One of my favorite thrift stores to go in Anaheim they only take cash at this store, so be prepared.

If im being honest, half of my wardrobe comes from this place. I live next to this location, so ive…read morebeen frequenting for years. There are usually atleast a few good finds and mostly the workers are kind and helpful, but lately ive been noticing a dip in quality. I came in today, and for lack of better terms, it was a mess. the clothes were disorganized, with random pieces hanging in the wrong sections, as well as clothes all over the floor, or laying on top of the racks. I was sympathetic about this, as it is a busy friday, and there were only a few workers on the floor compared to the large number of elderly and poser teenagers sifting through the items without care. It previously hadn't gotten that bad before though. However something that stuck out to me was the interaction I had while checking out, or I should say lack of interaction. An adult man checked me out, and whilst hardly acknowledging me, he was conversing with another guy at the neighboring register. I'll admit, I was eavesdropping. This man was complaining about only getting short shifts and how the company was being greedy with hours. -"f*** I wish I could get a lunch for once" This was funny to me, because you work at a thrift store. its not a career. maybe find a better source of income at ur grown age idk...After checking me out, I said thank you and he continued conversing whilst ignoring me. I will continue returning, but I suggest you hire more competent staff that actually respect their employment. -On a side note I appreciate the girl with eyeliner and a facemask that I always see. Shes always really nice.

Used to love this store but they've been pricing things more than what's on the actual item. I saw…read morestuff from daiso japan or even the 99 cent store or dollar tree and they are tripling the price. I've had better luck affording clothes from Walmart and five below. These items are donated FOR FREE, I know because I've donated items here and washed clothes before donating. There's no business for something that literally says is a dollar and is kinda gross feeling and they're charging like 4-5 bucks for it. The guy in the back was usually kind of rude when dropping stuff off. Usually the cashiers are nice otherwise this would be zero stars. What I will say is that the organization in store has improved over the years. And it "looks" cleaner, I'm saying from what it looks like from the window because I will not shop here or donate anymore since they take advantage. I donate to give people a chance to afford something they may not be able to otherwise. Also some of the clothes on the racks has had bad stains and blood on the crotch areas. If you guys aren't going to wash them (there's literally a laundry mat afew stores down) then don't sell them. You already are profiting from overpricing at least wash the clothes to take off questionable stains.
