I used to love coming to this Savers, but after today I won't come back. Lisa disrespected my mother and talked down to her. My mother had over paid on the self checkout machines. Machines can make mistakes. We asked for help and the employee Lisa started to talk over my mother and created her own version of the story. My mother is disabled and a person of color. Lisa came off very prejudice until I stepped in and told her to stop being rude. I told her my mom is just trying to tell her what happened but you won't let her because your talking over her. Lisa kept talking over her and told me she is trying to help me do the math. Lisa shouldn't be on the floor but sorting in the back. She lacks customer service, kindness, and being patient with elderly people. This is unacceptable because she is working with people of many different backgrounds. I shop at Savers because I love vintage jewelry and clothing. I won't be back. I can't stand people being rude to the elderly, disabled, and to people of color. I work in the medical field and I am disappointed with this employee. She is clearly unhappy. read more

I love this place!!!!! I especially love it on Monday when the whole store is 50% off!!!! They have a wide range of items to choose from and you never know what they will have because of the amount of new items they get in daily. The management is outstanding! The only issue I have is the clothes. The prices on certain clothes items is a little over priced. I buy star wars and comic book type tshirts and they are usually marked up alot higher than all the other shirts. Other than that all the prices are very reasonable. I buy tons of toys for my daughter and everything else I can think of. I will continue to come here all the time read more

Am I crazy or has Savers raised their prices A LOT! Savers was my go to place for good used goods at good low prices. I was in there today and was really shocked. I even saw some items that I've seen at Dollar Tree and at Savers they were $3.99. I picked up a toy that I thought my grandson would like and it was priced at $6.99. When I turned it over it still had the original 99cents store sticker on it for $5.99! Gee, Savers, I know you donate some of your proceeds to charities, but so does Goodwill and they're prices are still what yours used to be! read more

Having been to all the other Savers in the Las Vegas and some in So Cal, I can say this: - This place is relatively large compared to the other areas. - The items are clean and organized - Prices are a little high but the sales are good - The have deals like 50% on all Mondays which is really cool read more

This used to be my absolute favorite thrift store especially on the 50% off everything MONDAYS. Though just like most everything even Savers has joined the race for greed. The markup is now unbelievable that even MONDAYS are no longer good savings. It's too bad because they used to have massive crowds on Mondays but it has certainly slowed down. The goal is to get the merchandise out of the store as you have much that awaits the racks. If items stay on your floor week after week and don't go even on MONDAYS then you know you have a problem. You will often see lower original tags than the higher priced savers tags that replace them. The items are donated, Greed is a killer. I say to savers stop with the ridiculous markups and stay the favorite of your Henderson community. read more

Savers - Example of savers markups. Bad business savers. These items are donated and you price them higher than the original store price. - Thrift Stores Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Not bad compared to some of the others in the area but its still small and way overpriced. If you are a big guy they have NOTHING over 1XL. If you are a kid they don't have jack for toys. But they have lots of stuff to scour through. They don't have any of the NEW merchandise like at other locations but if you look hard enough you can find something you like. I found a sweet bracelet for $3! Score! read more

This is the first thrift store that I have ever been to. Now, I'm a bargain girl. There are things that I will pay top dollar for. However, dress shirts aren't one of them. Now that I'm looking for a part time hobby (job) I've been going on interviews. Now, my dilemma is, I'm covered in tattoos. (i know, poor me). Looking around, target, Wal-Mart, Kmart, and the list goes on..... To get a decent, long sleeved dress shirt is going to cost you at least $20. Now, I'm sorry.... But for a shirt that I am possibly only going to wear for 15 minutes just isn't happening. This is when I was told about Savers. Don't get me wrong, I was a little skeptical. I mean, only junk is sold at thrift stores, right ? That was a completely ignorant thing for me to think. Now, are there some things that are dated in there ? Absolutely. But there are some really nice things and brands in there. I've seen Hollister, NEw York and Company, Lane Bryant, you get the idea. They have blouses, tee shirts, suits, shoes, men's, kids.... Home goods, you name it....they have it. There are a limited number of dressing rooms...and their try on limit is 6 articles of clothing... But that doesn't seem to bother me. Also, there are days when different colored price tags are 50% off. So, like today, I find a lovely button down shirt, and spend $2.70 on it . Decent prices, and it goes towards a good cause (they partner with Shade tree). How can you REALLY go wrong ? Also, ask for a "hero" card. Every time you bring in a donation, you get 5% off. Now, you can use this 5% right away.... Or come back in 5 more times (6 total) and get a total of 30% off when you donate. read more

