Easy place to donate items. Savers isn't a non profit but they do donate do a non profit organization. Check the website to see what states donates to what non profit. I was cleaning out my closet and garage and had chairs, tables, and purses, I pulled up to the side of the building and there plenty of workers with big green bins. I opened my car and they helped me unload, the whole thing took 3-5 minutes. You get a tax donation paper and s coupon. So easy to donate. read more

Prices recently went through the roof. I'm so sad to post this review. I have loved coming here over the years but prices have been climbing and within the last 2 months are now ridiculous. Decent women's jeans are $18, SHEIN items with missing buttons are $13+, used coloring books with colored pages are $2.99, a used & broken box of chalk is $5, little girls dresses now starting at $7+ when they used to be $3/4. I went to Ross after visiting Savers last night and found the exact same shirt as was at Savers but for $4 less at Ross. Unfortunately, Savers has just lost a loyal customer. I love buying used, better for everyone & the environment, but it has to make sense to keep the customers coming back. When new retail is a savings compared to a thrift store, it's very discouraging. We stopped in here fire the first time. It was clean, well organized and bright. The clothes are organized by size and styles. The home decor is organized by season. The kitchen department is very organized, plates, pots, and small appliances each have their own aisles. The books are organized by genre. The color of the day which is 50% off. read more

Our go to place for donations since it's close by. Had a mishap by accidentally donating a box of mementos and memorabilia. Was quite upset at first as we had to fill out a form and unclear if it was going to be found. Was glad to have called. And Frank the manager was amazing ! He went above and beyond by carefully taking down my info, and went to look for the item. He explained everything in detail of the process that it takes to recover the items that were accidentally donated. Long story short our box was found shortly after. All thanks to Frank and his team. I came here to donate clothes originally but it had been years since I had ever seen a Savers so I was a little curious. The selection of jeans is beyond! Thrift stores used to be for poor people. I'm not sure who can afford to shop at this store, but their prices are ridiculous. I can go to target, Walmart, kohls, home goods, even Nordstrom Rack and find cheaper stuff. And it's new. Remember that this place gets EVERY SINGLE ITEM for FREE, would it kill you to price a tank top at $3 instead of $13? A mug for $1 instead of $3.50? NO FITTING ROOMS!! I have come to Savers for over a decade. I have found a lot of great stuff there and i donate regularly. I would normally give it 5 stars- however, I went in today and the fitting rooms have been removed!!!! They said you can buy things and if they don't fit, exchange them, which is super inconvenient not to mention frustrating (trying on clothing that may have buttons that may malfunction or fit weird because they're used, is super important!) I like to know that I'm gonna like what I'm buying before I take it home. I hope they bring fitting rooms back- that was a really dumb decision to remove them from a predominantly clothing store. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They also switched to self checkout, which is also a weird choice. It makes me not want to donate to them because they're making a killing on the FREE clothing they receive and charging quite a bit for a lot of things and accommodating customers less and less. It seems like someone took over and messed up a really good thing. :( I hope I'll be able to update my review in the future. read more

This savers is technically the closest one to me. It's not the largest one but pretty good. Items are all organized and is rather clean. They did away with the fittings rooms but understandable due to Covid. This location now has self check out with is super great! Now I don't have to make small talk to a trendy gen z cashier, I can just scan my own items and go. The interface is not hard to use and still takes your savers club card number. Their home goods sections isn't the best neither is the men's but great shoe and book section. The staff is super nice albeit intimating they all look so trendy! They really take precautions serious here which is great! If u can swing it, the reusable canvas or even plastic tote bags are such a deal outside of holding your thrifted treasures. Definitely worth getting a couple and leaving in your car. read more

This place was huge! I've been on a thriftung kick lately and I absolutely love how organized this place was. Sizes are labeled for most items and the selection is immense. My only gripe is the lack of fitting room . I did hear from an employee that they have a 14 day return policy in case something doesn't fit which I think makes up for it. I haven't been in the store, but just dropped off donation here for the first time and it was a super easy process. They gave me a coupon and receipt. I went around 6:30 pm on Monday and there was no one in line. They take mostly everything to and the guy gave me a paper with things they don't accept, but places that will take them. I like everything about the place. Price is ridiculously cheap , workers are friendly, they actually disinfect and clean items. The lines even though long most times they move fairly quickly. Also ample parking and if you donate theh give you 20% off. I suggest if you need something go to SAVERS first cause they probably have it and it's super inexpensive read more

