Most recently, I requested a custom cut for a project--a service clearly offered and paid for online--only to be told at pickup that they "don't do that here" or "the machine is down." It defeats the purpose of "Store Pickup" if the project isn't actually ready to the requested specifications. * Operational Silos: The biggest hurdle is the lack of cross-training. If the dedicated print associate is on a break or off-shift, the rest of the floor staff is either unable or unwilling to assist.
