Called AAA this AM and Glenn from Save Tow showed up within 30 minutes of the call. The locking system on the steering wheel was locked and Glenn was able to free it up. He had the car on his truck within 50 minutes of my call and off to the repair shop. Not typically one who reviews things, but it felt necessary. My tire exploded on the freeway and I was lucky enough to get to the next exit and off the busy roads. After calling AAA and waiting for about 40 minutes (waits happen, no big deal), SaveTow arrived. The tech/employee did not speak a single word to me the entire time, aggressively something for my tire out of my hand, went in my car with out my permission, was overall incredibly rude, and didn't ask for a signature before leaving. He changed my tire very quickly which is why he is getting a second star, but I was shocked with how I was treated. I likely won't have a choice if this ever happens again, but I wanted to make this interaction known. read more

Just called Save Tow to find out what would it would take to tow a neighbor's car if they park in my personal parking spot again (repeat offender). They said that they don't do tows from personal property then suggested a company that does do that kind of towing. Save Tow was absolutely correct! I had such a positive experience with this tow service, even with the unfortunate event of needing a tow. Byron was so kind towards me, especially when I was asking many questions making sure my car would be safe on the tow truck. What can I say, I'm a worrisome 19 year old. We had great conversation in the truck and I felt very safe with his driving, which is something I can't say about most people. I feared a pricey alternator problem, but Byron quickly realized the problem: autozone installed the battery 2 weeks prior, and they did not tighten the terminal bolts. I called Save Tow tonight as my daughter's car wouldn't start after several attempts. I called 3 towing companies to get quotes they were the middle estimate for price but could arrive within 20 minutes. (the cheapest wouldn't come for atleast 2 hours and it's already 9pm). Andre was the one who helped us and he was super friendly. He tried to trouble shoot the problem for a good 15 or 20 minutes before he started loading the car. He suggested what he thought the problem was and even helped my husband push the car into the spot we wanted it. We really appreciate him and his willingness to go the extra steps. Save tow should change their name- they save you nothing. My car was towed right before my eyes. When I called them them they gave me the run around about what I need to pay to get my car back. Then they tell me the first 4 hours are free, so you can imagine my sigh of relief. I told them I was on my way to pick up my car and that's when the catch comes in, sorry but our office is closed. They charged me an absurd amount to finally arrange to get my car back. I paid $185 to be given the run around for 1 hour. Mr Joe E, you need to review your business practices. Are you really saving your customers money or ripping them off when opportunity arrives. read more

On Friday 4/15/16 I called triple A because my car was dead I didn't know what to expect I thought a jump and all good so aaa said someone would be here in 45 min and call update shortly after said 20 minutes and then next thing I knew call from driver he was here.
