Even if they don't roll out the bubble wrap, the box alone gives that hat a fighting chance through the bumpy UPS/FedEx/USPS obstacle course. So yeah, I get that they're probably cutting costs, but if you're cutting corners at the expense of my fresh hat? Nah, bruh. That ain't it. You gotta do better. They stole my money. Literally. Ordered a pair of shoes, they confirmed and sent tracking. The tracking never updated after two weeks. I contacted UPS and they claimed they never received a package. When I contacted Snipes, they claimed they didn't know what happened to the package and that they would refund the order. they didn't. Over 4 more contacts, the claimed I needed to wait longer (I did), that I needed to send back the product (that was never sent), that it would be escalated (they simply closed the ticket), and that they had already refunded the card (they haven't). At this point, it's flat out theft, and every time I have responded to the recent closed ticket, they reclose it. It's obviously an automated CS (no phone #) with canned responses only. I placed and order for local pickup for a new balance 9060 in the mushroom and arid stone colorway as a gift for my daughter. I used the $25 off a $75 coupon I got for signing up my email. A few hours later I get and email that the order was cancelled due to lack of stock. In that email SNIPES attached a new coupon for the same amount ($15 off $75 spent). I went back to the site, which still showed the item as in stock and tried to buy it again using the new provided code. Surprise surprise the new code excludes New Balance and the original code was considered "used" even though it was snipes own error that causes it to become invalid. Don't bother trying to contact either the chat or email because it is a waste of time. I did try to sign up another email address to get the original offer again. The link for $15 off $75 is still active. No discount code was ever sent and I have gotten several spam emails from snipes post sign up. I would say avoid these jokers unless you are buying directly from the store and have the item in your hand. Don't even bother with their service. Sent us 2 different sized shoes. I requested an exchange or refund with no response for 2 weeks. I had to file a chargeback, and lo behold they responded the day after as if I didn't respond to their inquiry. I went along with it to make this easier on all of us. I had to send in the exact same pictures, and magically they recognized the problem. I wonder what entity was giving them the push to finally respond. I guess when money talks, then they have the decency to respond. The shoes were returned according to tracker. I gave them a week or so since I know processing times can vary.