I generally only come here to drop off donations, but I've recently started going into the store from time to time to check out what music CDs they have for sale. As you can expect, searching the CD section is hit or miss in terms of quality and selection, but I've found enough scores to keep me going back. Today, I went in and noticed all the registers were replaced by self-service registers. During check-out I kept running into problems, but I was helped by a young lady named Donnie. Donnie was patient and extremely helpful as I meandered from screen to screen. She admitted that these new self-service registers have created more work for staff to oversee each customer as they struggle with this new technology, but it didn't seem to faze her as she maintained a positive attitude and disposition. Great place to shop! It's always an adventure, especially to buy pricey leggings and sweaters. Visit all the different locations for the best selections. Also great selection of pajamas and robes. I also love to shop for sheets and pillowcases here. Have you been to Bed Bath And Beyond lately a set of queen size sheets Runs anywhere between 40 and $60, here you can find the miss matched, but they still coordinate nicely, for less than $20 for top sheet bottom sheet and two pillowcases. I came here since I knew I would be in the area and this has been on the list for a while. Clothes are nicely organized by size and style. The shoes section was pretty large and was sorted nicely by size. They have dressing rooms. Large book section and housewares here with lots of frames. Price wise it's about the same like Goodwill. 3 stars for the employees! 0 stars for the prices! Sky high! How can you call yourself a thrift store! Half of the electronics like the small ones they seal in plastic. They charge like $10- $20 for a cassette walkman. Then when you get it home and open. It's got bad battery corrosion. They know that before they bag it. And you can't return it and most is beyond cleanable and most don't work! Poor !! All that man power in the back room and you can't test products but you price them like you have! T shirts $10. WHAT!!! ?? BLEEP. I have come here for years and lately they think they are a department store instead of a thrift store. The same for larger electronics. They price them as if they are in full working condition. Employees get 3 stars because there is zero consideration for the shopper and these fast paced workers bombarding the isles to place new items..a mile a minute and they rudely do this like 10 times in a 3 minute time period. 3 minutes in a isle and I have to move for the employee 10 times. ?? Come on!!! Ruin the shopping experience why dont you. Not to mention the isles are crammed and can't fit the carts the provide! It's a constant duck and dodge situation which is stupid! Most knick knacks are clearly broken, chipped, or cracked. Most of them they cover the bottom with the price tag so you can't see maker marks or labels! Shoes. Seriously overpriced. Missing shoe laces and in need of major scrub clean and they still price used sneakers at $20-$40. When new they would be around $50-100. That's not thrift store prices!!! They Google the prices of items and price them for what they sale on ebay which is high! They save good stuff for the employee and I have overheard on a couple occassions. The stamp card they give you. You have to donate a truckload just to fill the card and it expire before you can do that! Did I mention the screaming childrenm. Parents and kids in the store seem unusually worse than other places. Maybe be the income level here but please people don't allow children to play on the floor and scream and cry for hours non stop! They always have very nice, quality blouses. I haven't left empty handed yet. The store can get a little crowded on holidays and weekends but overall it's organized and clean. I would never shop this thrift store again and I recommend others pay attention to their return policy. They do not have any place to try these clothes on but they tell you oh but you can bring them back so I went ahead and bought the stuff thinking if they don't fit I'll bring them back. Oh they didn't fit not one thing and this morning I went to bring them back and I had taken the tag off of one shirt the first thing I tried on cuz I thought it would fit but every single thing else had the tag on it and there must have been about 20 items yet they would not let me return the one without the tag attached so I got upset and I said well then I'll just take my money back on all of them oh no their return policy is you can exchange it not return it. I think that is a crappy policy when you don't even have somewhere for people to try this stuff on. You guys act like you bought this stuff when it was given to you free. People don't shop at your store because they can afford to buy new stuff and they obviously can't afford to be treated that way with no return no returns only exchange when you didn't tell me that yesterday you only said I could bring them back.