Had never been to savers before. Thought they were actually pretty organized, clean. Many workers it seemed which is good. Sizes and types of clothes/ items are really pretty accurately organized and easy to find. Good selection of purses. the shoes that they take in - a lot of them were dirty and I probably wouldn't have put them on the shelf/ rejected them or cleaned them first. Their clothes were decent and clean. I got some good deals. They have periodic sales on certain color tag items. It was 50 percent off yellow tags when I went. In general, if no sales though, lots of items are overpriced for thrift. I found some sweaters for 3-4.00. This wasn't bad pricing on sweaters but I got some Christmas cards (2.99/ 16 cards), a Christmas gift bag (0.99) and a board game (3.99) which I think were kind of high/ regular priced. Not sure if there is consistency on pricing though- seemed like there wasn't as one sweater could be 3.00 and another 5-6.00 - not because it was a brand name or something either or more elaborate etc. If you donate, they give you a special coupon for percentage off too. read more

Of the chains, Savers has always been my favorite. Huge store. Great selection. Very clean and organized. Prices are pretty high though. Which seems to be the new normal for the chain thrifts. Really only worth it to sign up for their loyalty program and shop on Mondays- Mondays being their 1/2 off days for loyalty members. Btw... pretty simple sign up. Name, email, phone number. Like at grocery stores... you only need your phone number when checking out. read more

If you are looking for an ugly sweater for the ugly sweater Christmas party, you are bound to find them here for sure. It's too funny how some of these still exist. I was expecting to hold my breath to avoid the funky air smell in stores like these. On this visit though I was surprised that this thrift store was pretty clean and didnt have that musty smell when you walk in. All the merchandise was cleaned up. If you are looking for something in particular you dont have to dig your way through. Merchandise is organized categorized into sections. The clothes are sized and even sectioned off down into seasons. Don't expect to find the latest trends in fashion though, alot, about 80% of the stuff are so 3 years ago and beyond. Lots of rows of clothes to pour over though. My good find was a vintage Levi jacket in great condition for $7! The housewares section had alot of funky junk. Even in fair condition was a little overpriced for being used. I cant justify paying full retail price for holiday placemats when you can probably find them 3 doors down at Big Lots and it's brand new. The store is a good place to find and repurpose items for cheap. I got creative and bought this hideous party dress for five bucks, cut out the crystal appliques out of it and used them. If I had gone to the craft or fabric stores, they would've cost me at least $5 a piece. So this place is cool for what it is. It serves it's purpose for me. read more

I donate here a lot because they help a lot of good charities. Such as safe nest, homeless veterans, etc. The staff is usually very friendly and will have someone come out to your car and pick up your donations. I'm giving it a 3 star rating because a majority of the items are broken or missing pieces. Also some of the prices are way too high for used items. That a side there are some treasures hidden among the debris. I picked up a like new tripod for my camera that's $40 new got it for $5. The books are a great bargain, bought a BBQ cookbook for .99 cents. Also the fact that inventory changes daily, it's never the same items twice. read more

I will make sure everyone I know stays away from here. They want to charge full price on costumes and then red tag it so that you can't even exchange it. They are expensive on everything used! Kinda defeats the purpose of being a THRIFT store. Then top it off with attitude. I'll pass. They make thrift stores loose there appeal. read more

