Bacon burger order wasn't completed; I return back to get my bacon. Apparently the cook didn't read my order, hello!

When the wife says "we can come back here any time" to a burger joint, then they must be doing…read moresomething right. These days, everywhere you go, places are charging around $20 for a burger. More often than not, they disappoint at that price point. And some don't even come with fries for that price! But that's where we are. I ordered the Capital Burger for $23. It was arguably the best burger I've had in my life. Like a French onion soup infused burger. The taste was delectable, the quality top notch, and cooked to perfection. And yes, it came with fries. Finally, a burger worth the hefty price places charge nowadays. Wife had the Ribeye Steak Sandwich which was flavorful and plentiful, as we brought half home for lunch the next day. And surprisingly, the wine list is VERY reasonably priced. Again, if you eat out often, you know the prices for a glass of wine have risen beyond ridiculous the last couple of years. So appreciate this place for not price gouging.

I ordered the mezcal margarita, which was just okay for me. It wasn't as smoky as I was hoping for. The burger, however, was delicious--juicy, cheesy, and full of flavor! I just wish it had a little more caramelized onion. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed the food and service! However is not wheelchair/ stroller friendly.

My mom loves a good burger and this is located next to the hotel we were staying. We both ordered…read morethe backyard burger and it was as expected. It was like a burger you get on the grill when you're grilling out at home. It was a basic burger with American cheese, bread and butter pickles, and thinly sliced red onions with mayo on the side. It also comes with fries, but you can sub for another side for a fee, my mom ordered onion rings. Unfortunately they didn't arrive hot, but they tasted ok. Not overly battered and the onion stayed in the "ring", the fries were basic frozen fries that arrived piping hot, which helped the taste, but overall the fries I could do without. If ever in Boston, try this place out. Our waitress was nice and checked on us every chance she could get, as for ambience. It can get loud, you can sit by the window and ppl watch as well.

The staff there were also friendly and very quick to serve us. It had a classic burger joint feel to it, with booths lined up. We kicked things off with the fried pickles, and let me tell you, they were BOMB.COM! Perfectly crispy, flavorful, and easily the highlight of our meal. I would definitely order those again! For our main dishes, we tried the Idiot Burger with a side of truffle fries. The burger was good, but honestly, nothing life-changing. It was nice to try it once, especially with the Gordon Ramsay name behind it, but it didn't quite live up to the hype for me. The truffle fries were alright as well. We also ordered the Classic Caesar Salad with fried chicken, which was pretty mid. Nothing really stood out about it, and it's definitely not something I would order again. Overall, I'm glad we got to experience Gordon Ramsay Burger, but I wouldn't say the food completely blew us away. The fried pickles were hands down the star of the show! It's worth trying at least once if you're curious, but I think there are better burger options out there for the price and hype.

Overall a good burger, wasn't overcooked and dry. Hefty and filling. Smoked applewood bacon- double American cheese. 3 piece chicken tenders with parm fries. Wish it did have more garlic parm sauce, the tenders them self don't have any flavor on the breading etc. the fries that came with, I'd probably request a bit crispier on our next visit. The space was older as with many places on Newbury. Servers were nice and accommodating. Quick in and out!

After looking around for spots that had burgers, we ended up at Crazy Good Kitchen! They're located on Newbury St and we were able to snag a parking spot right outside. It was not too busy the day we visited & we were seated immediately. They have a QR Code to scan at each corner of their tables to see their menu. Menu is pretty small, imo. Not too many options for burgers. We ended up getting the following to try: - Double trouble burger (2 patties) - 3 chicken tenders + fries (Parmesan dip + parm truffle fries) Thoughts: Chicken tenders themselves had no flavor. Used a lot of ketchup + parm dip sauce. Chicken was cooked well though. The tenders were juicy and not dry at all. We wished the fries were crispier. For the burger, we requested for two patties. Wish bacon was crispier; they gave a good amount of bacon but it was very oily and soft. Patties were cooked to our liking. Thought it was not bad & much better than the chicken tenders. We left Crazy Good Kitchen SUPER full. Our server was awesome! She was attentive and efficient. I don't think I would be back though. I didn't find the food to be "crazy good" at all but just okay.

Great meal to end the upper US marathon vacation!!…read more We had no idea where we may end up eating but the trusty Yelp app led us to another victory dance!! Yay for Yelp!! We had just cruised the nearby mall center thingy and were hungry on our last night in Boston. We saw the sites and did the things. Boston is a one of a kind place for sure. This was the choice. It was a great choice! Beautifully decorated and oh so chill inside. We have a thing that we do at places with great appetizers. We just order a bunch of those and feast. That's what we did here! We started with some raw oysters. They were very nice indeed. Island Creek Oysters from Duxbury MA. is where they came from. We love the little local Junts a lot and had them all over the northeast while we were there. We also had Crab Rangoon Dip. Very good, lots of fresh lump crabmeat, with a house chili crisp, scallions, and wonton chips. Loved it! They we had some fantastic mussels to close the deal! The flavor was amazing! I wish I could have them every single day! We also had a bowl of BPH Clam Chowder. CC is one of my favorite things and this place did not disappoint in any way! Delicious!! The server was great. She took great care and made our last night in Boston an unforgettable experience. If you are near, you should go right now! Why aren't you there yet? '26 - 108

After a long day and week of business appointments, this was the perfect little hideaway filled with locals and tourists, but mainly locals. The burger and fries were good washed down with a lemon drop, margarita, and cosmo (not all for me, I had company ). The prices were most surprising for quality drinks and food that fulfilled our expectations. Great food, great service, friendly locals, good prices, with a nostalgic atmosphere. The service was good, our waitress seemed new but she did a nice job of keeping our drinks full and checking in on us.
