Cleanliness is a big thing for me and i see EVERYTHING, I have to say 10/10 even in the hot food bar! You can tell they take pride in that store. The associates were all smiling, very happy, friendly, and extremely helpful! For my first time being there, I had NO clue where anything was. Jessica, (I later found out she is the food service manager on our walk to the bakery) was the first person I saw and I asked where the bakery section was. Jessica was happy enough to walk us over to the bakery! THAT NEVER HAPPENS ANYMORE AND I LOVE THAT SHE DID THAT! Jessica informed me of all the new changes and cool items there is and to look forward to. I am SO happy I stopped in, cause now I'll gladly take the drive over there to do my food shopping moving forward. It definitely was such a warm and welcoming experience compared to other stores. Don't sleep on their bakery, the items are delicious! You got to get there early for their donuts, they sell out FAST!

I think they get overstock items, and almost expiring items, and sell with a huge discounted price. Their produce are hit or miss, but their dry pantry items and sometimes dairy are good. When it first opened about a year ago I think they put in effort with their customer services, etc. However, one year in things have been slipping. I think they have about 6 registers, but the other day only 1 was open and there were about 7 people in front of me waiting. There were other employees, but they did not open another register until it was almost my turn. There are about 2 employees who are really friendly and helpful. The other employees are there doing their jobs and don't want to be bothered. With all that said, I think it was a much needed grocery store in West Philly.

It stocks national brands and some unique ones too. The prices are better similar to Aldi and Lidl. The cheese section is an inexpensive way to build a charcuterie board! Such a variety! I bought a round of individually wrapped Brie wedges. They were creamy and delicious. The fresh fruit was well stocked with good prices. I will definitely be back!

I thought I try them again because their chicken salad is so good. I pre-ordered 2 lb of chicken salad to be held for me till Thursday night and I went in and no one knew what I was talking about. Both gentlemen behind the deli counter could not have been less interested in the fact that I had a missing order. Another gentleman came over and proceeded to fill the order, filled the container with chicken salad, then dumped the chicken salad back into the bowl and said someone else will have to help you. So the other gentleman, who couldn't go any slower if he tried, put the order together. A maximum 10 minute visit to ShopRite ended up being 40 minutes to buy two pounds of chicken salad. I know they're getting ready to do an expansion of that particular store but they really need to get it together to keep the customers that are still shopping there. As for me, it looks like I'm going to have to continue to drive to Wegmans and ShopRite in Glassboro.