I am thrift store junky and love searching for a good deal. This location is just like the rest. Most times it is organized and clean. You can find a good deal, you just have to be willing to shop and explore. I can often find Lane Bryant pants in excellent condition for $10 or less. For those that are consumers of Lane Bryant, know that this is a steal. The toddler section here seems to be better than other locations. I can often find steals of bargains in the boys toddlers clothes. Customer service here is not a steady or guaranteed thing. I guess it just comes down to who is working that day. read more

Empty peanut shell of a store do not recommend. I am thirty-two characters short so this I-

For whatever reason the Savers here in Henderson has the best selection of clothing, books, etc. Not only is the quality of clothing better but the prices are lower than the other Savers locations. Here they don't up the cost just because the label bears one of the brand names you'd find laughably overpriced at the mall Besides, where else can you buy the entire library of Bill Cosby recordings on vinyl? They also have many, many good vinyl LPs lining the shelves. read more

Savers - Lined up and waiting to get in! - Thrift Stores Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

I've been going to this Savers for about five years. They have nice clothing but I was disappointed with their pricing when I went in today. It has gone up a lot. I saw several items on the clothing racks that were $9-13. For a used shirt that was donated, that's way too much, even if it's a name brand like Under Armor or Nike. A nice, average 4x6 picture frame was $6... not too terrible but if I'm paying that I'd rather purchase new from Ross or Walmart. They did have a sign that said every Monday items are 50% off, so I recommend going on Monday for sure. However, I'd rather just have lower prices than special sale days. read more

I literally used to come here every Monday but had to stop once I ran out of closet space. I have never once left empty handed at this store and believe me, I am pretty picky when it comes to clothes. It is a thrift store so it is always a hit-or-miss when looking for brand names but you can find some very expensive brands dirt cheap here. I once bought a BCBG dress for less than $10 here, among other awesome deals. Savers gives discounts on certain items every week if that item happens to have a price tag of a certain "color". Every price tag is color coded as either blue, green, purple, silver, yellow, etc. Every week Savers chooses one lucky color and any item with that color tag will be 50% off! If there are any left over tags of that color come next week (Monday) then those tags will be marked down even futher to theprice of 99cents, PLUS they will run a new 50% color tagged that day as well so you have two chances to save on the same day without having to cut coupons or wait for annual sales. They have a Savers club to sign up with that will offer you additional chances to save money. The prices are already cheap without any discounts but if you still were iffy about prices, I highly recommend taking advantage of all these additional ways to save. read more

Every single person who works there was incredibly nice and helpful for me! I went on a sale day, so it was very busy! Right when I walked in the guy said they were out of carts but he noticed I had my baby daughter with me so he went out of his way to find me a cart so she could sit in it. Then when I'm checking out the lady was so friendly and nice. Chatting like there wasn't a million people. She didn't rush me or anything. Lastly, when I was leaving another lady helped me grab my bags because she noticed I had the baby with me. My only regret is that I didn't look at name tags so I could give everyone a proper shout out! Second hand store, first hand class read more

Listen, there's no way a used goods store could ever achieve 5 stars, sorry, but the stuff is USED! I would say that on a used goods scale, a set of 3 stars is pretty close to fantastic. There is nothing wrong with recycled clothing, and smart people recognize this. From work pants to Halloween Costumes, this place has it all. I've purchased awesome clutch bags, hardly warn NAME BRAND boots, and crappy photos with cool frames that I've turned into a high-fashion design elements for my apartment. Where else can you purchase 15 items and spend $25??? It's good people, let down your snob-guard and give it a whirl! No one has to know where you got it and how much you spent ;) read more

i had a very unpleasant shopping experience here. i noticed i was being followed around the store by two men. as a young girl, this was terrifying. i was alone, so my first thought was to ask a manager or a worker for help, even if it was just a second so that the men wouldn't think i'm completely alone. i approached the manager and explained what was happening and if he could just talk with me for a second and look like he was helping me. he looked at me and replied with "you have a voice, use it" shrugged, and walked away. i was shocked, and scared. i decided to leave the store, thankfully one of the donation people walked me to my car after i asked. not to mention, many of the female employees have complained of this same manager, named "Miguel" being very sexist and misogynistic. shows the lack of respect and care of customers. read more

