We had a reservation for 5:15, but got there 30 min early and were seated immediately. Service was great. We ordered a bunch of different Tapas and every single thing was delicious! We will definitely be back for the paella

We had a great dinner experience at Sa*Vor. We tend to be spur of the moment deciders, so we did not make reservations. We were greeted and seated immediately by pleasant staff. After perusing the generous menu, we started with a couple of tapas and wine. The Tapas were delicious. We chose from an interesting list of entrees and were very happy with them. Excellent service with soft upbeat music in the background and an interesting touch of delicacies from Spain. The Braised Short Ribs and the Filet were both very well presented and prepared.

First time visiting Sa vor as we bought a home in the adjacent neighborhood. We each ordered an entree and shared a garlic hummus plate! Food was fresh and prepared in an appealing way with talented plating of each dish! Clean and inviting location along with amazingly friendly staff will have us returning to the restaurant in the near future!!

I highly recommend their hot tapas. It has never disappointed. I would recommend the Patatas Bravas. We had an outstanding service. Super genuine and helpful servers. Ambiance is warm. Dim lights and well selected international playlist. I would definitely recommend

Go here now! This place is amazing. The decor and vibe is very sexy and elegant. You can enjoy a quiet conversation here, it's not loud and the conversations don't carry far. The booths and tables are so beautiful and present staff. They bring you a tapa and waters to start and also give recommendations if you need it. I don't remember the name of the appetizer but it was cherry tomatoes with goat cheese in them... you take one bite and flavor explodes. I got a NY strip and my date got the filet mignon. Each and every element was amazing. The meat was tender and full of flavor, cooked correctly. The sides were also so good. Ps. Check out the bathrooms, there were sooo awesome!

The cocktails were excellent and the food was delicious. I ordered the Pecan Goldie, served in a martini glass--a sweeter take on an Old Fashioned. Next was the Bomb City Cosmo, another refreshing cocktail also served in a martini glass. We ordered appetizers and dinner, and everything was great. The menu comes from Toscana Italian restaurant upstairs, and we enjoyed every dish. For appetizers, we had the spinach artichoke dip and pretzel bites--very creamy, and the pretzel bites were warm and delicious. We also tried two salads: the BLT Wedge Salad and the Shaved Brussels Sprout Parmesan Salad. Both were hearty and very filling. We finished with the chocolate pistachio cake, which was a delightful dessert. Happy Hour: Their website advertises $6 liquor Monday through Friday from 5-7 PM. However, the bartender didn't seem to honor it, saying happy hour is upstairs--though that's not what the website states. He did make it right by charging only for two drinks, which equaled the price of the three drinks that should have been on happy hour. Hopefully they begin honoring the posted happy hour pricing. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I look forward to returning. Evelyn, our server, was very attentive and kind throughout our visit.

For lunch during one of my days visiting Amarillo, I tried Yellow City Street Food off Wolflin. Inside, the space is cute. They have yellow chairs, pink walls, and cool artwork scattered throughout. When we ordered, the server was very helpful with recommendations and helped us land on what we ultimately chose. They also have a chef's daily special that rotates every day, and you never really know what he could be cooking up. The day we went, the special was Pad Kee Mao, which my girlfriend ordered with their fried tofu. As for me, I got their tacos. The first was their Hulk with jerk chicken, cotija, pineapple, and more, and the second was their Al Pastor with pork, crema, chile rojo, and more. Both came out looking fantastic and were absolutely crushed by me. One thing I noticed on their menu is their vast selection of vegan options. Most meat options usually have a vegan alternative with a specific replacement for the meat. For the Hulk, it's chickn soy curls, and for the Al Pastor, they use jackfruit. It's super innovative and very welcoming to vegan and vegetarian diners. I really like this approach instead of throwing the same meat substitute on everything. Knowing what works best with each dish can really make or break it. We also ordered a side of their Salt and Pepper Fries to share, which were well cooked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I enjoyed the pepper seasoning on these quite a bit. To drink, we tried their blueberry pomegranate tea, which was delicious. I really liked my food here and, of all the places I tried in Amarillo, I would say this is definitely one of the best. It's unique without overdoing it, and you'll leave with a good meal in your stomach if you give them a shot. RIYL: Tacos, burgers, or honestly just about anything. They've got it all here.

I had the imposter with breaded mushrooms. Super crispy Cremini mushrooms with great crunch but the rest was kinda meh, romaine and drizzle of sauce and balsamic. At least with the pickled onions there was a little palate tease. Also tried the Al pastor with jackfruit. Opted for this version on a salad and it's a whopping serving size. Hearty serving of jackfruit with plenty of sauce and dressing. Had nice little nibs of some crunch too. Service was super, super nice. I'd call the inside dive-ish. Totally relaxed and chill ambiance. I'll be back to try more items! My one dislike was that I don't care for the balsamic drizzle on either dish... just doesn't pair well with these flavors. Side of pineapple was yummy to balance the heaviness of both dishes.

The steak was flavorful and tender, the ribs literally fell off the bone, and the brisket was solid and satisfying. The standout for me? The green chili creamed corn and fried okra, absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The cowboy beans were okay... just beans, nothing special compared to the rest of the meal. Service was superb, friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. And of course, the entertainment factor is real! While we were there, we watched someone attempt the famous 72 oz steak challenge. Fun fact: it's actually cheaper to take the challenge and pay less than to just order the steak outright. That alone tells you how legendary this place is. If you're in Amarillo, this is a must-stop for both the food and the atmosphere.

We took a stop here for lunch recently. Our server was okay, pretty bare minimum service and I had to ask for water refills. I liked the fried pickle appetizer, however I felt the pickle spears were too thick. Andreas were good, I really enjoyed the quesadilla and my dad enjoyed his steak. There's a bit of a communal vibe inside, with long tables where you are sat next to other parties.
