I am 67 years of age and was experiencing the aches and pain of growing older. I finally had enough of going to my primary care physician and getting no relief. All she would do is prescribe medication, which gave me little to no real relief. In fact, I was experiencing more of the negative side effects than positive ones. She finally recommended sports therapy. But I had been there and done that during major surgery rehab. That's when I decided to seek the alternative of massage therapy, and because i did, my life has been changed for the better. After eight sessions with Audrey since July 31st, two custom, one therapeutic, two Swedish, two CcranioSacral and one Lymphatic, all of my chronic aches and pain have been eliminated.
