You can find beautiful work clothes/suits, gorgeous silk cami's for the night out and just plan sexy and soft shirts. I think their prices are decent (like Zara), and not a completely rip off. I love purchasing my pieces here where I don't have a concern for obnoxious colors that screams tacky and "look at me"!; it's earth toned which is now a trend in the fashion world. Though it's small, there are amazing pieces a woman can find and reasonably priced sales. I've never had any issue encountering sales agents who acts like snobs. Though I don't commend nor approve of those who judge, walking into a store dressing in an interesting manner will raise certain eyebrows. As much as some do love pretending to be Julia Roberts in "Pretty Women", in the scene where she comes into an upscale store dressing like a prostitute and turned away, only to come back and rub it in the sales agent face that she could've had that big commission and saying "big mistake!" -- that's a movie and I doubt you're sleeping with a billionaire with tons of money. Dressing a questionable way in a clothing store that caters to working women, you will be helped regardless. The sales agent are nothing but helpful and accommodating. Be sure to take advantage of their student discount that they offered when I was in university!

Jessica helped me without hestiation and with a big smile. She was very personable and laid back. She never pressured us about availability of the dress like all bridal stores do. She looked up inventory status for me and was honest about it. She sent me emails with pictures of dresses I tried on and answered my emails promptly. She dealt with my mom who was a little TOO excited about the event and therefore can come off as abrupt. I picked out a few favorites but could not commit because I was shopping else where. I would pop in every other week almost to look and try on and bring different friends in to look. Everytime we go in, I would call in advance. When we get there, the dressing room will be stocked with the dresses I tried on before. They are very thoughtful. I fell in love with other dresses at other stores but they were very expensive. Finally I made one last trek and decided on a strapless beaded and lace sheath dress that has so much details that it is UNDER priced if compared to regular bridal wear brands. They gave me 10% discount. The dress arrived in 2 weeks and they let me keep it at the store for me. I have since popped in a couple of times to try it on and show my friends. My wedding is not till 4 months from now so they are going to keep it there for the duration of the time AND entertain me when the seamtress conducts fittings. Syndi is another associate that is wonderful. They are always very friendly and try hard to find something for you. Their dresses are trendy, well made and tasteful. They are pricey but their sales are incredible. For wedding dresses, their prices are great. I will go back again for rehearsal dinner dress and also my mom's dress for the wedding. Thanks Jessica & Syndi!

My Fiancee and I both came here to try on dresses over the last year…read more My experience ( about 6 months ago, when I first started looking for a dress) was a little uncomfortable and awkward. I am a curvy woman and many of the smaller sample sizes do not fit me well, and the A-line was not flattering 8 times out of 10. The woman assigned to me during my appointment was unhelpful, and made me feel worse about the dresses not fitting well, and feeling unflattering. She did not offer advice, but basically told me that everyone looks good in an A-line and I was just being silly. The next bridal place I went (Danielle's Bridel) to had tools, (inserts for the back and clips) to help too-small or too-big trial dresses fit better, and where much more helpful about finding a dress that fit my body type, instead of ignoring/disregarding my disinterest in dresses made to compliment a different shape. However, my Fiancee wanted to come by and try on a few dresses, as she is a smaller size, and has a shape that is better complimented by the style. On our second visit about 2 weeks ago the manager at the time helped us. She was a friendly, helpful, left us alone when needed, and offered ideas and suggestions that corresponded with my Fiancee's reaction to different dresses. She offered us drinks (which this first women had not when I went in), gave us a bridal gift bag at the end, and offered to get us a sample of the dress my Fiancee liked in her size brought to the store the next day. She was fun, and helpful and made the experience a lot better for my fiancee. Overall, the dresses are lovely, the store is well designed for potential brides, but they only have 1 size of each dress on the rack to try on (which can be very frustrating). Most frustratingly, the quality of service seems to depend A LOT on who helps you. Wedding dress shopping is already stressful due to expectations, assumptions that every bride is 'supposed' to be a size 2, and the high price tag, even mediocre customer service doesn't help.

In the end, I was very disappointed by both the service and the end product. The staff member that measured me was not friendly, seemed uninterested in servicing me, and lacked the customer service skills I would expect from a custom suit maker. Once I received my suit and tried it on, it was the worst fitting suit I ever experienced. I contacted the store to inquire about having additional alternations done and the sales rep, who was rather put off by my request, said to me.. "are you sure that you are wearing the suit correctly?" it me, that was an insult. After having a second fitting they said that I would get a call and a text when my suit is ready in two weeks. After two weeks, I called and they said.. "Oh, we tried calling you" but I never received a call or a text. After picking up the suit, my event was only two days away so I did not try it on at the store. When I did, it still did not fit properly. In fact, the pants felt no different and I wondered if anything was even done. I will not be going back to Indochino in Philadelphia. They seriously need to work on their customer service, their general attitude, and providing a product that actually meets their price point.