I have been a thrift store junkie for most of my adult life. This location was the first savers that I had been too, since I mostly shopped at goodwill. I don't think I'll go back to goodwill. The prices are about the same and there is usually a wider selection of thongs to choose from Not only that, but the store is organized so you don't have to guess where things are. I've never been disappointed when shopping here. The staff is nice and I have been given a discount once for an extremely long checkout wait time. I also like the fact that you get 20% off your purchase if you donate something. Definitely worth a check out if you are in the area and like thrifting. The only thing that kinda sucks is that there is usually a line to try on clothes. read more

Savers is getting better at pricing, and this store is a good example. Savers used to turn me off as I would see dress shirts for $19.99 and T shirts for $5.99-$7.99! For a TEE SHIRT?!. No way. Once I saw a new dress shirt (Kenneth Cole Reaction, not a great brand) with the manufacturer tags still attached, and Savers marked it $29.99. I kid you not. I can get it new at an outlet for less. This thrift store aficionado almost tracked down a manager and demanded an explanation. By since I have too much class, I just took mental notes and continued on looking for a deal. I'm not a complainer, I just won't come back. Now Savers has gotten better at pricing and I appreciate that, but $2.99 for Cds is still too much, especially for CD singles that only have one song. This particular Savers is good, clean and well organized. On my last visit I noticed it was a bit sparse in merchandise. Furniture is never that great at Savers. Maybe it sells quickly, but I never see anything of value. Here books and Cd's are in ample supply as are shoes. I recommend going on Mondays as all items are 25% off. That adds up if you find some good deals. To me it is better to shop on a quiet Monday with no crowds or lines for the dressing room than go on a 50% off day and fight the insane masses and then wait forever to check out. The stuff is pretty cheap anyway, so 25% vs 50% is not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things. On my last visit I found a Lanvin (!) dress shirt that retails for $315 at Neiman Marcus for $6. I kid you not. Only flaw was Savers pierced it right through the middle of the back of the shirt with the tag. UGH!. Ok, I got a killer deal, but I wish they were more careful about how they stick the fabric gun into clothing. I also found a pair of nice Cole Haan shoes for $12, a super cool Pat Benetar concert shirt for $3 and a very nice Penguin polo in like new condition for a mere $3. I also found a beautiful Zegna suit, that fit me perfectly for $29.99 but the outside coat pocket was badly ripped. It would have cost me at least $30 to have it repaired and I am not sure how it would have looked. Still $30 for a $1000 suit?! a deal is a deal. I showed the cashier who made no attempted to discount it further. I could have asked but I really don't need another suit. so as hard as it was, I let it go. Over a great store. There is also a Salvation Army, a TJ Max and a Goodwill in the intersection close by. You can easily spend a whole afternoon in this part of town. read more

Young staff here are very unethical, rude, slow, unprofessional and talk amongst each more than often. They talk about their personal lives, their bosses, how their over worked, how bad fellow employees are, boyfriend, girlfriend, kids etc. ATTENTION no one cares about your sad pathetic after work life, NO ONE! The older staff however are usually professional and work at a faster pace. This behavior is often encountered at every location in town. selection at this location is great but INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED!!! Ouch.... Savers needs a reality check and decent prices at the least. read more

I haven't been to Savers since CO-VID19 and I wore my mask and took a gander today. Wow, the prices have gotten ridiculously high. The least expensive shirt was $7.99, including ones with stains and snags and most pants were $12.99. I donated tons of clothes a few years ago and the prices were at least 50% less. I talked to the manager and district manager and they said that pricing is done differently now. Yes, I would agree. I will no longer give Savers my business. I also stopped going to Goodwill for their price gouging. read more

