I want to start by saying I cannot speak highly enough of my expertise and attentiveness. When we moved, we had multiple issues we needed to work through. They offered fantastic recommendations that were useful for the efficiency of our house and the recommendations were based on our extremely outdated unit. When it became time to upgrade the unit it was an easy call given how easy they were to work with and how much they care about the best possible experience when they are here but primarily with their work when they are done. They very obviously care quite a lot about what is best for the customer and their home. An example of this is their recommendation of a whole house fan which is extremely helpful in keeping the bills down in the summer by keeping the house cool before it starts to heat up. Bob is a life saver! We came back from vacation to no AC at the start of a heat wave. Awesome service and recommendations. I have had a big corporate company come over every 6 months to do the HVAC maintenance on my house, every year they keep saying I need to replace this or the other. This year they used scare tactics saying leaking water from the attic evap coils will leak through my ceiling and cause a huge problem. A week later my AC goes off and is not working. I called Bob from Grace Heating and Air on a Sunday, to come and check the system. He came out the same day at the time he told me. Checked the system and told me the the fuse in the attic furnace was blown. The only way this could have been is if the furnace was running or the fuse was not plugged in completely. Considering that the guys who came in 2 weeks ago for the maintenance checked the fuses, and it's been a million degrees outside, the furnace wasn't running. I am so thankful I had Bob come out and check the whole system. There is no water leaking into my ceiling. Watch out for the big companies who are just looking for a sale! Of course our A/C went out during a heatwave in July! Discovered we didn't have cold air pumping from our vents around midnight which woke us up from a sound sleep. The next morning I called 3 different local companies to get an appointment before the temps got hotter and within 90 minute of leaving a message I received a call back from Bob. He squeezed us into his already busy schedule and based on what I told him over the phone he gave me 2 options for what the problem might be.
