10/10 -- Ask for Jenny!…read more I had a last-minute appointment at Lemon Tree Massage today and happened to book Jenny for the second time. I'm so glad I did. I had been dealing with shoulder blade pain for almost a month and a half, and Jenny immediately knew where to focus. I simply showed her where it hurt, and she quietly got to work. I requested extra CBD oil, and she spent nearly the entire first hour working very carefully and thoroughly on the area--releasing so much tension, pain, and knots. What impressed me most was that she still managed her time so well. She worked through the rest of my body, so nothing was left untouched. By the end, my shoulder felt so much lighter, and I could move my neck and shoulder much more freely. She also incorporated hot stones and cupping, which helped release even more tension. I've tried 20+ massage places across the Metroplex over 15+ years, and Jenny is honestly one of the best massage therapists I've ever experienced. Her technique, tenderness, attention to detail, and professionalism really stood out to me. If you're looking for someone who actually listens to where you're hurting and takes the time to work through it carefully, I highly recommend asking for Jenny. Thank you, Jenny, for taking such good care of me!

They DO NOT accept HSA credit card…read more I had an incredible full body massage this afternoon, with hot stones and cupping, but when I went to pay it was very unfortunate to learn they didn't accept my HSA credit card. I would recommend the business to list they don't accept this kind of payment somewhere we can see online before booking time.

Five stars for hard working women! They did a really great job at Happy Feet in Crossroads. It's…read morenot medical massage or The Ritz, so don't come here expecting that and then low star them later! We got the 1/2 feet 1/2 back massage, 1 hour total for $55 each. Evidently it was $60 each bc that was the deal Yelp offered. But I guess they went down on the price - and that is refreshing. They weren't highly skilled in the art of reflexology or massage. But they worked really hard and actually ended the 1 hour massage at 1 hour and 15 minutes. So many places end it at 50 minutes to "give you time to get dressed." That is really annoying. They seemed really careful with being clean. Everyone wore masks and they brought in in heavy tubs of hot water for our feet to rest in while they started the massage on our heads. Once they got to the feet, they didn't come back to the other areas until they had washed our feet, taken out the tubs of water and washed their hands. And I didn't leave smelling like a Big Mac or cigarette smoke, like I have at medical massage, so that was nice. They also used hot stones for no extra charge. The only negatives, and really for the price, no one can complain, but the massage tables were cheap and choked us both bc the cushioning was off for the face. The lotion was thin and unremarkable. There was quite a bit of hair pulling and muscle popping going on. And if we were supposed to get true reflexology, that wasn't it. I studied and practiced it myself, so I do know how it's supposed to go. Also the English was limited to "Ok?" But overall, definitely worth coming back to and way better than more expensive places we've used.

Happy feet at crossroad location is great. Good value and Good technique I felt awesome afterwardread more

I really wanted to like this place. Someone who gets massages weekly. I just moved to Richardson…read morefrom Houston. I would go to Cloud 9 every weekend in Houston for my self care massages. Since June I have been looking for a Massage place I can call home. I booked the night before for a full body massage. My appointment was at 10am and I arrived 15min before. Upon arrival the door was open and no one was at the front desk. I waited for a good 10min completed the intake form that was sitting on the counter and waited. Finally someone came to the front and questioned if I had an appointment. (I'm assuming because I booked the night before they didn't have a record of it? Idk). However, I showed the lady my booking confirmation on my phone and she proceeded to guide me to the room. The massage started off amazing, perfect pressure truly relaxing amazing massage. I was laying there thinking okay despite the arrival this will be my home. Then within the last 15-20 min of my massage some lady, assuming another therapist, barges in my room and starts talking in their native tongue to my therapist while she was massaging me. It wasn't a quiet quick question type of talk, it was loud abrasive and she talked to her the entire last 20 min of my massage. I truly could not believe what was going on. Then when my massage was over my therapist walked me to the front and told me because I'm paying with tap it was an additional $5. Okay whatever I didn't mind. The massage was $70 and the tap made it $75. Then she says "how much you adding for tip"? I looked at her and said "are you serious? When you and that other lady had a full on conversation the last 20 min of my massage? That was rude, inconsiderate, and definitely not professional. I'm paying $75." I really wanted to love this spot. It's not far from my house and the massage was great. But the customer service was horrible.

After eight sessions of massage therapy and one facial, it's time for me to sing the praises of…read morethis place. But first, a brief history of how I decided to seek massage therapy. I am 67 years of age and was experiencing the aches and pain of growing older. I finally had enough of going to my primary care physician and getting no relief. All she would do is prescribe medication, which gave me little to no real relief. In fact, I was experiencing more of the negative side effects than positive ones. She finally recommended sports therapy. But I had been there and done that during major surgery rehab. That's when I decided to seek the alternative of massage therapy, and because i did, my life has been changed for the better. After eight sessions with Audrey since July 31st, two custom, one therapeutic, two Swedish, two CcranioSacral and one Lymphatic, all of my chronic aches and pain have been eliminated. No more constant neck, shoulders and left foot pain. I no longer need to take all of those toxic pharmaceutical medications, including for blood pressure and a statin for cholesterol. In September, Victoria gave me my first ever facial and it was fantastic. It won't be the last. I now sleep better and don't have to sleep as long. I can do things now that I would not have dreamed of trying less than six months ago, I feel and look better than I have in a long time. My family and friends have noticed the difference too. I will be a client for life and cannot recommend Wholistic Body Solutions strongly enough Many thanks to Audrey, Tori and the entire staff. You can tell they love what they do to help folks look and feel better.