This Savers is big. They beat out the local Goodwill and Salvation Army with amount (and quality) of clothing. Their clothes are well organized (color sorted and organized in well labeled isles that are easy to maneuver around), and I find the most contemporary clothes here. This is the place to find clothing useful for both Halloween and daily life, they have it all (except they were surprising deficient in ugly men's sweaters)... Prices are sometimes on the high side (really, $12 for a used shirt?) but the price range varies, and they have daily specials where certain color tagged items will generally be 50% off, which can entice you to leave the store with items you normally would have (and probably should have) left. Their furniture section is pretty sparse, and the kitchen items are relatively plentiful, but generally useless or often somewhat broken. Expect to do a bit of fixer-upping. However, for clothes, if you're looking for something specific I think its your best thrift-store bet. read more

Quick Summary: Savers sucks. I don't understand why people like this place. It's very overpriced. I've been in and out of this location several times and even with a family group who loves to go thrift store shopping we've maybe found $20 worth of stuff to buy in here. And 1/4 of that was two aluminum water bottles I found. Customer service? I'm laughing at myself for even mentioning it. Hey, at least they have plenty of parking! And you can always walk over to Colleen's consignment shop a couple of doors down to make the most of your trip here. Otherwise looking for another thrift store somewhere else might be a good idea. read more

Here is the thing, I have lost a lot of weight in the last year and I am still working on it. Therefore, I am not interested in spending too much money on clothes. With safety pins in my work pants, it was getting pretty ridiculous. Savers to the rescue! Now, you have to be ready to spend some time there, carefully going through what they have. But you won't be disappointed. I recently purchased four pairs of pants, two skirts, a pair of jeans, a cotton shirt, and a pair of shoes for $60. I have clothes that fit! And when I drop another dress size, I won't feel bad about donating this items to Safe Nest, which will put them back to Savers and give a few bucks to Safe Nest. I always used to love going to this store, but my experience this morning was awful! I have recently lost a lot of weight and needed new pants. I went to Savers because of the good quality of clothes and inexpensive prices. I did find many pants to choose from, but when I went to try them on I was told the changing rooms were closed due to COVID. I can understand that they need to follow protocols, but when I asked if I could return the items if they did not fit I was told I would only get an in store credit. No refund!!!! A further word of caution: The sales lady told me that when COVID was over they were going to keep the fitting rooms closed with the same return policy. Savers-you really disappointed me today. Sometimes I find something worthwhile here, but lately it just hasn't happened. It seems like the prices are going up. You really have to keep in mind that something might not be worth $7.99 if it was probably $5 at Walmart before it made its way to Savers. If you don't have an editing eye for brands, this place will absolutely, positively take you for your money. Also, many garments are stained, pilled, or ripped. Even if you find something that might be a nice brand, you have to check very carefully to make sure it still has some "life" in it. Overall, this is my favorite Savers location... but I'm not a huge Savers fan. read more

I like this location for clothes shopping. They have a fabulous selection in my size (XXL, 2X, 20) and it's easy to navigate. Other Savers have a table and chairs near the books and games section which I use to look inside games to count pieces and this one does not. It's a bummer. But they have a very large and well organized book section. The shoppers here have been a little odd compared to other locations so be forewarned of people taking things you are looking at, be it your cart, hands, stack of books, it's weird. I've had issues near the restrooms with the handsy shoppers. Worth a look! It's near the Lakeshore Learning Store. read more

One of my favorite places to donate and shop. I think, because of it's location, the quality of items this Savers carries has slowly started to go up. But, at the same time, the price of those items is also rising. I usually don't visit this store unless there's a sale or I have a coupon. It seems silly to buy something used for $15 when I could spend an extra few dollars and get the same item for brand new. The deals at this store really seem to be hit or miss, but it is definitely one of the cleaner Savers in Las Vegas. My only other grip is the way the fitting rooms are set up. They have the purses right in front of the 6 or 7 dressing rooms which makes the area insanely crowded at times and hard to navigate. I wish they would change that, but other than that I enjoy this Savers location! read more
