This place is fantastic. I've found a ton of play things for my nearly 1-year old, including a set of wooden blocks ($3.99), a wooden, Melissa & Doug puzzle ($.99) and lots of accessories, too. Sure, things aren't dirt cheap, but I chalk that up to having items that are in good-to-great condition, stain-free, etc. The store is incredibly well-orgnaized, and I love how smaller-pieced items are placed in plastic bags, and hung on the wall. This is a fantastic addition to Dublin! And a must-go for parents! read more

I've been a supporter and donator for a very long time. Today however was a first for me of any thrift store. I pulled up, gave a lot of quality items. Last item I was unloading, wood 2-door dvd, cd, vhs storage cabinet...I was rudely told by the person in receiving that he would Not take it because the bottom was scratched and they don't refinish furniture. I replied the bottom is on the ground and asked if he could show me what he's referring so I would understand. He would not go to my car, and in a dismissive tone said it had scratches on the bottom and top. I still don't have a clue what scratches and Not sure how he saw the top since it was up against the back seat of the passenger side of my car, and, he didn't go near my car. I've purchased a few furniture items here that had scratches and stain damage. When did the standard change from used items to must be new or like new? And there was no reason for his rudeness. I donated a lot of quality items and will now be supporting other thrift store organizations so they can make money towards their cause. The young man could have simply been humble and kind about it. Oh..by the way...I found a little table stand made of wood on my visit. In spite of the fact that the two other table stands next to it were broken, and this one had scratches and nail polish on the top, I still purchased it. read more

For a thrift store this place is really expensive. Went in looking for platters for a dinner party that I'm hosting, and they were $10+! The prices were comparable to ross, yet Savers items are used. Very nice staff. Everybody said hello. The stock is mid range, lots of Target, Old Navy, a bit of Ann Taylor. I saw a lot of damaged goods, it's not sorted for quality. It would be a good place for cheap baby and kid clothes. It is clean and well organized. It was fun to look but I didn't see anything I needed. read more

Donating here was a breeze! The employee who helped me yesterday was nice and friendly. I was happy to hear from him that I can arrange for them to pick up donations from my house. I have some furnitures that I can't wait to send to Savers.They belong to a good home :) I decided to check out their store because I was looking for some big woven baskets (for making gift baskets) for a fair price. They had a whole shelf of them and prices ranged from $1.99-$4.99. Imagine how big my smile was because I didn't have to go across the street to Michaels and spend $20 on a basket! I also found an adorable Lolita wine glass (new in original box) for $2.99! My bf's mom got me into collecting these and they retail for about $25-30 each. I left a happy camper. read more

Their donation center is very easy to use. The staff are nice and helpful. Very nice and clean store.

I'm totally a fan. I'm a little dubious of their for-profit business and their genuine contributions to non-profits, but whatever. More money saved here means I donate more $ to the orgs I really have a heart for. The variety of the clothes is pretty mid-range. You probably aren't going to bust out of here with major designer labels, but I've got Banana and Limited brand stuff for great deals, for example, and then you also see straight up Walmart-like clothing at probably near the original price. The organization is great in that stuff is sorted by size and type. I would be happier if most stores did this. The fashion merchandizes out there are probably shaking their heads at me, but they will live. read more

Very friendly staff sometimes when I come in they are in costume or very helpful with what I'm trying to find.. So much of an awesome selection you can find especially awesome finds for coach and dolce gabbana wallets etc. I come in occasionally to find any steals and deals. read more

My husband and I have found great items from this location in the past, I would have given this store a 4 star review. However our recent trips have us scratching our heads, the prices have been ridiculous high. "Designer" items are some times priced higher than outlet stores, who wants to pay $80 for a past season made for factory Coach bag? Most cashiers there have been nice, however there is this one lady who always questions the prices of items we find. I believe her name is Anita? I found a pair of Cole Haan boots for $14.99, she asked for a manager to change the price to $29.99 and made it sound like who ever did the pricing was going to get in trouble. Anita is taking the fun out of thriftting, what does she gain from ruinning someone's nice find? ps. The bathroom at this location needs to be updated. read more

This may say more about me than Savers, but I recently realized while on a shopping trip there that I haven't bought clothes anywhere else in YEARS. No department stores, nada. And I seriously JUST realized. This may be the best thrift shop I have ever been in. It is certainly the largest. It looks like a Ross Dress for Less. It is neat, clean, and well organized. Staff are scarce on the floor but friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable by thrift shop standards and in addition each day there is a group of merchandise which is further discounted. read more

Savers is THE best thrift store I have ever shopped at. It is very neat, clean, and organised. They have a lot of GOOD quality used items, I have found almost new jeans and tops for excellent prices. I especially like that it doesn't "smell" like a thrift store. I happened to go in on a holiday when they were having a 50%, that was a pleasant surprise, so I signed up, online, for the Super Savers Club card and E-Newsletter so I won't miss out on future sale days. Wow. This place is amazing, and totally worth the $1.85 BART trip. The selection of everything--coats, blouses, tops, sweaters was very good quality. The clothes do end up on the higher range compared to some other thrift stores, (ie; 6.99-8.99 for sweaters), but these sweaters are in great condition. I got a camel coat, an oversized sweater, three button ups, and a fitted sweater for $49. They have a color 50% of each day. From what I saw of the houseware section, their cups etc looked awesome. I would recommend this place to my friends--but I don't want anyone else to steal all of the good clothes they have here. :) read more

