Duct runs in the tight attic space are installed with the highest level of care and craftsmanship. They were extremely diligent about managing dust and mess; the only sign that they had been in the house were the new vents in the ceiling. As an architect, I have the opportunity to work with a lot of different contractors. Communication was good, and there were no unexpected surprises. The employees come roughly around the same time and make sure to let you know that they've arrived. They also let you know when they are leaving for the day. The technicians worked hard and addressed any questions that popped up. At the end, an employee made sure that I knew how to operate the thermostat to control both zones. A staff member was present for the city inspection and for an inspection for HERS (Home Energy Rating System). Mark made sure that I had all necessary documentation to apply for a rebate and for another rebate, Mark was able to apply directly for that and forward the rebate to me. A minor question/issue came up after the installation and Mark replied quickly. I feel that they will address any problems. Some companies forget you exist after doing the job, but I don't feel that way with Compare Heating & Air.
