I believe this is a boutique Goodwill ? Inside the store as I walk in , it had a pleasant smell , the area smells florals of fresh candles or room deodorizer . Goodwill should implement this in all their stores,makes shopping much more enjoyable. Store layout is nice , organized and neatly maintained. Glad now we have one not too far from my place and that's open till decent hour (the other thrift shop closes 6 pm or earlier). This place looks really new, near HomeDept, Hawaiian BBQ, nail and boba.... all quite convenient from each other. Since it's new, items may be fewer but all organized and neat. I still wish they could separate items by size (shoes and clothes), etc. much easier and practical for shoppers. I ended up w/ two shoes, with fairly good prices. Nicely organized thrift store! That's the first and most important thing I look for when thrifting. I mean, it's not as fun as digging through a pile, but you know where everything is. First time stopping in at this location, but I was pleased at the cleanliness and overall organization level. The layout is spot on to the Garden Grove location. I primarily hunt for electronics, which this location was "mid" on. More than some locations, but not at much as some others. They do have a large clothing section though, which my daughter loves and I'm sure is likely more of a revenue generator vs. a pile of old VCR's and karaoke machines. What they did have though was a well maintained aisle of stuffed animals, which has recently found its way on to my radar. I came out with 3x Squishmallows that made the trip totally worthwhile. What really stood out, though, was finding a packet of bloody makeup sponges on the counter, which an associate handled with bare hands after I brought it to their attention. Overall, the experience left me questioning the store's sanitation standards and overall management. Edit: the business' response is dismissive. The issue was not with items selection, it was with cleanliness. To have a bloody bag of makeup sponges where children or anyone can come in contact with a potential biohazard is disgusting. Too expensive! When you donate and walk In to shop .. the prices are outrageous! Never again

I've been shopping here since opening day, and it used to be one of the best Goodwill stores: always clean, not too crowded, and nicely organized. It's still clean, but I was shocked when I came in today after about a month away. The clothing is now color-coordinated instead of organized by size. This makes shopping incredibly difficult, especially for families like mine. I shop for three kids and two adults. The easiest and most practical way to shop for clothes is by size, not color. Everything else in the store is still well organized, but the clothing section is now chaotic and time-consuming to navigate. I had been saving up my rewards for a shopping trip, but I walked right out today because there's no way I can shop like this. I really hope Goodwill reconsiders this change. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. read more

It's Goodwill... What do you expect? It's the best place for second hand stuff. It's like recycling but for clothes, furniture, shoes etc. I am a big fan of second hand stores / thrift store versus buying new. It's better for the planet if we buy things second hand. Been here many times and always been great experiences and found many treasures. However, today's review will be regarding the new "no tag no sale" policy without any exceptions or empathy. I found an item my spouse and i bought on our anniversary from Florida years ago. Sadly, recently, my niece destroyed it without realizing what she was doing while at the beach. Whatever we thought so we put it away. But randomly, this random item that hardly is ever to be seen sold anyways was here at goodwill. It it didn't have a tag. Damn it, i should have been dishonest and took a 99 cent tag from another item to put on it since i got screwed. Imagine if someone was malicious and vindicate one day and just went around the website store removing all the tags they can? Would suck for everyone and suck for goodwill. It being able to sell anything that day. They should reconsider their policy tbh read more

I came in here looking for one item in particular which I didn't end up finding but oh well. As I browsed the aisles I found lots of great items which of course I picked up. This goodwill store was very clean and everything was neatly organized, was very impressed! They have pretty much everything, some new items as well. They have a pretty good record collection if you're into vinyl.. I do agree with what others have said in the reviews, pricing was a little higher than usual. I guess inflation even went up at thrift stores. Found a very nice dress that I was gonna buy but it was 18 dollars? It wasn't even name brand, I didn't end up getting it for that reason. Not that I'm cheap but the most I've paid for a dress at any goodwill is 8 dollars, holidays are here and I'm watching every penny lol I also found a new O Cedar spin mop new in package for 28 dollars(they are at Target for 32). This is one of the cleanest and well organized Goodwills I have ever been in. Lots of good treasures!

Shoppers beware: make sure you know the brand new price of the item or items you are about to buy. I had found most of the used items cost more here, than the original place before they had donated.
