Somehow Yelp communicates with business owners even when they don't seem to have an entry yet on here. This is not the first time this has happened. I don't really understand how that quite works but I always appreciate the promptness in a response to a review from a business. Too Fast was one of these such business. The very same day I wrote my first review for Too Fast I got a prompt response from the owner which was unexpected and appreciated. He apologized for how the staff behaved and informed them to be more patient with some people's credit/debit cards... especially the prepaid ones which can cause a real hassle with some businesses and gas stations because of their quirks. Prepaid debit cards will work at Too Fast but it needs to be entered manually by the staff. I used a different credit card to avoid this and had smooth sailing all of the way with my order. It's owners of businesses like this that are eager to make amends and correct a situation that I would like to see more of! When I first saw the too fast website a few months ago, I was absolutely in love with all the amazing things they had on their website. So, when I saw a little over a week ago they were having a sale, I ordered stuff right away. Now I really wish I hadn't. First off, I did spend almost 90 dollars, so you would think they would send you what you ordered. But no. I ordered on a Wednesday, and finally on Tuesday of the following week I got very annoyed that the package had not come, so I emailed them. On the website it says that they will email you if something is out of stock, and they will also email you the tracking info. They did not do that. The next day they replied saying they forgot to ship my package, but they would send it out that day. It had already been exactly a week and they didn't even ship it! And they said in the email as soon as it shipped I would get tracking information, but I didn't. Early on Thursday I emailed them again telling them I had ordered over a week ago, and I needed the package by Saturday because these were for a birthday present. All I got was an email with my tracking info and it said my package was in pre-shipment, and the date said the label to ship was created that day, which meant that the nasty person who emailed me, lied and didn't do anything with my package until the next day. Friday came, no package. Today is Saturday, I got my package, which is nice, but one of the things I ordered was not there. The item was on my receipt but they did not charge me for it so I'm assuming it was out of stock but they never emailed me to tell me that, and on both of the original receipts, I was charged for the shirt. I got a bathing suit, which was thin and bad quality, a pair of random shoes, which turned out to be high heels, and they are decent quality. I got a pair of treasure chest wedges, and they look great and are easy to walk in but are super cheap quality. The last item I got was the starship booties and they are unbelievably squeaky, because they are made of a plastic sort of material. And wearing these you will get an ankle injury because they are very uncomfortable and there is no padding or anything in the shoe. Overall my review of this company was one star because the people who emailed me were just nasty and rude and hard to work with, and the quality of the items were very crappy. I never received my order and got nothing but a lot of attitude. I finally had to threaten a charge back and they said they will be refunding me. I won't hold my breath. They are horrible. Crissy had nerve to tell me that if I finally get it to let her know so I can pay. Pay? It will be a good two weeks before I could even hope to see a refund. Avoid at all costs.! I LOVE the spandex pants from too fast. I have ordered several over the years. I wear them to work out and they have actually held up better than other brands. I have also ordered socks and a bathing suit. The bathing suit didn't fit quite right, so I returned it for a different size. The customer service made it easy and pleasant. I will definitely keep buying from Too Fast!!!! read more

I order from Too Fast quite frequently. They always have new designs that are fun and spice up my wardrobe in any season. I recently purchased this black strappy high-waisted bathing suit bottom and ruffled bikini top, and they're my new fave! They weren't even designs I typically wear or go for, but they caught my eye and I decided to give something new a try. Turns out they look great on and fit perfectly. The materials also feel very durable. I'm glad I gave a new look a try. I also love the ladies T-shirts. They feel very soft, like a shirt when it's already broken in, and the designs are bold and eye-catching. I recommend them highly. They have always been very nice to me via email and I like to support their business because of it. They're an all around fun and fashion-forward company. I had ordered a pair of heels on Too Fast's website. I got the package from them about two weeks later. When I opened it, I saw that there was a pair of pumps with a print that had eyeballs and guts all over it- definitely opposite of the blue and black heels I had ordered. The size of the shoes they sent me was right, the shoes themselves were just wrong. Thinking that it was an innocent mistake, I called their customer service line to tell them what happened. I was transferred to a rather rude guy who informed me that the shoes I wanted weren't in stock. When I told him the website indicated that they were, he said "Oh, well I wouldn't go by the website to determine what we do and don't have in stock." Um, isn't that the point of online shopping? The real kicker here is that the shoes they did send me- which I hated by the way- were 20 dollars more than the ones I wanted, AND THEY CHARGED ME THE EXTRA 20 BUCKS. I was livid at this point, and it was made worse when he told me that I couldn't be refunded my money because I had used a visa gift card to buy them. So now I was stuck with hideous, over priced shoes. Every time I stare at them sitting in my closet I'm filled with rage. The basic lesson here is, don't even bother with this company. You can find cute rockabilly/psychobilly or whatever kind of clothes at way better prices elsewhere. read more

I placed an order, paid and waited for a week, NOTHING. When I finally emailed them wondering where my order was (They couldn't be bothered to contact me) Crissy told me that one of my items was listed for the incorrect price and that they would NOT honor the price EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT. She clearly doesn't care about her customers, she cares about money. If she had honored the sale, and accepted their mistake, she would have had me as a lifetime customer. I always give the best reviews and go out of my way to tell my friends about great clothing sites. She lost someone who probably would have gained her many more customers, just based off of my reviews alone. I wish I had read reviews about them BEFORE I placed my order. I would NOT have purchased from them, seeing as this is NOT THE FIRST time they've done a customer wrong. I do not recommend purchasing from them. read more

I order from this company quite often and again I am very disappointed with the customer service. I feel like on several occasions I was not notified that an item was out of stock and not notified immediately that the order would be incomplete. On multiple occasions the orders did not ship for days and when they finally do ship I wasn't sent a tracking number or even notified that the order had been filled. Communicating with the staff is nearly impossible. It takes days for a reply and when you do get a response it is a one liner. I really love the merchandise and the Too Fast brand but i think the customer service and shipping is complete crap. I guess if i really like a Too Fast item I will just purchase it from different website and maybe pay a little more. I sure hope the Owner Maureen Keough reads these reviews and makes some changes.
