Thank you AlphaGraphics for working with me to print my first ever self published book. I spoke with Anthony initially to get a quote - the service was fast and smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better experience getting my book printed, not only was the customer service phenomenal, the price was reasonable as well. I'll definitely come back for future business needs, as well as recommending this place to family and friends for printing services! read more

Alphagraphics - Printing Services Near Me - Sunnyvale, California

Trash service! People never pick up the phone, when you go in person multiple employees pass over you and just ignore. I ordered some business cards from them it looks like toilet paper, my phone number is extremely small... the man called Edwin is very unwilling and presumptive, gave me the cards as if he was giving food for dogs! Run away from this place! read more

AlphaGraphics just completed a couple of signs for our office, the signs exceeded our expectations!!! Our Company uses AlphaGraphics for our office needs from letterhead paper to designing ! The majority of my contact was with Chantel, she did an excellent job communicating with me on the sign we had made, I also was in communication with another gentleman I can't remember his name, but I was trying to visualize dimensions of the sign they were working on, he went above and beyond and printed it on paper and put it all together so that I could take it with me to the office and see it on the wall, what as great help!!! What can I say other than I highly recommend AlphaGraphics Laura R Brothers Painting and Waterproofing read more

Alphagraphics Sunnyvale was recommended by another Silicon Valley print and design house for the special work my 12 page color booklet required. Over a two week period, a team of four people at Sunnyvale Alphagraphics helped me create and print 50 copies of a sophisticated 12 page High Resolution saddle-stitched booklet, with an integrated cover flap. To get my desired result, AG provided 2 hours of creative pre-press services to get booklet setup to print. They provided me with a proof-printing, plus 1 hour of creative services - to fine-tune the reproduction of 12 pages of High Resolution pages curated from textbooks on the most effective Displays of Graphical Information. Alphagraphics has a special printing machine that can print 11 x 25" covers, that allowed the integrated cover flap. The end result proved to be just right for it's intended use and audience. Alphagraphics' staff was friendly and professional: The work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. It is easy to see why a long list of well-known Silicon Valley clients rely on Alphagraphics. High recommended. read more

Excellent design and printing services right here in San Francisco, CA. Each order I've placed has exceeded my expectations! I've placed rushed orders, that were actually rushed with no excuses! My last order was so outstanding, I'm using Alphagraphics to create my branding. The artwork for my recent order is exactly the design I can carry over Alphagraphics' magnificent to "branding" SFN (San Francisco News). It's great to have a brick-and-mortar graphics company here in San Francisco with personality and good customer service. Yes! read more

We had a super rush job that needed to print. Edwin were very nice. and communicated well for the cost and the time line. The plan was picking up the drawing then driving to the building department directly. So I brought a stapler and was going to staple them up there but I realized my stapler was too small for the set. Ron is very generous to help us to staple the sets. We were able to drop it off by 5pm at building department. Thank you. read more

Alejandro is a GEM!!! He is so kind and professional. He installed graphics for my department after hours. Not only did he show up on time with everything he needed, but he also helped me with hanging different things (7 different things to be exact). I will ALWAYS use him company and always refer them. read more

My office uses AlphaGraphics to print a number of things for us. They usually have really good turn-around time and the cost is affordable. I can email Jeff for a quote and he'll quickly respond to me the same day with a reasonable quote. The only inconvenience is that they are located in Sunnyvale and my office is in San Jose. read more

The first time I used Alphagraphics Sunnyvale, I gave them three stars. I later raised the rating to four. Today, I am sad to downgrade it to a 2. I like working with them and they do great work. I have been satisfied with everything they have produced for me -- but timing and communications on the most recent job were a horror. A one-week job took 5 1/2 weeks, with one promise after another completely missed, and without them ever telling me they were going to be late until I contacted them (again and again). Proofs came (sent to the wrong person -- twice -- and sent late) with serious errors -- I supplied files but they redesigned it from scratch for no reason, using a completely wrong font (why?!?) and getting a color obviously wrong. I had to bird-dog this job every step of the way. Good news is that the results were fine. But deadlines and communication matter. I was so disappointed because I chose them because they had done good work for me before. I used them previously to print books to hand out at a tradeshow. My previous review: The company gets an A+ for technical skill of the staff and for quality of the product. They knew what they were doing, handled all my questions expertly, and the printed books were great. For the previous job, I downgraded them for their logistics. The printing happened later than promised. They made plans to courier the books (rather than UPS as originally planned). Although they had plans to get the product to us on time, they didn't communicate any of that to me. I had some added shipping cost and had to call the receiving location and change logistics, something I would not have known to do had I not called Alphagraphics. In the previous review, I noted that this seemed to be unusual, that they seemed very competent. Happily, my second experience was great. And both times, I was VERY impressed with the technical skill level and product quality. read more