Best / easiest donation site around. There is a separate storefront entrance for donations... with an attendant to help you put your things into the waiting roller bins. The area is clean and uncluttered, unlike some other thrift stores. The receipt includes a discount coupon for shopping inside. read more

We were headed to another store when we saw two beautiful oak antiques in front of Savers that were just being unloaded. We examined them and decided we wanted them and were told they would be processed and then out shortly. We waited, and they finally came out about 40 mins later. The Savers crew had not been kind to them and one had a fresh gash on the top while the other had two fair size gashes. What a crime! We walked away. Warning: examine each piece you plan to purchase carefully! Pieces with chips, cracks, and other flaws are priced as though they have no flaws. read more

Large space full of nothing. Found ONE item of interest, only to be told that they priced it $20ish more than RETAIL. Mind you this was out of box and therefore not even considered new anymore. That's pretty heinous for a DONATED gold plated necklace. Won't be back. Also, please clean your restrooms! How can you be okay with a missing toilet seat in the women's room? I was told that the men's wasn't any better. Been to two other Savers and this was the worst!!! read more

Buyer beware!! This place will sell you merchandise that does not work. If you ask for a refund based on the idea that they sold defective merchandise they will tell you they have a policy of exchange only you cannot get a refund. This is totally against consumer law in California. They should be investigated for putting bad merchandise that will not operate on the shelves. Be aware of what you buy and make sure that it works before you leave, because there will be no refund.... read more

I love this store for shopping and they even have a fundraising program for nonprofits, Sports groups and Churches where the group can raise money by collecting gently used clothing and household items. You set a date with the store and drop off they pay you ! - its a great program read more

Best thrift store in the area. The clothes, housewares, etc are well organized and for the most part, prices are reasonable. Misc. items could be better organized. Stock personnel could be a bit friendlier, but donation and cashier personnel are very friendly. Highly recommend Savers especially for clothes. Looking forward to my next Savers run. read more

The employees were all really nice and anytime they saw something out of place or even on the floor they stopped to fix it. You don't even see this happen at a lot of department stores. I visited this store twice so far: on their opening day, and again yesterday. The employees are very nice and friendly. The store layout is ok. I went to check out the restroom and before I reached the door, I knew there was something wrong. A very strong smell wafted out of the women's. When I walked in, you could tell the place had not been cleaned at all. Dirty floors, and the smell from toilets that have not been sanitized. Construction crews had plainly been through there, and no one had come in to make it ready for customers on opening day. I went to speak to the manager about it. I understood that it was very very busy but to me one of the things you check off before opening a store is make sure everywhere is clean for your customer. The manager listened to me, smiled and then turned away to tell a cashier her new duties as a restroom cleaner. As he didn't come back to say anything to me, I left the store. I went back yesterday, as it has been a few days now since the grand opening. I was very disappointed to see that nothing had changed in respect to the condition of the women's restroom. It has the same appearance as when I complained. While the amount of thrift store goods is huge, and for the most part nicely displayed, there isn't enough here to make me want to return. The employees are as I said very nice. But it bothers me that there is a disregard for the customer, as well as for their female employees. read more

This Savers is one of the best ones I've been to. Everything was neat and organized. The store is huge and there is a lot depending what you're looking for. The selection of women's clothing was large. I got a Tommy Hilfiger tote normally $99 for $13 that was brand new. I got a Vera Wang top for $9. A snowsuit for my son and fleece suit for $ 10, and costume jewlery for $12( ring, feather earring, 5 bangles). Only downside was price of women's clothing and shoes, it was pricy but you may be lucky if you get items that are on sale based on the color tag. I definitely will be back!!! read more

This is an excellent thrift store. It is vast, organized, brimming with interesting stuff, and has a fantastic book section. Someone really cares about books. There were some out of print, excellent books that you don't come across every day. I've been to some Ross locations that aren't as organized as this store. They have jewelry, holiday decor, arts and crafts supplies, books, clothes, furniture, shoes, housewares, art, and more. Right now, there is a ton of Halloween stuff. Prices for new Halloween are full retail. Prices for sweatshirts and jeans were around $7-$10. Clothing was in good (or better) condition. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have about 6 dressing rooms as well as a large, multi-stall restroom. An enjoyable experience. By the way, I didn't even buy anything. The rest of my family did, though. read more

I donated about 5 bags of clothes here. They gave me a coupon, which I was not expecting. I was so excited to check out the book selection. It wasn't that great though. I was hoping for a lot of books since it's such a big store. They did have a nice deal on hiring four books you get the fifth free. Or maybe it's buy three get the fourth free. I forget. I managed to find a few I wanted. I found a nice pair of banana republic shoes that were barely worn for $7! I also found a couple of clothing items. The works there were alright.... no one talked to me at all or asked how I was doing, they didn't even look at me as they passed by. I just wish this place was closer to me. read more

I love thrift store shopping and I LOVE this Savers ! It is huge with an overwhelming amount of inventory. I never know what I will see and that is part of the adventure. While it is true alot of items are a bit pricier than your typical thrift shop, the quality and selection make up for it. I have found so many amazing values on everything from clothes, to shoes to collectibles. When they have a sale on clothes, I have been able to stock up cheap. GREAT selection of just about everything. Tons of parking and a clean store. I love it ! read more
