A co-worker suggested i check out Haley Jane's since I love anything fried chicken. So glad I did. Haley Jane's is located in the High Street food hall. The line looked long, but moved quickly. I only had 15 minutes and made it back to the office in time for my meeting. My buffalo chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked. Great flavor - just enough kick. Loved the seasoned fries. Great value at price point.

My coworkers recommended it and it did not disappoint. The Ricky Bobby - the fried chicken was flavorful and juicy. I'm not a huge pickle person but the thick cut pickles worked so well with the pimento cheese and the fried chicken. The bun was soft and fluffy but I wish it was toasted. The bottom bun was mushy from the sauce. Overall, it was still a good fried chicken sandwich. Sweet potato fries - some of the fries were on the soggy side sadly.

Of all the High Street Place options, Haley Jane's looked the most promising. The Rickey Bobby sandwich was full of flavor and the chicken thigh was nicely crisped. While I wouldn't go out of my way for this meal, if you happen to be looking for a bite to eat in this food hall, this spot seems like a solid option. Service was super fast! My food was ready in under 5 minutes.

BBQ Nuggz with uneven sauce application

Tried the BBQ chicken nuggz. They are good but the lazy sauce application is is a buzzkill. They need to toss them in the sauce and not just haphazardly dump it on top of the nuggz. Some end up with no sauce at all. They serve them in a Chinese food takeout container, which is less than ideal when they are large pieces of chicken that require a knife not to mention the messy bbq sauce. 2 really simple fixes can make them way better. Extra points for real good fries!

Located inside High Street Place with many other dining options is Haley Jane's known for their fried chicken. I came here on a weekend for lunch and decided to get the Rickey Bobby which states that their awesome sauce is better than Chick Fil A. This fried chicken sandwich is pretty good in terms of its crispiness and moistness as it is made with dark meat. The sauce with pickles and lettuce adds a different texture to the sandwich when you go in for a bite. It's a good portion of chicken for a sandwich, but they also offer chicken tenders (white meat) and various sides including fries. The service was pretty quick, so definitely a good place to grab lunch.

    Smashville Chicken Sandwich

Yup. I was sold after the first bite! My husband and I split a smashville chicken sandwich with cornbread while sitting at the brewery next door. The chicken was a reasonable portion size (not huge/overwhelming) and had a great amount of spice - you could definitely taste it and it was delicious! It was nicely fried and I also loved the sauce that was on it. The cornbread complimented the meal perfectly. I will definitely be back to get this again!

Absolutely disgusting Smashville. Is that even chicken?

Honestly, the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. I had the Smashville and it was not edible. The meat was dark and truly disgusting. It was like rubber. On top of that, they got my order wrong. I asked for no pickles and a side of sauce. Instead, I got pickles and never got the sauce. Just gross.

    Todays special!

The Ricky Bobby is my favorite sandwich! Great fried chicken, hard to believe it's gluten free!

These were super dry nuggets and they use dry rubs instead of sauces which makes them even drier even though you get a dipping sauce.

Boomin' Beef Rendang: This was my first time trying rendang, so I can't comment on its authenticity, but I'm certain it was delicious. It's very similar to a typical Chinese home-style beef brisket stew, just with a subtle touch of coconut milk and curry. The beef was perfectly marbled with fat and lean, stewed until incredibly tender and flavorful; the thick sauce clung to the meat and permeated the rice, making every bite a rich and aromatic experience. The potatoes were soft and tender, and the green beans had a slightly crunchy texture, both perfectly balanced. It's worth mentioning that the meat portion was huge; nearly half-bowl in the picture was completely filled with beef. While it's not anything fancy, it was really satisfying to eat it quickly without worry. With a coupon from a delivery platform, it only cost $10+, making it excellent value. If you don't mind the ambiance, you can pick it up yourself and eat on the bench outside the restaurant.

There's a good amount of seating inside; however, we were the only ones dining inside as most people got their food to-go. You order on a tablet and the food comes out in less than ten minutes. The supernova shrimp curry came with an abundance of shrimp and had a nice Thai curry sauce with just a slight kick. The spicy chicken karahi had a smoky, tangy flavor, but leaned a bit dry. I wish the chicken bowl included a sauce, as there was a lot of rice and green beans that lacked seasoning.