Exactly what I needed. It starts with good customer service - they reply to your needs, they offer help and advise. Super professional, they asked for original files to get the exact colors and sizes I wanted and even overnighted the samples for me to approve. Delivered all on time and at a good price. read more

Alejandro, Sean and the team here are absolutely phenomenal. I have never worked with a more professional and efficient team. To put in perspective, I was reaching out from a Seattle based design agency in order to support a Microsoft event taking place in Santa Clara. With what seemed like dozens of emails and phone calls and the ever-increasing demands of our client, Alejandro was readily available through the weekend and right up to the hour before the event! There were numerous last minute changes and updates but AlphaGraphics never once dropped the ball. Without them, the event would not have been successful as we had countless signage assets that were being requested. At the end of the day, our client was extremely happy and we couldn't have been more thankful to have worked with Alejandro and his team. Their level of accountability and swift action to get things done is bar none! read more

I have used Alpha Sunnyvale for several of my clients over the past 4 years and have always been thrilled with my results. Jeff and Ron really go the extra mile for me - literally! For example, once when I was on a really tight deadline their delivery person met me on a Sunday near my house to deliver products I needed. When I was having trouble matching a PMS color to a client logo, Jeff and team let me come in a review their Pantone color books. They have delivered last minute product briefs to me at the Convention Center, and even helped me put my signs up on the booth. Their prices are always fair and their turnaround is top notch, but it is really their customer service that keeps me coming back. I always know they'll meet my timing and my budget. read more

Jeff and his Team have helped us through many a tight spot. The latest assist came when we had not planned our print needs for an upcoming tradeshow. Jeff scrambled to get company brochures, press releases, product handouts printed in just two days. There is no better place for printing, especially if you want stellar customer service! Thanks again Jeff and the Alphagraphics' Team for all of your continued support. read more

Both Edwin and Suzan were very helpful in preparing to get our books printed on time for our executive summit. To have a 200 page book printed and requesting that we have them by a specific deadline was extremely crucial. The end-product turned out fantastic and we could not have been happier. read more

I have really enjoyed every interaction that I have had with alphagraphics - I haven't spoken with anyone that doesn't emulate positive energy and a true customer focus. I used these guys for a quick run of datasheets for my company and for a special project: 2 poly-satin posters for a booth display. I was very happy with the pricing on the datasheets, but the colors ended up a little duller than I thought. BUT it sure beats having to do a run of 300 minimum. That alone is worth 4 stars. The poster was a complete disaster. Whatever their definition of poly satin is, it leaves much to be desired. Its more like poly-vinyl. The material is very shiny, coarse, and translucent so it glares light and if you put it on a wall that is not white, you will see right through it. Absolutely horrendous especially for the price which I had to fight to get a meager discount on. After complaining about the quality of the material I got some lame excuse that the other printer I've used 2 years ago who gave me poly-satin mustve mistaken the fabric for something else. Right. I couldn't use the other firm because I needed quick turnaround and I really wanted to do right for the local business owner instead of the other printer (in SoCal). I just don't see how a printing company can print something like this and not think, man this sucks. Its like if a Chef sends out a plate that he knows is crappy, bad chef. These guys delivered on time but between me submitting and recv'ing, there wasn't much for color checking or anything else that I would expect service wise. When I used SignMySigns to create a vinyl poster they were communicative throughout the whole process and asked me to come by to color match, etc. Unfortunately because the posters look so horrible I have to get them reprinted, so we wasted a couple hundred bucks. I'm doubtful this company would step up and reprint on nice material. read more
