This is probably my first time I've ever left a review about a dealership cafe. You take your car into Ford, they'll typically give you a coupon for a free entree, some items there's a cost, and others like the breakfast burrito, it's complimentary. In all honesty, this is one of my favorite breakfast burritos of all time. The staff is well aware you're probably in a hurry so they get your meal out quick. Theres not much to say about ambiance, it's in a dealership. The rest of the menu is decent at best, unfortunately, so that's my only reason I dock it a star. But I'll keep coming for that "free" breakfast burrito! read more

While I was having my car serviced here at South Bay Ford, I grabbed a sandwich and coffee from Hank's Cafe, conveniently stationed inside the Ford dealership. Every time I eat here, it is always neat and clean. Karla served me a BLT with eggs and it was scrumptious. The coffee was just right. All I could do was smile because Karla did her part. If you have to start off your week getting your car fixed, go to Hanks and see Karla. She'll make your Monday a fun day. read more

Had the pleasure of stopping by on Friday. This café inside the Ford dealership is such a gem! Super convenient whether you're shopping for a car or just stopping by for a quick bite. The staff is always welcoming--Karla is especially friendly and makes you feel right at home. Management is great too, consistently kind and attentive. Great cafe inside the dealership which is super convenient while waiting for my car to be serviced. The food is delicious, the service excellent, and the attention to detail stands out. John is always kind and goes out of his way to take care of customers. You can tell that he treats his staff with genuine respect, which creates a great atmosphere. I enjoyed lunch here a few times while looking at cars this week and had a few amazing sandwiches. I love the seasoning on the fry's and feel like the ham and cheese has a perfect balance of toppings that make it very satisfying. Karla took great care of me when I was waiting for the food being very friendly and smiling. She even remembered my name the second time I was in. Very convenient having a Cafe inside the dealership for while waiting on whatever service you have come in for! Such a neat idea and I'm very appreciative of the options and variety. Everyone was super helpful and the grill master was so sweet! Lots of seating and room for social distancing. Only reason I do 4 stars instead of 5 is because I personally prefer a restaurant setting, but as far as convenience goes if you are in the area, this spot is pretty cool. read more

I always like their breakfast options! It's nice to get your oil change and then pick up a very simple yet delicious breakfast burrito! Actually, Hank's is the only reason we keep driving all the way to the south bay for our oil changes. The only thing I would change is their plates and cups! I am a receptionist at South Bay Ford, and I LOVE the food at Hank's Bistro!!! It is so good!!! My favorite is the wet chicken burrito! Other options to try are the chicken club, bacon cheeseburger & turkey sandwich, of course I add bacon :) They have a very diverse menu, even for breakfast...offering guest many choices. We go at least 4 times a week but today it seems that we going south to patronize. We were a party family of 6 before we sat down we were reminded that can be done in one check only , why they ask this we always tip 20% even though the service is bad. Today we order everything at once but server never said that the molcajete takes 20 minutes longer than the rest of the plates, plates arrive and after 20 minutes the molcajete arrived, the side of rice came before that, I requested to talked to a manager just to let her know about the situation but the expediter responded it takes longer than the other plates, the manager only reply ill change the sides, to make story short she gave me 25% discount, I will gladly return the discount, just give a great service not looking at over ten tables being unbussed thru our hour long dinner, it look unappetizing. Just fixed the restaurant once it's fixed I will come back. Thank you for listening.

When we walked in, the place was packed. Keep in mind it's a very small café, so with that many people inside, it got pretty warm and felt cramped. We overheard the hostess tell the group ahead of us that the wait would be about 45 minutes. Rather than wait in such a tight space, we decided to order takeout instead. I ordered the Build Your Own Omelette: 3 eggs with spinach, onions, tomatoes, cheese, potatoes, and toast, along with the Golden Milk Latte made with turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, clove, cardamom, nutmeg, black pepper, and their house-made Madagascar vanilla bean syrup. We took our food back to the car and enjoyed breakfast there while the Tesla finished charging. It ended up being much more comfortable than waiting inside. The hostess seemed a bit overwhelmed, but considering how busy it was and how small the restaurant is, it was understandable.

They said, and I quote "they have signs everywhere and the signs are there for a reason." There was no need to say this in this way. Rude, dismissive, and no they had no intention to help tell their customers. If you are part of this community its because you want support us as much as we support you guys. Straight up just don't care. Not sure I want to support this business any more.

I was sharing the burrito and although it looked big, it was a lot smaller than in the past and was actually the size of the Junior burrito that I use to order. The quality of the steak wasn't great and overall not a burrito worth coming back for anymore.

Not just a little pink near the bone, but very pink/purple inside with the translucent raw chicken texture. The chana masala had a burnt taste and it was evident by the burnt pieces of chickpeas. It would have been a decent dish otherwise. The chicken biryani was just OK, quite dry overall. The channa masala and karahi chicken were also super oily. Maybe they had an off night, but there were too many things off about this experience for me to return.

We got an order of Hainan chicken rice with dark meat and a half/half plate with garlic rice, crispy pork, and dark meat chicken. Each order came with a cup of soup. Portions were plenty, but the chicken was really dry. I questioned at some point if they gave us white meat. The pork belly was still crispy for the most part and a good fat to meat ratio. The soup was lacking - too much sugar and white pepper. I don't think I'll be a returning customer. The prices and portions were decent, but I don't think it's enough for me to come back.

What an amazing concept! The manager John was so friendly and engaging, my 3 hour wait period for an auto repair felt like 30 min. The food served at this cafe Bistro, located inside Southbay Ford was just as amazing as the service. The breakfast burrito was so good I could have finished 2. Since my wait had gone into lunchtime I had the opportunity to also try and enjoy the lunch offerings. I was blown away by the chicken club sandwich topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and bacon with a touch of mayo on a toasted club roll, WOW! Delish...
