We had some issues with our a/c not cooling down certain parts of the upstairs. We had had other companies out here who said they fixed it but they didn't. Bob came out, crawled around in the attic, did something with the vents, moved them around, I'm not sure what but the problem was FIXED and because of that we have saved about $125 a month on our a/c bills. Grace is the first person I call for my clients needs too! read more

I want to start by saying I cannot speak highly enough of my expertise and attentiveness. When we moved, we had multiple issues we needed to work through. They offered fantastic recommendations that were useful for the efficiency of our house and the recommendations were based on our extremely outdated unit. When it became time to upgrade the unit it was an easy call given how easy they were to work with and how much they care about the best possible experience when they are here but primarily with their work when they are done. They very obviously care quite a lot about what is best for the customer and their home. An example of this is their recommendation of a whole house fan which is extremely helpful in keeping the bills down in the summer by keeping the house cool before it starts to heat up. I would recommend their service to anyone who asks. read more

Loved that they showed up on time and were very communicative from the very beginning. Had mask and booties and used a drop cloth while working to protect our floors. Diagnosed and troubleshooted our issue while explaining everything every step of the way so we were well informed and understood the issue at hand. Also answered any questions we may have had. Highly recommend, we will certain be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs. read more

Bob is a life saver! We came back from vacation to no AC at the start of a heat wave. We called 3 companies, including one we refer our real estate clients to, and Bob called us back and came out that night at 8:30 pm! When I told him how grateful I was, he said it wasnt a problem. He gave us a more cost effective option to replacing our whole system, which we recently got an estimate for a few months prior from someone else which was 15k. He order what we needed and while we waited for the unit to come in he lent us a portable AC unit for our bedroom so my family and my pets could all sleep comfortably. AND he delivered that at 9:30 pm at night on his way home from another job. Talk about a hard worker! And he's honest too! We now have a new HV/AC company to refer our clients to. Thanks Bob for your work, it was by the GRACE of God that we found you! We look forward to referring you to our clients. We want to thank Bob Dickson and Grace Heating's office staff. Our heater went out the day before Christmas Eve - I called many companies because it was quite cold. Grace offered to have someone come the next day and then was able to call back and offer to come the same day. Bob was very efficient, diagnosed the problem and even had the part in his truck. We are so appreciative. As a realtor for 40 years, I have often used repairmen - I would highly recommend Grace Heating. read more

We had Bob come out and service our AC and furnace. His price beat all the other local companies and he spent a good amount of time checking to make sure everything is functioning like it should. He gave us great tips on what to watch out for. He was professional and knowledgeable. He is definitely our go to person for heating and AC service needs. I would highly recommend him. read more

Had a problem with my AC over a weekend, I called three different companies and Bob called me back and said he could come take a look the next day on a Sunday. Bob came out on Sunday, replaced a capacitor and found a loose connection causing a fuse to blow. Grace Heating & Air is an honest AC company and they have my business from here on out. read more

Derrick was very professional and solved the small problems I had with my AC unit. Will definitely work with Grace Heating again.

This is a 5 star company. After a power outage, my air conditioner was blowing warm air. I left a message for Grace Heating & Air on a Saturday & got a call back within an hour. I anticipated a long wait for an appointment because of an early heat wave, but the very nice woman (Sheri) scheduled me for Tuesday. I was given a 2 hour arrival window & was called when the tech was on his way. Bob arrived promptly & clearly explained the problem, the repair & the pricing for my approval. He had a part switched out & things back up and running in less than an hour. I highly recommend Grace Heating & Air! read more

I want to give a huge thank you to Bob Dickson, the owner and very hard worker of Grace Heating & Air. He was able to fit me into his very busy schedule during this heatwave to fix my AC. His wait list is not even close to 2 weeks, which seems to be the standard wait time for other companies. Bob was quick, didn't mind my crated and barking dogs, answered my questions honestly. Awesome service and recommendations. I have had a big corporate company come over every 6 months to do the HVAC maintenance on my house, every year they keep saying I need to replace this or the other. This year they used scare tactics saying leaking water from the attic evap coils will leak through my ceiling and cause a huge problem. A week later my AC goes off and is not working. I called Bob from Grace Heating and Air on a Sunday, to come and check the system. He came out the same day at the time he told me. Checked the system and told me the the fuse in the attic furnace was blown. The only way this could have been is if the furnace was running or the fuse was not plugged in completely. Considering that the guys who came in 2 weeks ago for the maintenance checked the fuses, and it's been a million degrees outside, the furnace wasn't running. I am so thankful I had Bob come out and check the whole system. There is no water leaking into my ceiling. Watch out for the big companies who are just looking for a sale! Bob is honest, reliable and reasonable! I highly recommend him. read more

I highly recommend this company! Bob was flexible with his time and even offered to walk me through some possible quick fixes through the phone so that I would not have to pay the inspection charge! I ended up needing repair anyway but he was quick, courteous, professional, neat in his work and took the time to explain my issue. The service was reasonably priced and Bob and his company are very deserving of the 5 star rating!!!***** read more

Thanks Bob! Great work! The office is very friendly and Bob called when he was on his way, at the appointed time, just like the office said would happen. Bob explained each step of his troubleshooting and let me watch. I had two other quotes thrown at me for many thousands of dollars, but Bob quickly got my old AC running again which is all I was looking for at this time. Bob did some basic troubleshooting and even though it is a very old AC he didn't make fun or try to upsell me. Good old fashion honesty and service! read more

Of course our A/C went out during a heatwave in July! Discovered we didn't have cold air pumping from our vents around midnight which woke us up from a sound sleep. The next morning I called 3 different local companies to get an appointment before the temps got hotter and within 90 minute of leaving a message I received a call back from Bob. He squeezed us into his already busy schedule and based on what I told him over the phone he gave me 2 options for what the problem might be. Even more impressive-he had the parts on his truck so there would be a quick fix for either scenario. His wife called me to confirm the appointment and he showed up bright and early the next morning and within the 20 minutes we had air conditioning again!! I'm so grateful for their quick response. By the time Bob had the issue fixed, I still hadn't even heard back from either of the other companies. Bob and his wife are super professional and very helpful, I would definitely recommend Grace Heating and Air! read more

I had Bob come out to do an annual maintenance check on our HVAC. He was prompt and did a great job of explaining everything to me. He also made me aware of some things that may come up in the next 5-7 years so I could start to prepare for them. It was nice to deal with a business owner who is honest and trustworthy. He didn't try to sell me anything never did he assume that he would be the person to service my unit in the future. With that said, I will definitely use him moving forward for all heating or AC needs. read more

When my AC broke due to a heat wave this weekend, I called (no exaggeration) at least 20 different HVAC places. Having 2 kids under 5, I was desperate and was afraid of them sleeping in 100 degree bedrooms. Being a Sunday, I only received 2 calls back. One was from Grace Heating and Air, who empathized with my having young kiddos and agreed to come out on a Sunday evening to fix my AC. Once he got here, we found out he had come in for us on his day off! He got the whole thing diagnosed and a part replaced in less than 15 minutes and now we can all sleep soundly tonight. Thanks again, Bob! read more
