text. The next day Jan. 24th I went in person and apparently he remembered my device and said he sent me a text I mentioned I did not receive anything. He took my name and phone number and stated I'll send you a text with the quote in 15 minutes. Yet again I have not received any quote so I'm unable to provide my insurance with it and continue my claim. The repair cost would have been paid out of my pocket and I would have been reimbursed. They would not have to deal with my insurance so I'm not sure why they lied to me twice and didn't want to provide a quote. Oh well taking my business elsewhere.

They tried to blame a fall from over a year ago, despite the phone having no display issues whatsoever before this visit. That explanation makes no sense given the condition the phone was in when it was handed over. They claim their process only involves heating the bottom area and that it could not possibly cause screen damage. Regardless, the damage appeared immediately after their service, and the phone was returned in a worse condition than when it was brought in. I came in for one repair and left with two problems. That is completely unacceptable. This shop damaged my phone during service and is refusing responsibility or any form of resolution. I would strongly advise against trusting them with any device you care about. I advise you to not trust those google reviews.
