Today i went to buy some stuff from the bakery and was very disappointed. There were just very few paneer puffs left which i bought but upon eating felt underwhelmed. the filling had just a few pieces of paneer which was very dry as if it was from yesterday and the puff itself was very soft. The Velvet cookies that we also got was as hard as a rock! Overall, the ambience also is not good. I have visited the place a few times and every time i have felt disappointed. The entire order was done over text and they still managed to deliver more than what I asked for my wife's 40th. I have tried few other places for eggless cakes and I hated them, so hard and tasteless but @satvikeggless_bakery has perfected their recipes for eggless cakes. They also have vegan and gluten free options. Another reason I love them so much is they have all Indian delicious desserts flavors I love Gulab Jamun, ras malai, cassata, I loved them all. I wasn't satisfied with the cake I got for my brother. I think it wasn't professional and she didn't make a clean work. Very messsy Even the print was awful and didn't stick well. It is not worth it at all. I wasted 135$ Overall the taste was good. They communicate very well. Everything was on time. But at the end I would say she is not professional. I visited yesterday evening to pick up some vegan deserts. Everyone was in the back and in a short while a young guy came from the back and walked up to the counter. He just stood and looked at me and as soon as I tried to order some pastries he cut me off mid sentence and told me to wait a minute and returned to the back. I waited, but after short while I then left. I've been here several times and everyone else that works there was nice. But every time the young man was behind the counter, his energy and customer service is more rude and off putting to where I now refuse to return. It's disappointing because I live in the neighborhood and enjoy the vegan deserts but not at the cost of being disrespected. Looking at a few other reviews I see he has a pattern of being rude to customers. Hopefully he can change his way of customer service and be a lot nicer to people. read more

Horrible customer service!! They cut the phone 3times and the 4th time the lady picks the phone and rudely says 'order the cake online' and cuts the call!!! Do they really want business! Bought additional cookies while waiting and tried to pay cash for discount that was not honored. 3. When asked to rewrite message for cake, we utilized too much paper according the young man up front!!!! So difficult to reach them. Tried calling the number multiple times, no response to texts, the communication was through email. I followed up with them for a week to place a cake for my daughter's birthday but never got any proper response, they will reply in one short sentence which was only like 10-20% response to your query. Went in for the first time today to try some pastries after reading the reviews. Everything looked so amazing. I ordered a cookies and cream cupcake and a cake pop. The cake pop tasted pretty good. I was not a fan of the cupcake whatsoever. Maybe someone who is allergic to eggs or doesn't like eggs would love it, but I can totally tell there were no eggs used in this cupcake. For last 5 years I have been a customer and love the cakes. Every cake has 2 aspects one is presentation and other is taste. They excel in both. I have a 5 year old and for last 5 years the bday cakes are coming from Geeta (Satvik). Creativity for the display/presentation comes naturally to Geeta. We just share what our toddler wants for the theme few weeks in advance.We do few back and forth and kinda get a visual imagination of the cake. End result is awesome way way better then the imagination. Over last 5 years we have Mator(cars) (sitting on top of the cake), Captain America and last 2 years has been ninja's. This year we are all over the place on theme but i trust Geeta will figure this out :) Above was the creativity part and the other part is taste. Their cakes taste awesome. We had shared the cake with some of our neighbors in the past and they are now customers. Bday cakes are one thing. We have ordered customized cake pops, banana bread, special no salt avacado cake and oatmeal almond cookies. My mother has been visiting me every few years for last 15 years. She loves sweet. She had tried banana bread of almost all the regular chains (starbucks, wholefoods, peets) but few years ago she tried geeta's banana bread and she was an instant fan. And let me tell you it is not easy to impress an old indian lady specially around desert/food. First they all think they themselves are great cooks which they all are :). Second the very first bite they take is to figure out what is missing in the dish. However in this case she was instant fan. I must also add that it was not me who bought the banana bread for my mom.
