This was our first experience the food was wonderful, but the customer service by the heavyset black lady named Kia was absolutely horrible. We were new trying to understand how the process went and she acted like she was put out and shortened our portions compared to the other people that are behind us, I called to ask for the manager she answered the phone and I asked if I could talk to the manager she stated he was not there. She would not tell me when he was going to be in, she asked if she could help me. I told her that my complaint was about her and she was extremely rude became condescending and said have a blessed day and hung up without even a simple apology. I wanted it to be amazing, I was so excited that Amarillo was finally getting Mediterranean food. I was hoping it would be up there with CAVA. Let's begin with the staff, they seemed rude and fed up with having to explain how their ordering process worked, except for the cashier, she was great. The dining room vibe was nice, appreciated that it was bright and clean. The food could be better, the toppings are just not enough to keep the bottom of the bowl of rice from being so dry. I asked for garbanzos and the scooper they used was so small I think I got 6 garbanzos. And it was the same scoop for all the toppings, it's just not proportionate. My wife and I made our 1st visit today and we each Crafted our own Bowl. Food was fresh and tasted very good with that wonderful Mediterranean flavor. The Babaganoush was as good as any I've had at Medi-restaurants in the DFW restaurant. Very flavorful and we will return soon! read more

We have now been to MotoMedi 3 times! My fave is the steak and fries and chicken bowl. Such a great place to get some good for you food with Mediterranean flavors. The drinks are yummy also! We have only done take out but going in everything is clean and neat and friendly. Ordering online is very quick as is going in. Definitely recommend!!
